The eXo Research Lab is in turmoil. Its AI, the Intelligent Robotic Information System, known as IRIS has turned on its creator, attacking and killing him. Now unstable, IRIS has begun to devour all organic life and has deployed a viral countermeasure to attack and kill all organic life.  The safety of the entire world is at stake and only you and the rest of the Genesis Crew are its only hope. 

The lab has equipment each member of the Genesis Crew with special gear to destroy the viruses and save the world. Can you save the world? If you are excited, then it is time to play the new game, Iris. IRIS is a tactical multiplayer game where players must work together to push back the virus from taking over.  

The 4 main characters are members of the UNS Genesis – an intergalactic private military group tasked with policing a number of off Earth research stations and bases.

•“Red Pistol Class” – Deals 1.5x red damage but is also vulnerable to red virus.

•“Blue Sniper Class” - Deals 1.5x blue damage but is also vulnerable to blue virus.

•“Green Shotgun Class” - Deals 1.5x green damage but is also vulnerable to green virus.

•“Yellow Grenade Class” - Deals 1.5x yellow damage but is also vulnerable to yellow virus.

After your team has chosen their avatar, the players are taken to the radio transmission that describes the main objectives of the game. 

Push back against IRIS and the viral countermeasure.
Investigate its origins and how it managed to become so destructive. 
Save the Exoatmospheric Research Station.
With this mission in mind, the Genesis Crew must travel level by level to gather the loot and destroy their enemies. Once human, enemies are now a grotesque mix of organic and viral overgrowth. 

Players must work together within the rules of the game to defeat the virus and attackers and save the Research Center.
