There's a few glitches in this game, it doesn't always load the machine images, freezes at launch, etc. No autoplay option. However, I still find the game worth it. You don't have to level up, and you don't need to purchase coins, if you are wanting to play for the fun of it.

You know that really need 2 fix this. I couldn't, play until I read,review & had 2 find out that way on how to make this PAID app will,work. Upset about that. Also this plays like the 1 cent machine and not the nickel machine. Wish they would give player,the,option to pick the,1,or,5 cent slots

The game is quite good. The action and sound of the effects are near perfect. And while it's not paying every spin, the respin feature definitely works more than in a casino. Only problem I'm having is that once the bonus is triggered, it reduces the winmeter to 2500 regardless of how much I won on the spin that enters me into the bonus round (has been up to 5000 before). This is obviously a bug that needs to be fixed. Once that initial drop has taken place, the bonus pays out properly once it's finished.

Never had any problems with this and the entire series of slot machine games from this company. Have enjoyed playing these ad free slots in my downtime. Latest system update for Android killed all of them on my Note 3. My rating is based on the working game. Hoping for a fix soon.

You play a $50 tournament, it might take $300,$400, or more of your money! Sometime you get 2 bonuses and it respins those also and you don't get the bonus games, even worse sometimes you get your 3 bonuses and it respins all of those too! If these bugs were fixed thIs would be an awesome slots. But you email then and they blow it off!!!! Fix your bugs

This game is pretty much exactly like the casino version except you win more here :) could use more tournaments, achievements etc to make it more fun. Occasional freeze but tapping a button has always worked for me. Overall 4 stars, good time killer.

I have purchased. Downloaded. Will not open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and did not help. I have a galaxy note and I know everything else works. I haven cancelled order and repurchased and that did not help. Now I cannot get a refund and I have emailed customer service a week ago and only response was a automated email back saying they received my email. Very dissatisfied with the way this is going. My carrier pushed the jelly bean update and since then I cant get past the green screen just before it crashes!! Use to play for hours on end now I never get to :( Rating will go back up once developer listens to its consumer complaints!

It has froze up a few times after it hits a large jackpot!! Sometimes it fixes itself and sometimes I had to remove the phone battery to fix it. If they would fix this issue, I'd give it 5 stars.

I downloaded this slot machine app and everytime I try to open it goes back to my home screen this app sucks it is not worth $2.99 because it doesn't work on my LG Optimus. It would be a far better game if you could change the amount your betting as well

Credits start over each time you exit game. Very few bonus opportunities, even with Super Hot Hot Jackpots active. We purchased the game, I believe we should be allowed to keep our credits. Makes no sense to have to start over, nor is it very fun, because if this. Otherwise, as cool as in a casino.

I bought this app because It's the exact same game I play at the casino and really enjoy it. Not only does it not give you the respin bonus on occasion but completely freezes up for days at a time. Save your $2.99, It's not worth the frustration.

Love this slot machine. Well worth the money. The tournament mode is sweet. Only issue is when I open the app while in portrait mode (like home screens are in stock builds) it crashes instead of just forcing landscape.

Good graphics and sound. I need to have WiFi enabled and be in landscape mode when launching the app...otherwise it won't start up. Other than that, it works perfectly. I just wish the money I win in the frequent bonuses was real!

Was running great until I hit the bonus and got another bonus. Then it froze on the screen. Would not allow me to exit or anything. Had to pull battery to clear it. Cleared the whole game. Waste of money for it to freeze that bad.

I paid $2.99 for this game to download on my phone and all it does is shows a blank green screen. I would like for it to be fixed or my money be refunded back to my debit card!

I love this slot game. It was not until recently I have been having issues with them. I get the green screen and cannot play the game. I have sent an email. If they fix it my rating will go up. I did receive an email back with in minutes.

My only problem is when in the lobby. When I press middle button the games shake or move fast / slow left or right. Also for me to get to game I have to click button icon multiple times to get any of the HD games to start.

Unfortunately cheaters have completely ruined the tournaments, consistently getting scores over 2 billion so nobody else stands a chance at winning anything. Quite disappointing, please fix this!

This problem has been going on for well over two years now. I have a list of at least 12 people who are still cheating in the tournament games. I have tried to contact you with some of these names but the only reply I get is a mechanical one that tells me the way to contact support has changed. And contacting them the new way doesn't seem to work. How convenient for WMS. If you're looking for fun and competition in tournament games, don't play the WMS game tournaments.

We enjoy this game at the casino, so we were excited to see the availability of an app for the game. We've tried playing it on a Google Nexus 7 and find it takes multiple attempts to launch the app, not to mention the totally annoying issue of the game shutting down, usually in the middle of a bonus round. If bugs can be worked out, this will be one of our favorite games. However right now, we find it too frustrating to play. Perhaps an update or patch will be released soon and we can try again.

The game was good until they messed with the tournaments. I contacted their support and was told that they did something that enabled iPhone users to deposit their entire bankroll into a tournament and that they were "working on it". That was well over a month ago and I still haven't seen anything fixed. ASSHOLES!

It's really fun but every single time you exit, you lose all your money-even if you cash out. I had over $20,000 and had to exit. When I opened the game back up to play, I was at $10,000. To start off i do not pay money for apps ever! I play this game in casinos so I bought it BC I love this game then I get it and I keep losing my chips. Then I go back to the game and all I have is $100 bull. I had it up to $20,000 and lost that from the game closing on me. I don't like that it doesn't let u keep what u won. I dont think I'll be keeping this app too long. Also, it closes randomly. You never get to play longer then 5 mins before it closes on u.

This is one of my favorite slots at the casinos. I must be mad because they are soooo frustrating! Takes forever to get a bonus and like this free app they rarely play. This is just like the real slot game in the casinos. My only compliant: There's no option to mute the slot machine so that I can listen to my music without the sound effects. It'd be nice to have different denominations also, but not a deal breaker for me.

A great game,just like in the casinos. The Red Hot spin can be fun or nerve wracking. You can really get some high scores on this little hand held app. But, don't expect any help from the support team. They stopped supporting this app back in 2012. And currently there's a big problem with users cheating on the tournaments. Some Users have found a way to cheat by carrying over (and over again) their scores into new tournament games - so they never start at zero! We've complained but no more support :(

Bought this and it doesn't work at all on two devuces. One displays the logo and shuts down the other errors out loading. No tech help so far from anyone and too late for a refund.
