This game is impossible to play strategically, it's very disappointing. I have an equal ratio of citzens to jobs. However, the city planner repeatedly reports that I have odd numbers of either citzens or jobs. Currently, it states I have 4 citzens without jobs and I need to upgrade or build more commercial space. I also have multiple commercial buildings that are not paying full amount because they have too many job openings (total of 9). Both of these numbers are incorrect and now the game was just a waste of my time.

This game is ok but I think something went wrong.. "city advisor kept asking me to do this and that,even I did everything that necessary,the population stay static and many commercial buildings have no employees..

It's a great city builder, but it keeps saying I have unemployed people even though upgraded businesses have jobs available. So the businesses without full employees don't make full profit, which is a waste of time and money to upgrade.
