Great little drone. Easy to fly after adjusting flight settings. WiFi dropped out a few times with rough landings which required disconnecting & reconnecting battery then reconnecting with my phone. Good video & photos although the camera does need strong light for good colour definition. Photos & video record easily to my phone or USB.

Only able to connect once before unable to connect again. Searched the web and discovered reset button. Now will only connect to iPhone and not Android phone. Bought separate controller but associated app does not connect to drone. Surprised something like this allowed to be sold based on the disappointing experience Xmas day for our son. Not good Parrot!!!

Just started using it a month ago and everything was fine until yesterday when trying to connect to my android Wii fii as I usually did it starts but then says I have a week signal. Tried again today and same thing, starts to load Wii fii then disables it due to week signal. Tried removing app then reloaded app and still same issue. I noticed a review about no trouble shooting support in manual. Well now I have a $300.00 drone that looks cool but isn't flying which sucks. Please fix the problem in your app.

I am enjoying this drone and app a lot. Thanks Update: When i did the last update for my android phone. The app just seems to hang on loading the flight portion of the app. this is sad becaus the kids and i have used this alot. Including checking for damage on the house. Its working with my ipad but i would like to see if there is a way to step back the update for android products becaus if your trying to cater to apple product's its limiting your market.

I am using this app with my first drone and like it. Its very easy to use, although the first initial set up was a bit of a pain trying to get one and other to connect but after that i really enjoy it. As a beginner and not an expert I had absolutely no experience before this and find it good especially for beginners.

It has several interesting options to choose from and to configure. You are able to sign up for an account, check your videos and pics, etc. Good enough app even though it might be better designed and implemented (material design, bigger buttons? Different design maybe? Morr stylish?). It's OK anyway!

It flew great the first few times I flew it then it failed to recognize an IP a dress and there was no troubleshooting suggestions in the manual. I've put in a request with tech support but haven't heard back from them.

Using Android platform. Great app. Only regret: lacking some features like Director mode. Otherwise works great. Absolute mode works with phone but not with my tablet. Make sure your device has a magnetometer if you want to use the Absolute mode.

Always have problems with it connecting I looked it up and typed in my IPHONE address and still won't connect. I tried my friends AR and I connected right away. The controls are very touchy and take some getting used to. Need to come with instructions that I don't have to google.

Its kinda off when I try to do flips it does them like 45 sec's later and my land button doesn't work some times I have to let it die to come down

The controls are very buggy. Drone is not responsive when being controlled. It is not even close to being smooth. In which caused a crash in which broke one of the propellers. Fix the app please because now I have to pay to fix the drone. Phone the app was used on: moto g4 play

The sofrware is used to control the AR drone with the GPS data logger. earlier versions had the ability to download the raw data for use in other applications, but when the company introduced a newer more expensive model, the capability was removed from this app and kept only in the "pro" app that is only compatible with the new drones. And the drone's software was also updated to prevent it from being compatible with any other third party apps or older versions of this one. Anyone purchasing any parrot product should be aware that capabilities shown in their Youtube videos may be removed at any time that they come out with new and improved products.

easy to use app .. but still after two yrs WHY NO DIRECTOR MODE FOR ANDROID USERS ???? i mean WTF? Parrot get it done .. i need that mode !!! all mac/apple users has got it and more... "They even have AR games !!!!!!!! im not just gonna upgrade my phone just to get all these features !! why advertise all these features and functions without giving them to android users as well?? False advertising !! would have been five stars if all this was available for my phone thats why the three ... fix all this and more and i'll come back and give you five .

Fantastic tool with lots of options on how to control the AR drone, and other features as well. I am only missing one option, stream live video or disable it to save battery and have a better WiFi connection. I am pleased with the USB recording though! Really good app! Also, an option to define the sensitivity of the joypad when using joypad mode without absolute control would be an amazing attribute as well.

When I first bought the software that does not come with this app it was not that easy to learn how to use it and now it won't even load or connect

Easy to fly, some glitches with android. Won't fly that great at night, get a second battery! Very stable, my 7 year old can fly it. You WILL crash it, keep the indoor guard in. Good buy for the money.

Not everyone has a apple/mac I do have both but tend to like my android pad and phone more apps seem to work better for me so a new version of director would make it a perfect product.

Don't use with cracked screen. My drone got stuck in the climb and went up until its battery ran out.

The app is hands down one of the easiest ones to use and is fully configurable. The one complaint is I prefer "physical" remotes... Guess I will get used to it...

The app is really cool and the piloting settings are very personalized which is great plus the drone is really fun. The down side is that it takes a while to learn how to set up properly, the app does not have games on Android and some of the parts on the drone are not very durable.

I love the drone but the app sucks. It won't let me upload any photos, videos yes but when I try to upload a photo it says there's no allowed Twitter account. Not that it should matter since I'm trying to upload them anywhere else. The videos go directly to YouTube which is fine. I finally caved and tried to enter my Twitter account but it won't let me edit my profile. It's my guess that this is it for controlling the drone but there are serious issues with the rest of the app. If there was another way to control it I'd leave this one in the dust.

Keeps freezing please fix

Drone itself works great! The only problem I have is losing WiFi connection and have used many different high and low end phones and tablets with the same result

I cant enable piloting. Needs to connect to wifi but im connected to wifi.

It gets in my nerves

It's a decent remote works pretty well I just wish it had a little bit more options for customization, on my Android and Windows 10 it works perfectly I'm having a little trouble on my Apple iPad the picture from the camera won't let me see the functions

Absolute control missing and looses the wifi link 40 - 50 feet away

Won't save videos but saves pictures, flat trim button does nothing, somehow I messed up the brand new elite edition drones firmware, I can still fly but will not save video!! Help me please!!

No problemslem out of the box. Responsive and fun. Only issue is the left button on the app for controlling the drone does not recognise button presses sometimes.

The app. seems to be fine, the popup every time I open it is annoying, I haven't used it long enough to form a opinion

Great, my phone has terrible Bluetooth but the AR drone 2.0 surprised me when it used wifi instead. It also gives you real-time video of what your drone is seeing.

It's easily blown by small wind. Becoming very unstable and uncontrollable

This is my first drone and using this software has been good. Was a bit fiddly to set up but once that was done it's been pretty good

Sometimes it crashes, sometimes the drone won't take off although everything seems OK to go.

Very easy to use interface. Intuitive controls and simple to learn. My 10 year old son can even use it easily. I like the absolute control option, and flips are a breeze when hovering or flying.

Bought this drone won't fly don't know why. Maybe the app or just junk out the box. Trash can bound.

JUNK! It keeps telling me my wi-fi is not available even when it is. Couldn't get past the "Watch Other People Have Fun" videos section. BOOO!!!

App crashes every time I open it and requires a second attempt before I can use it.

once I got the hang of it the first thing I realized is that I need more flight time, can we say upgrade n mods, lol i do like this drone really and the app makes it worthwhile it's a good complement to the package.

I diffentitly wasn't a natural to the controls but in time my lead fingers will get the softer touch it diffentitly was FUN
