Many Worng answers ...be aware

Some questions have wrong answers specialy in "Hazoor Alaihy Salawat wal Salam" category. Like "How many wives of Hazrat Muhammad PBUH". It's answer is 13 in game and this is a wrong answer. It's just example there is more mistakes like that. So plz resolve this being a Muslim.
