1. if only it posts the names of friends who play it separately, to send them gifts and energies, and those who don't play it to put them next with the option to invite.. your way is really annoying. 2. if there's a help box, or hints to perform better, until now i don't know what is the use of golden coins you earn, everything you want to buy is for diamonds. 3. the hint that you get as a gift is always offered for diamonds, i don't understand why you call it a gift. 4. I'm not done, but no more space

The game was great. Completed the first case and was halfway through the second case before the last update. Now every time I try to start a scene it takes my energy and says can't connect need to refresh and won't let me do a single thing in the game anymore. I have tried contacting someone no one bothers to answer. Don't waste your time you'll never get to see the end of the story.

The look is great and story pretty interesting but they point out a Lot to you, instead of letting you figure it out. The puzzles are pretty fun when they don't but cost energy that takes a long while to load back up and there wasn't much in completion, get all stars, now get all rankings, just feels repetitive for completionists. This Is a good game but loses the detective feel by not letting you detect and using energy to play with little reward. They give an easy pay option but not worth it to me.

A decent hidden item game. I liked the story and the puzzles weren't horribly hard. I'd like to play for longer, though. Fifteen energy per episode is about five too many. And now it takes the energy and tells me it's server went missing. I hope the devs fix this as I was enjoying the game.

The game story line and effect are great I can tell that you have put so much effort on it. However, the game crashes a lot when it's lunching and it stopped connecting to server so I can't do anything in the game any. Fix it and you'll have yourself 5 stars.

Been playing for a while, even though it's real slow. Been have problems, haven't been able to play for a few days. Go to Facebook to see if they have a page I can look at,it said this game isn't compatible with my phone, a Galaxy 5. Waist of my time!

I love the game. I really do, but there is just not enough energy to play the game for more then 10 minutes. I hate having to wait so long for energy, and I'm not capable of buying energy in game. It would honestly the best if there was an easier way to get energy in the game.

its a good game since I'm such a fan of sherlock holmes and finally there is a game for it.. but then it stops on episode 3 (the police station scene) and shows "refresh the game". whenever I refresh it .. they deduct 20 energy ! Hope this will be fixed.

Been enjoying it for several weeks am now at the second episode almost finished and it keeps telling me oops lost server connection. Please refresh. It doesn't refresh. Would rate 5 starts for a great game but unable to finish the game. Please get it fixed and I will rate 5 stars.

I'm on case 4... and game keeps saying the server crashed or something. I love this app... I could be made into an actual game for PC with voice for the characters. But until the crashes cease to happen, I won't be playing this app

Love the suspense and thought behind this game. But one problem. I CANT GET INTO EPISODE 3!!!!! It keeps saying we seem to have lost connection with server. Please refresh the game. I have restarted the episode and tried to continue four times. I have lost 60 lightning bolts and it doesnt give them back to me. I really like this game and really really really want to finish it. PLEASE FIX IT!

Love the computer game but this wouldnt even load after i downloaded it. So it was just a waste of time. Ill continue to play it on the computer. I redownloaded the game and now it is taking my energy but not letting ne play. Come on fix these issues or ill stop playing altogether.

I love this game. The plot is great. Sadly after 2 days of playing the game has stopped working. It can't connect to the servers. I hope this issue gets resolved as I would love to solve the case of the Copycat.

The English was pretty rubbish, the storylines were OK, but what I didn't like was having to keep repeating episodes or scenes to get the stars needed to go forward in the game. That was just ridiculous. Also I was unable to finish the game as I couldn't stop a certain person getting murdered and was asked to keep trying to do so, and just went round and round endlessly with no resolution to the game.

Really love the game. Great storyline and all but it is frustrating in that the game requires lots of energy points in order to advance. This means ten minutes of play than lots of time waiting for more energy. AND, now... like others below are saying. It takes your energy (15pts) but then tells you the connection was lost... this happens over and over with losing 15 pts each time but NO GAME PLAY! VERY DISAPPOINTING! And, now it won't work on my android phone!!!! Starts but won't let me play!!!

I love playing the game, but twice now I have purchased some diamonds to have my game freeze. The purchase has gone through, but the diamonds have never appeared. I would be happy to give it a better rating if I could get some help - I emailed but have not received a reply yet.

For some reason the past 3 days I haven't been able to get on. Just comes up with oops sorry can't connect to the server. And the whole energy thing is no were near enough. I can only play at least 5 mins at a time before I have to wait hours to get my energy back up. It would be so much more enjoyable if it cost like 5 energy each time because it already takes so long to get stars. Good graphics and good game just shame about these few things.

When i started the game it shows an error that "We seem to have lost connection with the server. Please refresh the game to continue." Even after refreshing error continues to appear. I have already completed 70% of the game. It seems the game is stuck on this msg. Pls fix the issue as i really liked playing it....

Keep getting error that connection has been lost please refresh. Keep refreshing but still nothing happens. Looks like I've lost my game progress at episode 10! Takes too long waiting for energy to bother playing again.

I just downloaded this game and app at:1:30am on 08/18/16.While going in. It had to load once more. Well????? It's ( 1:50 am). And it hasn't loaded yet! So...? I can't give any * Stars* or comments. Because" I Don't Think? I am going to be able play!

Faulty! This was an enjoyable game and had a good story going through. However, when I got to one scene it takes my energy and then fails to load. Tried repeatedly but always fails. From previous reviews this is common and developers don't seem to be fixing which is a shame.

There is bugs mentioned by others, besides, the energy was deducted but with suddenly say connection problem and that record was gone. Completed the first case, the end was with contradictions to the storyplot, I am not sure if such will be resolved/ explained in the case 2. But for case 2 needs 5 stars to start, it is really a push factor for me to leave this game alone. After that five stars starting for case 2, Addicted to the story, the 2nd case with connection and with some explanation to the case 1.

Keeps resetting and states it cannot contact server. Then in top of that it'll reset and take points away without using any stars.

Fix the bugs. I just started the game and I already have problems. Please get you game to work without so many problems and I would even think about paying for extras but not till it's fixed

I really loved playing this game but I can't play it anymore because it keeps saying refresh and it says that it can't connect to the server. I keep trying to refresh it but it keeps saying the same thing and I'm losing energy each time I refresh it. Please stop being lazy and fix this game now. When you fix this game and it starts working again then I will give 5 stars. I really want to play this game again so please fix it right away.

I played the game for over a week, I really enjoyed it and made it half way through episode 1. However at the Merry go round level it takes my energy and when it goes to load the level it gives me a connection error. When I go back to retry my energy is gone, and it gives me the same error on every level now and it takes my energy. Tried 4g connection and different WiFi networks no changes. Please fix

Love playing this game on my computer. Was really excited to play on my phone but every time I try to do one of the hidden object scenes it tells me oops that it lost service and reloads but then it just drains all my energy doing that. It's really annoying.

Most games refill energy when you level. I can log on do a couple things then I have to wait until energy refills to do anything else. Can't get into it. Also spelling mistakes in game. Cool story though.

As well as being charged and not getting my purchases, there is no help link for me to contact anyone to ask them. Please help.

Has a few bugs. Tells me to refresh too many. Can't sign on with Facebook. Can't start episode three. Nice game though. Would give a better rating, but bugs need to be fixed first. Update: Had to unistall & reinstall. If issues continue, will uninstall permanently.

I actually really like this game, but it keeps saying that I need to refresh it bcoz of bad Internet connection, even if it's good... I'd like to continue , but cannot coz everytime when it comes to finding an objects I lose the energy then it says : Oops! Bad Internet connection. Refresh! I've tried to it over and over again, but it's useless... seems like they just need to collect those energy thunders!!! It pissed me off! I was really loving this game and the great storyline, but now it won't let me play. Each time I try to enter a scene it says it has lost connection with the server and for me to refresh. Once I do this it has already taken my energy but continues with the lost connection thing. I have uninstalled the game then reinstalled to see if that helped but it didn't. Please fix this issue!!!!!!!!!!

Once again your game is glitched. It has been "refreshing" itself for a week. How long will this problem continue. This is a bug that really needs a fix and soon

Didn't really get to play the game. Wouldn't let me continue with the patient's room scene. Says no connection no matter what I do. Has the potential to be fun if it would load properly.

The game itself is interesting, but it takes forever to load and CONSTANTLY freezes. The reaction time is horrendous. It really needs some updates.

Seriously. I was getting super into it. But it suddenly kept taking my energy to play a level, then constantly crapped out and wanted me to refresh. When I refreshed, energy was still taken, and level still doesn't work

Whenever I click on a scene it states I've lost connection the the server and to refresh. This plays fine on my pc but on the mobile app it doesn't work.

I like the concept of having a detective game involving Sherlock Holmes. However, I can't fathom why they made the decision to include an energy timer. Nothing says, "Don't play this game" like needing 15 energy to play a round and having to wait 15 or 20 minutes to start it because you don't have the needed energy. I realize that they need to make money somehow and selling energy boosts does that, but it's a really lazy way of doing it.

Good storylines and simple to use. My only suggestions are to allow us to leave share with Facebook friends unchecked, it never remembers my choice, also it runs a little slow (I have a newer phone).
