Okay imma be honest. I pirated this game once. After playing it few hours i got into it so bad. Graphics are amazing, storyline is interesting, quests and areas are cool and really feels like a goddamn rpg. I felt so shamed of pirating this wonderful game so ai bought it couple of times just to support devs. Shadow of the sun is definetly TOP 3 RPG GAMES FOR ANDROID. Thanks

Great graphics and it runs smoothly it truly is a great game and well worth the dollar. The developers are are helpful and attentive and the game is really impressive.. If you're a fan of this genre buy this and if your device can handle maxed out graphic setting you will be even more amazed at what they squeezed into this 480mb app.

I am really enjoying this game. So far this is the best RPG experience I've had on Android. I wish you guys would release more games like this. This is a true bargain for such an excellent game. Great graphics, a wonderful story, and controls have been well adapted for mobile. Only thing missing is cloud save.

There are far too many cookie cutter cash-grabs out there. Mobile platform needs more titles like this. I do have two gripes, tho: I would like to see continuable gameplay after the main story is complete. I beat it in a little over 6 hours and when I realized I couldnt go back and finish some side quests, I was quite disappointed. Also, the game seemed linear. Yes, we could bounce around from spot to spot, but once an area was cleared theres no respawn.

I have to say this is one of the most satisfying purchases I've made for android. Great story and gameplay. Each step is a chore free reward. However, one the map extends i get kicked out and now can not play. Also the mission were you help this woman try to cure the disease i can not finish because i get kicked out of the game. I really need help please !

Could you allow us to place the controls/portraits on the screento our preferences? If so, I'll change my review because this is a great game, the combat reminds me of Dark Souls. Which is why I set the difficulty all the way up.

No controller support. Can't see dialogue options on the Nexus 7, it doesn't fit the window. Performance issues such as lag. Seems like a great game, but can't play it on my device.

Just get it. The only game on android I can even play. I am that picky and it is that good. Hey, developers. Is there a way to resent skills? Could someone get back to me and let me know?

Not very good. Attacks feel terrible and are delayed, loading screens and fade to blacks are tedious, story is not interesting in the slightest and visuals are unimpressive. Nice effort though.

I just bought this game cos it's my kind of genre,lets just say since buying it I haven't stopped playing it. The game is terrific and it doesn't cost a fortune,its great to see a top game amidst all the sub standard game's in the store,anyone checking this out don't be put off by the iap's,you do not have to buy them to proceed with the game ,they are little bonuses if you want them,just pay the low price for a great game and have a blast,great work devs.

In the spirit of the Elder Scrolls- I loved that I wasn't limited by a class system; I was able to make my own! That was probably my favorite thing about the game. I could cast spells and still pick locks and focus on my combat skills. Just awesome really. Funniest part-when the lady claims her husband is faking having the plague to get out of work! To funny.

This is a really good classic rpg which seems like a rarity in the play store. Really great value, no annoying ads and no Internet connection required. I took off one star because the character customization is lacking.

My character dies in combat WAY too fast, even on easiest difficulty. You need to turn down the difficulty or offer a way for players to grind XP or farm loot. I do not recommend anyone purchasing this game and i would like a refund. ________________________________(I play andriod hack n slash games like rise of darkness and gaurdians of darkness and i kick ass in those games with no problems so its not me)

We seriously need more games like this one. It felt like a mix of never winter nights and elderscrolls on a tablet. Sad the game has no sequel.

I had played a good bit and then it started to crash during loading screen. Uninstalled it. That really put me off after getting that far and starting over. Whether app or console, I'm getting to tired of things messing. All consoles are broken at home and only have this phone to fill my gaming needs. At least I could saveost console game saves on SD card not these app game. I can't root.

I cannot even load this game up it continues to crash on Startup with no reasoning. Pretty sad considering this game was one of the best on the market back in the day.

This is a mobile game? It was such a blast that it got me away from my computer. Excellent pacing, balanced character development, story, originality. It's hard to believe this game isn't for the pc (coming from a die hard pc fanboy). The only flaw is that there's no controller support. Excluding the lack of controller support the Shadow Sun is a perfect game, better than KOTOR, and I highly recommend it.

Deep character customization. Marks of a good story. Graphics are good enough to play (just don't look too hard at you character's face). Reminds me of dragon age with the selectable partner system. All in all looks like a great rpg.

At start, i had trouble with all high setting,Now i adjusted with medium & high. Nice game. Totally worth for price. :)

Still playing, but so far it is a great game. Care went into the story. For me, it puts Ravensword to shame. Ravensword is pretty, yes. However, it remains s hollow game that is devoid of any real character or feeling. Big thumbs up. It is fantastic.

Solid controls, engaging world, and much deeper than you usually see - this one is worth getting if you're a fan of western RPGs.

but it always crashes back to phone main screen everytime. I'm using Zenfone 6.

If I didn't know any better, I would have guessed that this was a Bioware and/or Obsidian game. Even the graphic style is very similar to DA. good story too!

Very fun, albeit a bit traditional. However something like an auto attack or real time with pause combat would make it a little better, it would allow strategy and make it more tactical. Just my opinion of course

Get to know this game through Pocketgamer "Top 10 RPG games", should have play this game earlier. If you like game like Dragon Age or other classical RPG you'll like this. And you can complete the quest with different approach based on your choice. Good graphic and smooth gameplay, not laggy at all. Sadly the devs seems to be quiet for awhile, hopefully they will come out with another game in near future

I bought this game over a year ago, never played it. In effort to clear space on my tablet, I started this. This is a wonderful game. Smart game design, side quests and very playable. I actually cared about the characters. I would have liked to have seen more character development like the scorpion or the spider but for what it is, it's great and I wholeheartedly recommend this to everyone that is a fan of skyrim like rpgs

This is, by far, the best RPG I have found on Android. It's a REAL PC-Style RPG. Be wary. You'll start playing and won't stop. I hope you guys make more games like this. I absolutely loved it! I didn't want it to end! I need more!

I was bored one night and had .99cents to spend and decided to get this game...little did I know that I was bout get such a well done, fun, hilarious, somewhat long game. Not only did it supply me hours of great gameplay...it ran perfect on my phone. Never experienced a single crash in over 10 hours of play!! That's unheard of..even games smaller and less in-depth crash more often! GET THIS GAME! You won't regret it..its a dollar well spent!

Nice game but no controller support. Looks nice, has decent if generic RPG elements and makes for a good mobile game. However it desperately needs controller support for people who use Android consoles or controller attachments. Most big games support controllers (GTA series, Ravensword, Quake etc.) so this is an oversight on the developers' part and the reason I rated it only 3 stars. What's the point in making a good game if you're going to gimp it with touch controls?

But I am too clumsy at moving the character through the streets and the view is too large for my screen on my Samsung. I can't even see the dialogue boxes without moving everything. Sorry was looking forward to playing after all the rave reviews.

Easily one of the best RPGs I've played on Android to date. Lots of enemies, locations, loot, npcs... if you're like me and take your time to see and do everything, there's much more than 10 hrs of gameplay here. Ive got 5 hrs in now, and I've barely scratched the surface. Plus it runs without a hitch, no hiccups or crashes yet, with all settings maxed on a Galaxy S4. Definitely worth the price, and the DLC is a great deal too.

This is an amazing game. I opened to play it not expecting much despite the reviews, but found myself an hour and half in and not wanting to put it down. What a gem of a game. The only gripe I have is that the controls are a bit on the finicky side, but not a game killer - that is they just take a bit to get used to. Well worth the 2.99 asking price. I purchased it through the Google opinion rewards, so not a big deal and once again, well worth it. Good job developer!

I decided to try this game after reading Ryan Jasinski's review, and boy was I not disappointed! Wow! I was pleasantly surprised by this game! The graphics are great (PS2), the skill tree is simple yet effective and nicely customizable, and overall, it's just a super enjoyable game with a ton of stuff to do and keep you hooked. Don't see this much with mobile games! In-app purchases are reasonable and add some sweet content too. I ended up buying mostly so that I could support the devs! Get it now!

The shadow sun provides a great story that is well written and moves at good pace. There are plenty of side quest as well and decent customization options too. Graphics are solid with good variety in maps. Sound is topnotch and controls work well. Devs did a great job however your character model could be a little more polished but this is a minor flaw. I highly reccomend this game.

I'm new to Android Rpgs but not new to console rpgs and only have experience a hand full of them in the play store but this one definitely is a good time. Incredible world that pulls right on in. I was surprise to see a game that featured a middle eastern vibe. If you like games like Assassin's Creed and Skyrim then this will be right up your alley, as you have some character customization involved and descent class to chose from that can cross over some....like perhaps a battle mage. Have fun!! :)

I love this game works amazing on my tablet can't believe how good it is I'm really enjoying this game amazing price as well can't believe how cheap it is everyone should get this game great story line amazing graphics and very addictive very traditional and easy to play I'll be playing this for days none stop guaranteed and one more thing buy the warrior pack its worth every penny.
