Space Grunts for Android
Great game, desperately needs swipe controls.. very hard to play with this clunky dpad
Brilliant game!
My favorite roguelike on android but the controls definitely need updated. They are just way too stiff. Maybe add a swipe option to give us a different way to work around the stiff controls. And for the life of me I cannot figure out how to find secret areas even when I have the hidden room sensor telling me it's nearby then I don't know if I'm supposed to shoot a wall or what to open it up.
My favorite mobile game, one minor problem is pressing the D-pad sometimes does nothing and sometimes registers 1 tap as 2. Swipe movement would be nice.
Really nice game, OP makes great stuff. Needs much more exposure when you look at the quality of OP's stuff compared to the usual Play Store crap!
Screenshots do not show that the movement control is a virtual joystick. This problem is worsened by the fact that the controller is unresponsive when pressing the outer edge button.
My only complaint is the direction stick its too small. Please add swipe controls.
Cool game although the controls are a little imprecise. Nonetheless this game deserves more visibility. Good work guys!
The one problem is that the controls are stiff pls make less stiff.
Sehr gutes Game, vor allem dafür, dass es von nur einer Person enwickelt wurde. Freue mich auf weitere OrangePixel Spiele ^-^.
It has controller support!
Awesome game very addictive!
Give it a try you will love it.
Great controller support too.

Love it. Great game, great developer, worth every penny.
Great controller support too.
A fun game. Lots of random elements, and enough structure that strategy can be employed. Great experience for the price. Plenty of explosions and blasting. Homages to sci fi. It's cool man. Android gaming!
Four words rogue like, dailies, leaderboards. Oh I lied it's also hard edgy and fun as hell
I find it to be very enjoyable and it has become my go-to game. However, it does occasionally generate a level that is broken/scrambled.
Very enjoyable turn based SciFi dungeon crawler. Works on both my phone and tablet.
Doesn't handle when Google Play is not installed, hard crashes in that case
Love this game. Sci-fi themed rogue like. OrangePixel is an auto buy for me.
Lots of fun and a great challenge.
Very cool game
Running on Note 4 (N910G) on Android 5.1.1 Touchwiz. Game itself is great, fantastic concept and gameplay. Unfortunately extremely hard to play due to massive graphics and input lag. Tried setting to low graphics - no difference. Even tried overclocking the phone - no difference. Other games run perfectly fine. Please fix this issue - I can supply more system info/log files. Would love to continue playing.
Some Samsung phones (including mine) freeze for about 10 seconds every minute or 2, due to a compatibility issue with the sound. You can fix it by turning the sound effect volume control to 0 in game, but you lose the immersion.
I don't normally enjoy rogue-like games, but this game has changed my mind. Seriously addictive. Love the weapon upgrades, different classes etc. Well done devs.
So far I'm enjoying this game. I would like to see like a shop type thing, similar to pixel dungeons. Also a reward system for leaderboards. (Example: I was top of the daily challenge last night (got screenshot to prove it) and nothing, no achievement, upgrade, nothing!)
First I thought I wouldn't like it cos it's turn based but than I understood, not exactly. It's like playing chess and gets more fun. Very addictive and genious
Update: Still broken. Charecter randomly runs to the right when controller is connected. D-pad does not work. Unplayable with Moga.
OK, at heart is a shoot em up but there is so much more to it than that. As it's turn based you get time to think, which is great. There are loads of details and things to learn about the game and the randomly generated levels keep it feeling fresh. I love Orange Pixel's art style. Ultimately, a lot to like here.
I have always loved rogue likes and this is just a beautiful addition to the games I love. I'm really shocked why the rating is so low. Fantastic. Well done.
Turn based shooter with an element of roguelike, a mechanism suited for touch input in my opinion. The artwork is similiar to other orangepixel games.
It's really wonderful to see a rogue-lite which isn't based in fantasy. The sci-fi scene sorely needs more attention and the devs have done a fine job with Space Grunts. The game is challenging without being frustrating and has a consistent style throughout. That said, it isn't without some serious flaws. Some bugs prevent the game from being completed, which is really unforgivable from a design perspective. Also, the game's graphics develop issues if you happen to use explosives to bypass sections of each level. Almost as if the tiles are incorrectly chosen if you don't enter rooms from the expected direction. Finally, the game is notorious for dropping you into insta-death situations when you open doors or start a new level. This can be mitigated by heavy use of looted items, but drops are defined by a Luck stat this means your chances of survival are linked to Luck. This was a poor design choice. But all in all, well worth the cash due to enjoyment and replay value
Bleh definitely not worth the full retail price. 10p is pretty much the value of this game.
Seems like a good game but ALWAYS crashes after a few mins. Have emailed devs for help. Will update review if they can fix
I love that I can play it for just a few mins while waiting on someone or for yours at home.
the idea is awesome and controls are okay, game size is small and no in-app purchases
