The goal of Spider Solitaire is to arrange all cards into complete suits in descending order from King to Ace. Every complete suit of 13 cards is discarded automatically as soon as it is created. The board consists of 10 stacks and a stock. Moves to a stack must be made in descending order regardless of suit. Any card can be moved to an empty slot. A sequence of properly ordered cards of the same suit can be moved together.

The game plays well, but it can be difficult to maintain smooth play if the lines of cards get long. I also wish that the statistics would store the number of moves in addition to the score and time.

Cards can go onto the same suit (which isn't standard) so playing a winning deal is useless. Selecting cards can be tricky although the controls are generally good. The hints are useless as they are just a rapid display of legal moves. The two views (one per rotation) are good. The ads are unobtrusive. The end of game display is animated but always the same.

Crashes constantly. Have to uninstall and reinstall several times a day. I love this game but it seriously needs to be fixed. I don't even mind the ads, except the loud ones that startle me when they start blasting. Please fix it...thanks
