**Not really a game, more a demonstration**
This fun little app demonstrates the theory of evolution through mutation and selection.
Initially a generation of 8 random shapes with wheels attached randomly, from that random generation the three than managed to roll, stumble and hop the furthest are picked as parents for the next round.
Each generation from now on is parented randomly from the best of the previous round, the shapes are decided by a mix of 8 "genes" deciding angle and length inherited from two parents.
Generation after generation the poorly performing cars will be cast aside while the better performers are combined into better (sometimes worse).
Cars can be put into three seperate environments, each of which will lead to different adaptations. A ramp of quickly increasing height usually leads to a vehicle with its weight pushed towards the front, with a small, high torque wheel at the back.
No part of the car design is predetermines, the shapes start off as random 8 sided polygons and develop purely through selection based only on the distance they manage to travel before becoming stuck.

Found a bug: if the car is too fast it gets destroyed even though it was moving efficiently. All the people giving 1 star saying this "game"sucks need to read the description. This is a simulation, not a game. There are no set goals and very little commands. 1 star is not fair.

My only major problem is that in the default map the cars have to do a half loop and somehow climb on top of it (if I remember correctly it's at 3.8 ~ 4 km) and my major request is the ability to make and evolve your own cars. What I mean is a way to design a car and have the game evolve it. That would be awesome in my opinion.

Can you make the track finite as otherwise the cars go on forever, like in a settings page? Also can you add a timer/stopwatch the time each lap or survival time

I downloaded this game/simulation yesterday and enjoyed it. It's a quick simple easy thing to just do. However, yes it does need a game save function, and a facelift. Also maybe a longer view of the parents or having the parents be smaller near the edge and don't dissappear. It has the potential and want to see where is goes from here.

Issues : car gets destroyed while it's still moving pretty fast, some physics might need to be fixed, cars tend to be pulled counter clockwise when it's on the air

Unfortunately, it was not truly significant of the theory of evolution. What needs to happen is 7original cars need to have nearly identical setups and then those that go the furthest "reproduce". As opposed to the current setup in which the original cars are nothing alike.

Needs lots of work. No reset button to start over. No way to save or start where you left off. Cars you don't select still end up on DNA mix. Even if selected. More tracks would be good too. And needs some bug fixes. But still cool concept.

Once you figure out the controls (or rather lack) it is fun to watch each new generation try to go further. The sad part is whenever I close the app I have to start all over. This also seems to be the ONLY way to start over, a complete reset button would be nice.

This is an outstanding concept that you could do so much with. It very clearly demonstrates the concept of evolution and can be fun for experimenting such as selecting a bad car or saving one and introducing it back in later. I would like a fast forward option and the ability to save cars with losing them when I exit the app and to be able to resume.
