Servers are incredibly laggy, and can take hours to log on. Game is incomplete after almost 3 years, and updates are incredibly slow to arrive, and frequently incomplete. Items listed over two years ago are still not in the game, and the best, most expensive set cannot be completed. Pass on this game.

Dont get me wrong, extremely enjoyable to play, but in order to achieve a more rewarding experience from said game play money is required. As in to say the amount of time needed to play the game and "get good" largly decreases with a greater influx of currency applied, which can be said about any "pay to win" game. But overall fun and easy to play.

Connection to server is a joke (could not Connect to server) fix it is it that hard to do instead of new spend more money events? And my friend getting the same problem...

As much as I like this game, it can be rather high-maintenance at times. I've long ago lost track of how many time's I've seen the message "Could not connect to server."

Love the game I have been playing for over a year lots of free gems and continuous changes to keep it interesting. I wish that my female warrior looked a little tougher like she used to lol

I have been playing the game for a while now... i love it but over the past few day i have been having sever issues.. im running off Wifi at home and my other games are running fine... FIX IT

Wouldn't it be great to have some dots or commas in the gold section to make it easier to see how much money I have? Also, there should be a way to upgrade lower level/non set gear to higher level. In case y I u are stuck on a boss, there's a way to go on.

Ezpz pretty ok. Keeps going while you are not even on line. Pretty cool there, they need to not load so much stuff onto a server. Starting to have connecting issues due to all the things going on.

Too many inactive players clogging up servers yet those servers still labeled "hot". They screw up the arena, guilds, MP dungeon hires, etc...

I would also rate 5 stars. But the constant inability for this app to connect to and stay connected to the servers is horrible

Not quite sure why this game needs heavy connection.. Always cannot connect even with stable fiber connection... Other games that i have on phone is running with no issue... But this? It still said cannot connect to server... What a waste of a good game...

11/16/15Don't be fooled by description there is a lot to do great game I never have any problems with service*****/ I'm dropping two stars since 8/11 to many updates that will only load on wifi I play daily except when I'm on the 4G network with out wifi fix the update loading problem so it can b loaded on 4G and you'll get your stars back10/27/16 thanx for fixin the update problems love this game

As usual. You update the app and its been unplayable for hours. no customer services, no effort, pathetic standards. Stop breaking the app and leave it alone ffs... Could not connect to server could not connect to server could not connect to server. the only thing reality squared are competent at is making sure their games are unplayable! Still can't access the game meaning I can't enter eternal war etc meaning you're still forcing me to miss daily activities and events and have less gear and cred. Disgrace

Will gladly give 5 stars but mine keeps bugging. Im stomping the enemies where im at but it keeps randomly saying humiliating failure even though my guy is at full health.

O..m..g!!!! After this update all my crap is gone!! My whole pack and all my character's equipment that I've spent so long getting is gone!!! noo!!!! I'm so done with this game.. Gave it three chance chances now.."cannot connect to server" crap is so annoying.. And now I'm done

I've played for awhile now. Then I jumped into the new server honky dory. I'm the leader of EZPZ guild and we are all having a blast

Take off some of the autistic limitations like vip 1 and stuff and you might get a decent game here, also don't try to steal money from players instead go for ads that give us bonuses when we watch them. Also fix your goddamn servers

I have a HTC Desire 530 which is powerful, but im still getting server timeouts, this i hope would get fixed.... i liked this game now its unplayable

That stat is working or not? Mine were 29k-ish more resilience stat total number against player that have the stat lower but it seem they are still easily crit attack. Hoping you guys would make the status player panel more realistic.

It's fun, but incredibly pay 2 win. Incredibly. The amount of money R2 wants you to spend on this game borders on robbery.

The game may be OK but it's just to much of a hassle to play ! Constant can't connect to server, just to get started I had to back click many times just to progress forward! I'm not a patient person and there are way to many games for me to be messing with broken games!

Dear reality squared. I have bought the required gems from the store and spent more than enough to activate the lifetime card, but it hasn't activated for some reason. Could you please either activate the card or refund me so I can buy the gems again? Thanks for your time

I had just won 2 numan ring shards and already had 2 windchaser shards so I used them hoping to get 4 total but my total only reads 3 please fix soon

Everytime i play this game it always say that "could not connect the server" but i have a good internet connection, please fix this issue cant enjoy the game.. thank you in advance..

Great game of not for the amazingly bad server connection issues.

Really good and easy peezy TO START WITH then as you progress and learn the game it is actually quite technical in parts, only downside it is a very battery hungry app. Well worth a download :)

Constant connection problem. Always waiting for connection randomly in the middle of the game. Connection fails a lot. All "events" revolve around spending gems or buying it with real money. Who has the biggest wallet wins.

No server connection. Apperently this cant be fixed or it just doesn't matter to the dev wooohoo

Constant server issues.....it's obviously a pattern and you guys need to fix your connection problems with your server.....great game and concept but pointless without being able to connect to a server

Greedy devs can't even give their players decent servers hangs constantly. Deleted within the first 5 mins after disconnecting atleast 10 times

Enjoy the game very much. That is when I am able to connect and it doesn't pop up and say unable to connect to server. I have exited out and made sure the app wasn't running in the background. I'll close and open the app about 10 times before it will connect to the server. Sometimes I have to restart my Pixel. Also uninstall and reinstalled. Clear cache and data. This issue happens on both WiFi and Cellular Network. Please fix this issue! This game is a lot of fun and is the 1st I've really got into playing. Please fix it this issue!

Im on day two of playing it's a great game but this could not connect to server message is getting beyond a joke ever else works on my phone with internet but the server is not connecting for some reason please fix for five stars this has happened on and off all day. I'm ready to delete if the connection issue is not fixed

Been playing for over a year or more and even a lifetime card holder. The game is unique enough to stand out and even being an idle game requires a bit of thought to progress. I am annoyed the game has not had an update in quite a bit and seems abandoned. Game play is straight forward and a bit competitive. However if you are in the top arena position or server wars it is way to easy to snowball your power. Not to mention if you join an older established server it is impossible to ever reach top 10.

it would really make things less tedious for everyone if we could train our ally 50, 100, 1000, 5000 times with one button press. it just takes too long to train them as it is. Nonstop Battle has this feature and it is one of my top likes about their game. Many of us have way too much gold now and I think this addition would help us spend it faster! Thank you, keep it up!

Every time i log in, it keeps saying "could not connect to server". This happens multiple times a week, and i have to exit out of the game and come back in for about 15 minutes before i can play it. Its a great game, but there's no use for the gold. I'm already into the billions with nothing to spend the gold on

Worst support of any game!..Hunters and Mages are so over powered its ridiculous. Customer service constantly asks for screenshots but never fix anything!...Do not waste your time on this game!!

Takes multiple attempts to connect to server. Even after you are connected you might get disconnected. Chat messages vanish on a regular basis, making communication with guild members very difficult. Addictive. .....

I really like this game. But I can never connect to the server to actually play it. Please don't respond by linking me the support thread. With so many other people having the same issue, this should not be a case by case fix. You need to solve your server issues.
