Nostalgia.NES (NES Emulator)

The emulation runs smoothly, has great features like saving slots and rewind mode. Unfortunately the controls are terrible, it's very hard to play with them, maybe it's that the nes was supposed to be played with physical controls instead of a touchscreen? Hopefully this can be fixed because other than that it's pretty flawless

Im streaming this app through google chromecast and it is amazing! Ive connected the ps4 controller but it doesnt work that well. Will another bluetooth controller work better? Thanks.

Like the app but I went out and spent about $40 on an on the go plug, usb to nes controller adapter, and an nes controller and I cannot for the life of me find any options to map the controller. The only buttons that work is the d-pad. Very disappointed!

Pretty good emulator. D pad is a bit inaccurate at times. Might be better to have a dot you drag in the direction you want than buttons. Often found myself trying to go forward but my big thumbs on a tiny screen ended up making me go right or left, also in landscape mode my hands would cover most of the screen. These are problems for most emulators though and with a paired wii remote it's pretty good. Would also be interesting to have amount of time spent playing each game. There is a "sort by most played", but I like being able to see how much time I've put into a game. Anyway would recommend it, pretty great free software and barely takes up any space.

It's good, but on my galaxy S4 it was running a little too fast. I'd 5 stars if it had a slow down button to offset the speed. It would help me a lot in Mike Tysons Punch Out.

An amazing app and great that it searches for ROMS also it has payed functions too. Just I keep getting input lag and controls get stuck on. I've lowered grahpic but still no help.

I wish cheats were already added but I like how it puts all your NES Files together and you don't have to keep Searching and looking through all your other ROMs... I know others do this as well but I thought maybe if I rate it high they might update it with cheat files already preloaded.... Wishful thinking I know but hey its worth a try.

Great emulator. No bugs, ads are unobtrusive. Doesn't have a fast forward in the free version, but oh well. Simple button mapping. Takes game genie and raw cheats, I like that.

It has some programed functions which can not be turned off. I hate things like those

Takes me back in the day when I had a Nintendo and it's great. The only drawback is using the screen when I'm so used to the feel of the buttons. Other than that...I love it!!

I loved super Mario Bros in my childhood. But today I don't have that console on which I played it. I searched for an emulator and finally I got Nostaliga. I wanna say thanks to the developers

Looks great and it's easy to navigate through screens but the damn directional pad literally works once every two taps. I stopped using this emulator and immediately deleted it.

This is my first emulator and from using this it really amazes me on how easy it is to use. Also where is scarce at?

It used to work now right button sticks so can't play any games!! I would give no stars if I could. DON'T DOWNLOAD

Got this so I could record an LP for megaman 2 and I gotta say I feel right at home! The controls are responsive, everything runs well, and the buttons are in a place were I can comfortably press them! If I could I would give this 10 stars :D

It runs well and is easy to use. It has a few gliches, but for a free emulator, it runs well. The search for roms function works, and the games run corrctly.

I love this app. I have used a few NES emulation apps and this one is one of the best ones. Thanks for making this!! This is sure to be hours and hour of fun for me.

Honestly you cant get any better. Ads are slightly annoying but it's a small price to pay.

This is a terrific emulator. It's extremely well - executed! The user interface is simple. It will even search your device for ROMs and list then for ready access. It's a "lite" (free) version so it's ad supported. But its only one, unobtrusive ad at the bottom of the ROM selection menu, nothing over your games. I would recommend this emulator. I hope they set their sites on an SNES one next.

Outstanding ! Game play is terrific no issues. It is just like the original nintendo except you dont have to blow on the games. ;)

Really great app that's easy to use. I recommend playing it with an NES pro 30 Bluetooth controller instead of the touch screen controls as this will significantly increase the amount of fun you will have playing these games, nothing like a controller in hand to really bring back the feel you remember.

Great emulator no need to pay to save a game. So that's nice. Haven't noticed any problems yet.

I actually have this emulator on my fire tv. I love the classics like Tecmo Bowl Contra etc.. And wasn't aware that I crab place this app on my cell phone.. Now I play my favorite classics on the go.. Great app..

Every thing is on part with the original NES except for input lag. Which can be solved in the settings. Nice emulator.

Great emulator but i can'tpress more than 2 buttons at once on my redmi note 3 pro(snapdragon650 processor & adreno 510 Gpu) which is required in many games. Please dosomething!I'll give 5

Only problem is you can't hold a and b buttons down at the same time but alot of emulators have that problem these emulators along with the John one are the best don't know why people complain about adds you want adds try out Matsu they have adds everywhere

This is the best NES emulator for android, hands down. The controls are responsive, there aren't any loading issues, the app automatically searches for and loads your roms - no manual entry needed. Four stars all the way around.

The very best of all the NES emulators I've tried on Android with high speed and functionality.

Love but would be very nice to snes to play on Also a few problems with the down button making my character go down when I didn't tell it to go down I have to whip my cell of just to get it to work please fix this issue

Like a lot of people who also rated this app, I found the D pad to be finicky. If they can fix this I will rate 5.

The controls are messed up when i start the game it runs forward and u cant control it
