The controls are actually fine, sometimes is hard to make some turns, but hey that's the challenge. It's all in the timing.

Entertaining & challenging game, charming atmosphere, calming gameplay music. There are ads but they dont hinder gameplay. Most reviews that are below 5 stars are people complaining about how difficult the game is.

Difficult but addictive, This game is a good stress reliever but would be even better if there enemies, bosses and Different levels then I would rate 5 stars. I know that 8 Bit Doves has that but I have no bank account to I can't buy anything.

Adorable, nostalgic, and with peaceful 8-bit music! And it's insanely challenging! A game I simply cannot put down! Dream on, little bird-man! Dream on!

Firstly, this is one of few mobile games I've ever purchased or given money to; I don't do "freemium" games. The only issue I have is that on my s7 it lags, whereas on my iPhone 6 and iPad air it does not. Please Nitrome. I fell in love with Endless Doves and bought this, but both are letting me down because sudden frame drops are literally killing me around tight corners.

I don't leave many reviews but I had to this time. This is an absolutely amazing game, I play it every free moment that have. The color scheme is beautiful. The quality and controls are phenomenal. You all did a really great job. 10/10 would recommend and play all the time while I'm taking a dump

This game is magnificent. But not as magnificent as Nitrome as I have been playing nitrome games since I was eight

This is a great spin on the original game '8-bit Doves' and gives it that new life it needed to continue the game. This game brings the endless genre back to life with truly random generation of loops and quick turns, that keeps you excited with all the time consumption of any other endless game. 4/5 Doves.

The controls are the challenge but other than that it is very simple and I bought the games after around 5 minutes after downloading, due to the fact i would not grow tired of playing it. This game even has customizable option for players. Simplicity and fun, just what you need.

Great game but not for everyone if you dont like deing a lot and trying to be better every time don't download this one. Anyway Nitromeltd dose the best 8 bit games I was not expecting bad game from them*

I am just a kid using my mom's Google account. I just want to say that the music in this game really reminds me of my childhood, and the game itself is really great. Keep up the good work nitrome.

I like graphis but the controls and characters aren't good.

I've tried many times but he just doesn't turn enough to get through some of the obstacles and so within 10-20 seconds I've crashed again. If there were an addition to the game such as earning the "money" to buy upgrades to make him turn faster or something then that would definitely give this game a 5 star rating.

Playing most games these days are a piece of cupcake, not cake cuz that's how easy they are. This one will really test your maneuvering skills, its almost impossible yet fun at the same time. Also the bg musix is awesome. It kinda balances your irritation that you always die but listening to the music just soothes and calms your immediately. I really love nitrome games, theyre all fun and unique and i have to say that this is probably my most favorite.

Nice music, but controls could be better. Not very fun for noobs like me when I keep dying in 10-20s every round. Maybe an arrow telling where we will fly will help. A ring showing the radius where u pick up the birds will be good too. It's not very fun when u cannot progress despite all the rave reviews others have posted

Games like this, it takes time until the control grows on you. So give it some times guys! Dev has done a superb job overall, and yes, I'll try to skip coffee to buy that other game

Poor game design from the off, if you make unusual and un-intuitive controls then you need to teach the player how to use them. life is too short for this kind of wall headbutting.

It lacks tight controls and direction for the player. Music is annoying and with the lack of decent gameplay, it makes for a frustrating experience.

This is the best and most addictive game I've ever played. If I could I would give it six stars. But I just had a question, is it endless? But just to restate, BEST GAME EVER!!!!!!

The controls are to difficult to use!:( The character takes forever to turn at sharp corners too, please make controlling easier, i love these sorts of games.

Controls are super difficult, been playing for 20 minutes and only got 2 doves. Would make for an excellent rage quit game play, though.

Game would work well, except the load times for starting each play are as long (and often longer) than you stay alive. Gets frustrating very quickly.
