Necklace (Masyu) Lite

'Black' pearls are nearly indistinguishable from white on my device (galaxy s6). Just look at the board example here. Can YOU tell the white from the black easily? Is this a logic puzzle or a vision test? And, as others have noted, the puzzles are *horribly* flawed by multiple solutions. The example given her in the app store has FOUR solutions. That's not a puzzle, that's just doodling. Further, if one simply ignores the rules and connects the pearls AT RANDOM -- the app replies: "Puzzle Solved! Try Again!" NIAsoft -- take this down, delete the source code and start from scratch. Yikes.

I'm very confused as to why I have to back out to play another puzzle. Also I have no idea why the line changes color. Did I solve it?

Fun thinking game. A little buggy but future updates will hopefully fix them.

I've hand-crafted about 50 Mashu (masyu, pearls, necklace) puzzles that are published in my puzzle books "My Puzzle Fix" 1 & 2, so I am very familiar with the pitfalls of designing these puzzles. Some of the puzzles in this app definitely cannot be solved by logic alone and require trial-and-error guessing. Others clearly have multiple valid solutions. Both are inappropriate for any spatial logic puzzle. Also, simple navigation helps are needed, such as a "play another" button on competition of a puzzle.

Very difficult and challenging. Definitely not for the Moron nerds, that leave trash talk comments that a 12 year old kid would say. Big ups, Devel!

The lesson is although u can do with your way,but there's only 1 right answer.

Excellent complement to Sudoku, Numbrix, and Words With Friends; however, it has a couple of quirks: If you accidentally complete the loop having made a mistake, it says that the puzzle is solved (albeit in the red color), and doesn't allow you to undo in that circumstance; Next, if you take a call in the middle of a game, it doesn't return to the same game.

game must be buggy.. doesn't progress to new level when you beat it.. just says "Problem Solved, Try Again". also, every game can be won the same way.

Very pretty graphics. But the medium level is a little difficult to use and the hard level impossible. Also, levels don't have unique solutions.

Needs a next button so I don't have to keep going to the home screen. Other than that it's very good.

Great interface but puzzle generation is poor: multiple solutions, and back-tracking is required, not just deduction.

I think most reviewers aren't understanding the rules. It will show solved even if you complete it ignoring the rules associated with the different pearls. But there is only one correct answer. Game is thought intensive.

Pretty and well implemented. Only one minor bugfix needed: allow breaking a full loop to try again in the event of an illegal solution.

Hard level is soo easy with the oldest trick in a book: zig zag

Pretty fun game. The only real problem is that you can win without the line being green.

Where are people upset about there being multiple ways to solve one puzzle?

Multiple solutions = lousy architecture. A solution button seems pointless. Try again.

Puzzles have multiple solutions

a few small bugs, don't affect game play. fun little puzzle, pretty easy to beat. addictive tho.
