Watching ads for NRG cans almost never pays or the Ad won't exit and you get stuck watching it. Seriously bad for paying out after watching the ads. The game used to be fun and rewarded skilled play. Now it just feels like a cash cow and really is poor unless you spend real money. I don't protest to spending money for a good app but this just wants money all the time. The IAP balance isn't right anymore and really ruins the game

Going to disable internet when I play now, what a joke. Edit2: No way to restore purchases even though I bought Ads and Pitches on my other phone... EDIT: Ok now 5 stars, a brilliant game! Original review: You have to pay to continue, why?? You already have other payment methods, this is a free game I shouldn't have to pay for it. My 3 (Now 1) stars is only because of that, otherwise it is the greatest football game!

I enjoy this game since I have discovered it. New upgrade looks cool apart from 'pay for' features. Also I have noticed if you promote team from lower division to high lever, lets say by 3 tiers, if you leave your freshly promoted team for a season the game's database is back in to default and your promoted team is going down 3 tiers by one season. I don't know what's happened, but since today game is crashing on my Android device. 5* for a game anyway!

It's alright. Your energy should really go up as your player "rests" when you're away from the game! I opened the app a day and a half later and I was still at ZERO energy! The price of the cans going up is equally annoying and it keeps you from improving other facets of the game. It's very clearly pay to win which I will not be doing. Fantastic idea for a game tho

Very good game, and room for improvement despite being probably the best soccer career mode game on the market. The AI could be better: the opponents should be marking your teammates and moving with them when you set their runs rather than just standing there, this way the game is harder and you can open up more space. You should be able to choose your position, and the transfer system is kind of bs. Worst of all, the match ratings. I assist the games only goal with a solid performance and i get a 4.2. Fix the ratings, an assist should be worth more you can't expect hat tricks every game. A lot more things to improve as well, but mobile gaming has a limit. 9.5/10

I thought overall I was a good game. Not fantastic but I like how they had a huge store. I'm not going to lie but the graphics were terrible it was nothing like FIFA 17. I would recommend this game to all football lovers. And it's even got lifestyle where you can get a girlfriend so I would say 4/5. So go along and try it.

Game is good but i feel that they should remove ads for us users as i am sure that they are earning enough money for all other in game purchases. Or better still reduce the price its daylight robbery 2.99 for the removal. No fricking way make it 99p and you got a deal other then that i love the game

Most complete soccer game, it's just too simple to mess it up. And lack of players name make your character be the focus point. Almost every league from all over the globe with they respective divisions. Great experience, I would love to play a game like this in a big platform

I would love to give this 5 stars but i cant since after 3 hours of trying i still cant play since the game crashes on the choose country section. Other friends of mine that have this have a similiar problem but not as extreme. From watching them play it looks like an awesome game but i cant rate what i cant actually use.

I love this game! It's great. But, all great things have the ability to become perfect. To me, what would make this game perfect would be the introduction of injuries. Like, let our player get injured, and instead of playing in a match, we instead have to complete training and fitness minigames, and the better we do, the shorter our recovery time. Also, add the ability to make your girlfriend your wife. Maybe it's in the game and I just haven't unlocked it yet. If it isn't, then it's a totally wasted opportunity that I won't say needs, but should be added. Unrelated to this game, but still related to one of your products, PUBLISH ANOTHER INTERACTIVE STORY. I NEED THE FULL SEASON OR INTERNATIONAL VERSION. Thanks.

ANYONE WHO WORKS AT 5 ACES, PLEASE READ THIS!!! There are some changes I would like to New Star Soccer. First, I would like to choose the club I play for. For example, if I play in England, I should be able to choose all the clubs in England from Chelsea to Northampton. If I am unhappy at the club because of game time, or some other reason, I should be able to request a loan or transfer. Next, I would like to choose the position I play in the game from the GK to the CF. Lastly, I would like to be able to choose what traits I have as a player. However, there should be a certain amount of traits a young player can have. For example, if I play as a winger, I have to decide whether I prefer Skillful Dribbling over Speed and Agility. NSS is an outstanding game, but it can be better. Thank you for taking the time to read and consider this review.

This game is pretty much an football RPG and that is what makes it so original. Plus its not to hard to dig your teeth in. There are some needs some minor teeks in the game play. But apart from those few things it really is a hidden gem in the Google play store!

Amazingly addictive. I was browsing for a good single player offline manager but this is even better. You manage only one player but it is so much more options and so much more control which makes it a lot more interesting.. And it is not easy at all.. Hell, it's just the right amount of challenge to make it not frustrating but so rewarding when you do well in a match.. 10/10

Nice game but.. I was really getting into this game but then the adverts somehow managed to manifest themselves into short cuts on my home screen. When I went to delete them they deleted the game and all my progress. This app cannot be trusted. Do NOT install! It does not respect the privacy of your phone.

Best soccer game on play store. It's too addictive. Yes there are some problems in the way they assign the points(individual) after the game but that's not common(with problem I mean I played well but still get low player rating). But don't let that stop you from playing this game. It's the best game on play store, not just the best sports game but the best game

Really addictive, 9 seasons in now. Really like the match sequences. Could do with a few more features, maybe injuries? Also there's a lot of ads, and the NRG drinks keep going up in price so cannot afford more expensive properties etc. May Be the only way to do this is to purchase add-ons??

The game is great only I get really upset about how slow my team mates are when I try to pass or assist. Also I would enjoy it so MUCH more if the money you were able to actually afford the amount of stuff offered. And the price increase of the consumables weren't as drastic as you progress.

I like the gameplay. But cant we earn wages like real footballers do. Like come on, things cost so much money. Either lower the cost or give us a proper wage at least minium 400 and maxium 1000 depending on how well u played

Well, i have a good history with nss, and so far this seems to be a good game... Edit- been playing for about a week. One thing i don't like is the ads. After every match. Will constantly shut off pandora.... Has been fixed.. Kinda ...... Edit in 2017 still amazing

Addictive Game. Doesn't get too repetitive. Keeps track of your yearly stats so you can compare seasons. I do wish it tracked your league standings to compare yearly, but this is a minor thing. The skill training is annoying, but understandable. I just skip it, as it uses a lot of energy. I think I'm 11 seasons in and achieved 100% lifestyle and happiness. On the casino, the best chance at making money is on roulette. Bet $50, and select one of the chip ranges, not colors. If you guess right you will $150, and only miss out on the $50 if you lose

Game play isn't great as you keep a clean sheet about maybe 3 or 4 games a season. Ads also very intrusive for a paid for game. Agent and Trainer options very limited unless you want to pay more money. Seems the makers are more focused on the in game purchase development than the actual gameplay

It's really good. The energy levels are a bit bad when you get to a higher star rating. Sometimes you don't make enough bux & you only get like 25-50% energy after a match which makes you need to buy more cans

Overall the game's great, would totally recommend. Really addictive, fun and enjoyable. However, it may be just too easy. Once you understand how to play it becomes fairly easy to score and assist lots of goal. In my opinion the defenders are too slow and give too much space most of the time, and keepers really need improving; you can score from almost any angle because their positioning and movement is terrible. But as I mentioned before, the games is a great time killer and I really enjoyed it.

Its a pretty damn good game. I played with Hemel for two seasons, then moved to Chelsea, and am loving it there. To all the reviews talking about ads, just turn off your internet and play, then there will be no trouble. Overall, a pretty sick game.

Energy burns too quickly. And the prices of NRG and Boots are ridiculous. The whole girlfriend thing is but unnecessary as all it does is waste money and energy and if you don't have one you're team slags you off. Otherwise I enjoy playing.

The game used to be really fun, but since the introduction of the pay to win features it's become nothing other than a cash grab. It's no longer fun, and if it's not forcing ads in your face it's stalling your progress to try and make you buy boots, energy, trainers, agents or in game currency. Load of rubbish

I like the game. However I think that when you are bringing the cost of the NRG cans up, you should leave it at at least 17. And not 41 where some people, like me, can't afford it. And because of that it brings down your relationship with the boss and other relationships. I also don't like when your team doesn't really like you and they give you barely any chances. And therefore your team loses and you lose a good bit of rating. And last thing, if you can, personally, can you make the players not shoot every time they see the goal? Because when I pass to them they are all the way back but when the goal is on the screen, they take a big long shot and most of the time the results aren't really good. But at least you got that short passing rating. But, overall I enjoy it.

Unfortunately, I have a save file that self corrupted after season 1 ended, while I have 5 bucks worth of agent and trainer (130+ games left!) still active... Help me please, developers! I've contacted you via every method available to me; make this right!!

Mobile gaming has so many shortcomings and flaws when it comes to game design and especially controls. This game sits in this perfect balance between engaging game play elements and simple yet satisfying controls. The micro transaction and energy is annoying at times but the game has to make money so it is what it is.

Much appreciated, don't expect you will read this, but why don't you give rewards. For example on day 1 you get 10 bux, then the second continuous day you play it you get 20 bux and so on up to day 5 so on day 5 you get 100 bux. If you don't play it continuously then your streak resets. Thank you though its a great game.

Some of the chances are annoying because there is a cut off area within the boundaries.. so some passes, although they get to the team mate, actually fail.. but it is addictive

Need to be a little more reactive. If you try to lead your teammate, they move once the ball is already past them, and you lose possession. When you kick the ball like they show you in training where you swipe to give it curve, it doesn't react. When you try to tap on the ball more than once like they showed, it just kicks it. You get no coins for assists when you start out, the price of the energy cans goes up, energy doesn't refill over time, and you need it for everything in large amounts . Can only get it by using coins, which too many things rely on at the same time. Another money grab game. Better ones in the store to play

Good game. To many ads. Energy drinks too expensive. Lose energy too quickly and there should be an option to retire from international football which I find tedious trying to grow my player to win things at club level and have to play lots of international games socks my energy. Otherwise very fun game with lots of quality aspects

Paid for this game ages ago and had to reinstall it.welcomed to a game with a f2p game with all of my purchases gone and unrecoverable as far as I can see. Add onto that I now have ads plastered over a game I bought. Complete joke, took the money and threw it in our faces.

Get rid of your annoying ads. They disrupt the game completely. It ruins the user experience and I need to close down the app to get past the Game of war ad. It also black screens frequently after ads. You clearly haven't optimised your game to allow seamless app to ad transition. You've simply stuck it in to make an extra buck. Please fix this.

Could be better if there were loans; if you aren't doing well at your current club you have to leave permanently. Number of assists you can get is disproportionate to real life and the game is a bit too easy. There should be friendly international matches because it's almost impossible to get a 100 games for your nation without them.

Is OK but bux are always tight so it gets frustrating. Watching the ads don't fill up your energy fully and I haven't yet seen an ad that gives access to a trainer.
