Since the last update, nearly everytime I tried to open the game it said "Security Detection" and force close itself. By the way many players quite mad when you put "Roro guaranteed" on step up summon when some player couldn't get it on step up summon. Please help me, it's a good game and I'll give better ratings once this sorted out. Thank you :)

Very nice game I play often, but here is an idea. Can you make a rank outfit choice. I prefer some of the 5 star outfits then 6 stars. I have limited edition outfits for some of my characters, but I'd rather have the base outfit of a choice. Maybe if you limit break my characters, a function where I could choose a ranked outfit anytime would be kool. Such as Espada, I love her 5 star outfit, but of course I have her awoken and I like her awoken outfit, but I still would want her 5 star outfit on. Or...maybe you could make a outfit similar for awoken, that's limited edition, i' d definitely purchase. But for now, I'm sticking with her cute limited edition pop star outfit✌.

So have been playing for a long time and you guys still are making this game fun. It's worth the download. The devs listen to ideas and fix problems. And there is always something to do. Plus not a p2w they give you great character that put you near good players. Awesome work Netmarble

1> Screen freeze for few secs when casting a skill. 2> Arena AI getting ridiculously dumber and dumber! It use regular skills rather than awakening skills! Seriously annoying AF! 3> Stop CENSORING your game! Stop being a coward, don't be another pathetic developer/publisher. We already have too many weakling dev/pub!

The gameplay is very good,great graphic,great story. The only problem is why you guys fix the CR ? It really good before the update, 1 more thing is item is kinda hard to get and powerup, so did jewels. I personally like the idea of specialization caus everyone have their spotlight ,the increase inrubies to get hidden masters is fine, but theCR is very bad now.Really enjoyed the game so far but plzzz fix the CR again :)

I'm Furious that my sister has been playing for 2 days and got 3 Awakening characters. And I have been playing for a while and I only got two. I don't understand how you guys systemized who gets what but I think more dedicated players should have better chances.I have 4 accounts on different devices. Not one of mine got 3. Her account is not new, she just didn't sign in for awhile. But I was the same I didn't sign in for awhile. HOW IS THAT FAIR!

If everyone can can block & has fix damage, so Rudy is totally useless. Not only that, all seven knights are bunch of loosers now. Why don't u change the name of the game into something like "Smash the Seven Losers"

I have an account in the ASIA server since I AM in asia. Now it keeps taking me to the GLOBAL server and I have to start the game all over again with a new account. This happened when there is a problem with login in the game, which lead me to clearing the data. After that this happended. I assumed that the ASIA server has some problems. My ASIA server account is connected to Google Play Service and name is AidenPWR. Please fix this or uninstalled.

i really love this game!! cant stop playing it. however, recently i just bought a new phone and i cant seem to login in my new phone. my account in my old phone is connected to Facebook but when i tried logging in through my new phone using facebook. it says there is no account connected. please help! i dont want to lose my account,.

How long will we wait for our request about instant clear in adventure mode? Its take 6-7 hours completing 200 ruby everyday in ruby farming. And we are always focusing on our phone because of changing fooders every 8-10 minutes. And it takes a lot of time using all our keys everyday. Our phone battery will be destroy in no time if this happens everyday. This game takes a lot of our time, specially those has jobs and business just like me. If not instant clear, maybe you can make ruby farming faster, for example, we can use 3 keys in 1 run adventure to make tripple experience of fooders. Just make it easier for us who's always everyday busy.

The daily event (the summer event one not the regular one) hasn't been coming on for me for the past few days but it still comes on for my sisters account. How can I fix it to make it come back?

It is a great game if you dont have this game you should download it and play. This game is addictive i am on it alot some heros are hard to get and some are easy. If you think you are going to have a problem in the beggening no problem you will get a free 5 star hero. So just try the game you will love the game.

I just wan to say thankyou for the game, this game so nice. Last update make this game easy to play, but maybe something wrong bcs always delay when hero want to skill. Pls fix it, i cant for long time like before bcs that delay

One of the best adventure and grind games out there! The only problem is that you really need PATIENCE, and by patience I mean 4 weeks of non-stop grinding just to awaken 1 character! If you could just make it easy for us to get awakening stones, that would be awesome

What happen to this game again??? After the recent update the game more bad from before. CR just have 5min? Why is like that? The weekly update is more more bad from before. I think i really like the old system and gameplay than this...

I like most things in the game except with awakened yuri, ruri and evan and then with sera,pascal,elysia, ballista and yeonhee all of them with the 2000 or more fixed damage b/c most heroes only have between 2000 to 3000 health so it's to the point where they are overpowered. overall just get rid of fixed damage. if it gets fixed i will change it to a 5 star rating b/c most of the game is fantastic

Everything I have been looking for is in this game! I swear, players will not get bored easily since there are a lot of things to do. The devs are really selfless that they give away a lot of freebies and chances to get the new heroes. New players need not to worry because you'll be provided with a lot of freebies, even really powerful heroes! 7K is a really dynamic game. Stunning graphics and animations, great voice-over, engaging story -- it's all here! Guilds are there, too. It might take quite some time for a player to understand how the game works, but I tell you, it's all worth-it!

Ive been playing this game for years and i cant understand why there is even a summoning rate for special characters. Ive spent over 4000 rubies this month alone to get Yeonhee cards and all i have got is 2...2 for 4000 rubies, taking the mick i will never put money into this game again.

The game's easy enough to learn, fun enough to play for a long time, and the devs know how to keep players around by giving them enough rewards to keep it F2P. I mean of course some form of whaling exists but its only there if you really want to climb fast. If you're idle for quite some time during the day and is looking for something to sink their time in, this game will treat you right.

To early for a review, haven't experience any problems. But the real thing starts when the beginners pace ended. One thing that I liked though there are no bias elements. Expecting free stressful with reasonable drop rate with this game.

It's hard to get great stuff and special heroes. Too frustrating play ARENA, it's play in auto mode that make me cannot control my heroes. Even my heroes in top level.

A very good game to keep you hooked. A very generous reward system. It's not one of the pay to play online games. The only thing that troubles me, however, is the pvp battles. The matches are very odd. Resulting in more loss

This game has a really amazing story and great graphics and characters. I don't appreciate the way they utilized them in awakening. The idea of specialization takes the fun away from being able to use the characters and their skills in our unique style of gameplay. I feel like it contradicts the idea of strategic gameplay by telling us where the characters can be useful instead of actually allowing us to see where the characters are best used for us based on how we set our decks i also don't like how they have characters accommodating others when they should be used for their individual skills or abilities. For me who played for years and looked forward for these events and prepared for such events by spending time money and resources i feel discouraged to play because i wasted so much effort and time into this game. For future players be prepared for the unexpected because now you really can't tell where this game will lead. So don't get too comfortable

I really enjoy this game. My only issue is you have a weapon made for Dellons that he can't even use. 'Monarch Dellon's Scythe' is for magic, but he's an offensive character. I was so excited when I first got it but now it's useless.

I put it on auto battle last night and ended up falling asleep. My keys were used but my hero's didn't get any experience. My Shane is supposed to be 38 but is currently 36 still has 13% experience. This happened to multiple hero's I had. I pretty much wasted my keys. Thanks netmarble

Most addictive and interesting gameplay, also stunning skill effect makes me stay to play this game almost two years without miss any day with this impressive and awesome game. keep up the good work ^,^)/

I've been silent all this time, i rated this game 5 stars without knowledge but now that i've been playing for a long time let me ask you this, why did you add 1 - specialization to the heores? 2 - why you keep doing it? Players has been complaining about it and we have a reasons this make the game boring and i don't want to stop playing this game just because of this, i want choices WE want to be able choose heroes, we don't want you to tell us how to play the game, what if i don't want to use yupi in castle rush, or lina, what if i don't want to use sniper in WB? And about awakend heroes, why only 15 shards a day? I mean we can use topaz yes, but we use them to unequip items from our heroes, it cost 25 topaz to unequip an awakend item, we have to farm the hell out of it just to trascend and get those topazes. Sigh* i really love your game but this is too much now.

I absolutely love this game is fun addicting and the graphics and game play are great. Only thing I wish was a bit better is that it wasn't so heavy on pay to win content. I wish it had a better way to earn certain things. But other than that I love it.

Plz do a proper job in adding korean voices. It's very inconsistent and unorganised.

Great game over all. Definitely reccomend it for anyone to try. I quit i while back because it gets a bit too much after a while. But went back to it and surprised to see how much content has been added. Keep up the good work. One thing though i would like it if there was a different way to earn awakening crystals, they are hard to come by and 15 per day is a bit on the low side if you have 5 heroes you want to awaken. Maybe a special dungeon that has multiple difficulties that would let us earn crystals depending on the difficulty. ^^ just a suggestion though. 5☆

My daily login rewards has frozen I have been stuck on 43 days for two weeks now can you please fix this

Security detection? Cant open this app. What happen? Give back my money and my time!!!!

I like this game. But for pvp match somehow my character become very stupid. Didn't cast skill and only use normal attack. I think this pvp arena match seems like programmed to lose then win and lose again. My team can lose with weaker team. How?

Since the last update, arena is impossible. Enemies can kill the whole team with the first strike ignoring the team stats and damage immune!! Totally supid!

Game is great but the pvp mechanic is really destroying the game. Also, i am experiencing a security detection issue which forces my game to close. Can you please check this? Thanks

The update is done with the player's suggestion/comment in minds. Theres rarely any developer that had done that nowadays. You guys deserve a perfect rating
