Ridge Racer Slipstream

You will spend at least half the time you play watching an ad. If I'm exaggerating, it's not by much.. And this would be acceptable ... If you could pay to have them disabled. But you can't. There's no way around it.. That's why this game gets one star from me. With that out of the way... This game is phenomenal. It's the first mobile racing game I've played that actually works on a tablet properly. It's 6th gen console quality easily, and at the same time, it actually makes tilt controls work! Tilt controls have ever worked for me become,,. I'd be happy to support this game by paying to disable ads. And I rarely feel that way.

Legit best racing game on here. No question. Tons of cars, customization, and tracks. Then the racing is clean, AI isn't retarded, drift physics work properly, AND there's a working online mode. I don't even know how to make this one better. UPDATE: Can someone please explain how the multiplayer works? It doesn't feel real at all

This is a great game, I loved ridge racer on the PS and this is even better BUT for the love of god cool it with the ads, they're way to frequent, if there was a paid version of this with NO ads I'd definitely buy it but the ads have a big impact on how much you could otherwise enjoy a very good game, So less ads or paid ad-free version PLEASE!!

The sound is not working correctly on my LG G3. I am on Android 6.0 and your latest update claims to be compatible with new OS. Not sure if referring to 7.0. Otherwise game works well. Please fix the sound issue as soon as possible.

Edit: I cannot bring myself to purchase stuff in game because there is no way to restore game and these days with phones needing to be reset because of failure, upgraded, or replaced, this could mean losing money. Better graphics, easy to use controls. XBOX controller works with OTG cable. Thanks Namco for keeping it old school. LG G5 With Nougat.

The cars handle like a classic RR but the entire game is marred by hand holding tutorials and multiple adverts in between races. I had an advert clicked on the tasks button to see my challenges and swiftly got another advert. It's ridiculous and this crap needs to stop but since it won't I'm getting rid of this crap and playing a classic RR on a console.

As a kid, I had Ridge Racer 6 for the Xbox 360. It was one of my favorite childhood games. Playing this really takes me back, reminds me a lot of that game. Only thing that's keeping it from five stars is the lack of cars to chose from, would really like to see more. Other than that, it's pretty cool!

As a huge fan of RR4, this game made me fall in love on the very first drifting car I saw. But then everything died in a heartbrat:WAY-TOO-MANY-ADS! Can we at least PAY to get rid of it? Don't get me wrong, the game is awesome! But you can't even scroll down the menus without getting stopped dead on track by a full 30s unskippable ad. 5 mins of racing, 6 mins of ads. I'm not even lying. Sometimes you watch a 30s ad after a race, after the ad you close the tab that displays info about your victory and BAM! ANOTHER 30S AD THAT YOU CANT SKIP! Seriously, let us at least pay for a version without ads. I'd be really happy to!

The chick in the main menu is hot. As for the adds that pop up at around 30 sec intervials is not so hot. I would pay to delete the ads. Seriously give up the adds. I pay for Ms. Pac-Man, so I can pay for this game as well

This is everything the PSV version is not. Playing it now with it's amount of contents, I am still feeling the burn as a Ridge Racer fan. I paid almost 55 SGD for that game with it's 3 tracks and 5 cars and boy do I feel stupid after playing this for FREE. Was the PSV version just an experiment that leads to the development of this game? Hey, make the DLCs on PSN free already!

I rate this 2 stars overall not because the gameplay isn't fun. I love this game. What makes it unplayable is the 30 second ads that pop up multiple times while you move from option screens or select a new option. It's horrendous. I'd pay to remove ads, but that's not an option either. I'm disappointed.

brings back memories..great remake of a classic. only complaints: nos button is in a vary bad place. I'm pushing nos instead of steering. and add the ablity to access your car with out going through the race menu. over all great game...

GRAPHICS, SOUND, MUSIC, GAMEPLAY. All perfect likes console version. One thing i want ask, i reinstall this game and i lose any progress i've made 2014 ago, the achievement still there on my google play, but no for my progress, can i get them back? And i want ask, is there really a real human player there racing online realtime? Coz its doesnt looks real, really, i think i just racing with bots.

Every time it plays a video it crashes, starts over and I lose my data. THIS IS A BIG THING DEVELOPERS PLEASE FIX. Other than that I like the game. Pretty easy to catch on. Hopefully the game won't crash on you.

Is the online race really online because i keep winning every race i sometimes feel like its not real ? The nos button needs to move. Also why isnt there a option to create your own 1v1 online wifi race ?

As a long-term Ridge Racer fan I loved this game. Now after some updates the framerate/performance is truly aweful when the action picks up; it used to run perfectly smooth. Cinema movie trailer ads now? Really? With great sadness I'm deleting this app.

Good graphics, good gameplay, good control option, good music, good fun, BUT bad ads. Your ads are forced and intrusive, and you did not award us any credits or RR gold for watching video ads that we are forced to watch because we cannot skip it! And the ads are too frequent. I know you have to make money, but this is just too greedy. As a fan of Ridge Racer I want to purchase something from the shop, but your ads makes me go UURGGHH!!!. Anyways, very good game.

Good graphics and gameplay. Classic RR gameplay at its best. The only negative is that the ads are a bit excessive. I understand that you have to make money but an ad every time you navigate something on the menu?

Ads randomly pops up, making it really annoy sometimes. This game also needs more car selections and customization choices.

Lags even more on N5x, than on N5. Cool. And I actually paid for this game long time ago, not for watching 30 sec ads now, when you made it free!!

The ads are SUPER ANNOYING. 30 SECONDS and you can't quit after 5 seconds?? Come on, man. I just want to play this beautiful game properly!

Polished graphics and controls are fair, however, totally ruined by the intrusive and frequent ads. Appreciate developers need support but at the very least offer a paid version - I'd be willing to pay a few pounds for uninterrupted gaming than broken up and disjointed. Uninstalling out of sheer principal based in ads alone. Disappointed

Now here is something I didn't expect! A Ridge Racer game for mobile! I definitely took it, as it's the only RR game I've played (seriously, will there be an RR8?) legit. I will admit, this game is much smaller than any other Ridge Racer at its current state, but I see no reason NOT to start expanding this game. Who knows? Not that I expect you to, since this game doesn't seem to get many updates. Still, though, this would be a good place to start reviving Ridge Racer!

I really like and enjoy playing this game a lot but you have to fix some minor bugs as well as problems that occur. I want to ask that are the daily rewards available if you've broken your day streak after day 5 or not. And if not then that just sucks if you can't get the daily rewards if the streak is broken.

I grew up on ridge racer in the arcade, then on the ps1, and now on my Nexus 6p..and it's sick AF!! brings back memories,,the perfect port over,,best racer by a long stretch!!! .....REAL TALK!!

RR slipstream plays just like the classic ridge racer titles on the ps1. Only issue is that i believe the online races are fake as it seems that you are playing against bots and not other players & when you have the app open in the task manager the game sometimes crashes or fails to load an advert

I like this game so much but something is missing I am clear all stages,but game needs more cars and stages minor some graphics fixing , mirror, and etc when this all things is added in game the game come bestest car racing game plz fixed this thing your game is so nice

Too many ads, even after spending real $, Which I don't mind doing. But when I spend real money, and buy super upgraded cars, I expect to compete and usually win. (because I'm also good) But I'm coming in 4th or 5th??Wtf is that about. I know you're gonna say, "maybe u suck", if that were the case, I'd say so. But I don't. I compete and win in all the other top race games. Asphalt, Real Racing, etc... This game could be as good. Wth a few tweaks. Like fix nitro. Give me some to use, more than twice a race!

It's got great graphics that keep me wondering if it'll blow my low end device's CPU, i'm also suspicious of the 'online racing' feature as my car is ALWAYS placed last at the beginning of each race, very suspicious!? o.O !?

Too much ads! Almost every button u press it pop out an ads. It's OK to ads but not every sec it pop ups!

Advert frequency is unbearable, even for an ad-supported app. Simply needs an option to buy, or is that concept too revolutionary?

It's a great game with great graphic n good texture quality but still asphalt 8 is much better .... Cars are really realistic in looking but the background scenery r not as realistic as asphalt 8 ....n one more it will be better if cars can get crash n when it hit the corner some sparkling should be there ...n this game need more car

This game would be way more fun if it worked with a moga game controller but it does not. Get with the program. How can you compete with asphalt 8, repulze, dead trigger, and so on if you don't have a simple feature like that?
