No tutorial, the UI doesn't make sense, It's just empty and gives no clue on how to proceed.

I'm looking forward to seeing if you'll be adding new features. Consider game themes, consider rules (think international drinking rules), consider linking devices on the table so everybody's phone gives instructions (perhaps not even the same instruction, perhaps an instruction for another player)...
