Neighbor Numbers

Neighbor Numbers is a number puzzle game. You have to connect all number blocks with the neighbor rule.

The neighbor rule is, the number on a block represents its neighbor count. All blocks need to have neighbors as many as its neighbor count. The neighbor blocks should be up, down, left or right to the block, not diagonal.
