PAW Patrol: Rescue Run HD

Ok. I bought this game for my nephew, but it doesn't work. I dont have a menu to select another language and I also can't play the other levels. Why make me pay upfront for an incomplete game. Either you fix it or update it or give me my money back.

In order to change language on paw patrol rescue run hd all of you in the world have to change language in settings on your phone or tab or iPhone or ipad I had to buy paw patrol rescue run hd because I have the normal version of the game on my phone because I cannot add the dlc to it on my tab on the normal version of paw patrol rescue run so I had to buy the dlc add on again on the hd version of paw patrol rescue run I love paw patrol rescue hd because I love dogs I gave the hd version paw patrol rescue run a 10 out of 10 and I love everest uk voice by the way she sounds like she Scottish in the in the uk language so she gets a 10 out of 10

Payed for this game tryed and payed for downtime and it won't let me have it say it restoreing it but it don't. This is the second time I've payed for Downtown still can not get

I have purchased this game to find out you have to pay Even more for extra levels. Almost £5 to pay for download! Then have to pay extra. Little unfair isn't it?

Why dont the developers answer. My son loved this game - we did the update but cant play the new level. Thought it was a glitch so uninstalled to redownload. Had to pay for the whole game AGAIN!! And it still doesnt work. R140 for a game that doesnt work properly. Sad kid and a very angry mommy. Fix this pls!!!

Won't let us unlock new areas or Everest. Paid money for 3 measly locations to play. Are you planning on fixing this or just preying on Paw Patrol loving kids knowing that their parents will download this no matter what? Appalling Nickelodeon! !!!

Purchased the full app, my daughter can't access all content, and it doesn't seem to work without an internet connection! Waste of money!

Do not buy this. All we get is a screen saying: Restoring purchase. Please wait. I and all others complaining should get a refund.

Very disappointed Grandson, I purchased this game 2 months ago and I still can't unlock Downtown every time i try it says Billing payment failed to initialize.... this game needs fixing.

Downtown won't unlock, says having trouble initialising payment. And very expensive for what it is..

Downloaded it on my ASUS, seemed to install okay but hung when trying to lose. Literally a waste of money i'm afraid.

Downloaded on a samsung tab 4 and it won't allow you to put any names into the coloured badges. As it won't do this it doesn't allow you to play. Sort out the glitch and i will change my rating. P.s. downloaded on an older samsung tab 2 and it works.

How can I get a refund this app doesn't work one bit absolutely gutted our son really loves PAW Patrol if this was a free app then I would have uninstalled how can someone be ripped off like this, this is robbery I would love a reply from Nickleodeon regarding this issue I want to take it further but don't know how aaaarrrrrgghh

The game loads and then prompts for name entery. The input box doesn't show anything I type, makes noises as I type. Cannot get past this screen. Will request refund.

Even though I bought the full version of the game, I am only being given access to the free version of it. What a waste off money. Contacting the game developers did not help much either. Did not even get a reply from their end!

My Daughter loves this game WHEN IT WORKS! The app freezes on opening asking for a name but when you type it doesn't insert into the character box, therefore you can't enter the game. Waste of money and very disappointing for my Daughter. Either fix this or refund!

Has anyone been able to download everest? It won't download and my daughter is very upset. It's frustrating and turning out to be a waste of money

Haven't had as many problems as others,downloaded fine,plays fine! The problem is that it won't let you unlock everest which is very frustrating for my 3 year old as she's getting bored doing the same ones. Most people have reported this as a problem but it's not been fixed. Since we are paying customers the makers could least have the decency to respond and sort it out.I'm very dissapointed!

This is the second time I have downloaded this game hoping the recent bug fix would have resolved the issue with downtown but it hasn't. We still receive the message about not able to initialize mobile billing even though there is no explanation as to what this is or where you can go to initialize it. Last time I even went as far as emailing them to ask for advice and received no response. The rest of the game is quite easy and my son completed quickly. Disappointed that this game cost so much and the quality is not very good.

My son loves paw patrol so decided to download, however even though he has earned badges the next time he logs in the badges are gone! It also keeps coming up with restore purchases??!

It's doing my head in it took 5 goes to get it to download and now it has I can't unlock the downtown game and my son is doing my head in ever time I try to pay for the it it won't let me as I'm not on a mobile phone so in my eyes it's no good for a tablet if anyone can help I wound be great

Installed recently and my 6 yr old completed the first three levels now will not let me unlock downtown. Please can you sort the card installment so that I and others can continue to allow our little ones to play.
