Galactic Phantasy Prelude

Rate 5* for free updates? Wait... wha? Fortunately this free game is right up my alley. Interstellar trading? ✔ PVE play? ✔ Non-intrusive in-app ads? Well honestly, I don't remember even one and I've played nearly non-stop for the last 8 hours. It's a great time waster that's easy on the wallet.

I found this game to have a great deal of polish, with obvious care taken with all of the design elements. I frequently have my media sound off, so I can't rate the audio quality. The play control is fluid, and the combat is genuinely exciting. The story is rather thin, but everything else makes up for it. I'll update this review as I progress through the game and form a more informed opinion.

Pretty sweet. Decent rpg with a rather nice flight sim battle and exploration experience. Minor hud layout issue of the support itrm button being too close to the steering stick so sheilds and such occasionally get shut down by accident in battle. If it could get moved up the screen about a half cm that would be nice.

By far one of if not the best games ive played on a mobile there is so much to it. Its easy to grasp but harder to master. Well worth even the ingame purchases there cheap and give you a big boost. The game looks great and handles well. Very very impressed will def recommend to friends.

Basically it is Privateer on a mobile device, fun, good controls and graphics. However, once you leave the tutorial area, you don't know where to go, which galaxies are harder than others, which planets have Info centers on them (unless that is what the "I" notation means on the galaxy map. Also, you don't know if the mission will be too hard for you unless it has to do with the color schemes of the missions on the Information Center Mission Map. Lastly, you will fall prey to camping pirate ships everywhere

So addictive.. for those that like to pay the prices are cheap. I only spent money to support developers, but other than inventory space, I obtained everything through free to play! I found myself playing it at home for hours over Xbox one and pc games... amazing jobs devs!

Great game with the usual space sim activities like trading and ship combat. Enhance parts, recruit crew members here and there, go pirate! All this can be done entirely OFFLINE. Gets repetitive after a while, but still fun.

Game is awsome! FYI: Before jumping to the next system upgrade your ship and grind with 3 ships. Your gonna need it,plus makes the game way easier and more enjoyable. I had to force myself to turn it off!

this game is fun and a good time killer. all purtcheses are cheap. only thing that i dont like is that sometimes the enemy fleets will swarm me. but i just go into planet or a less agressive sector and hit easyer fleets to build up money and build up my ships. then when i get my ships and fleets built up then i go to the next.

Absolutely fun single player game. You can get ship blueprints from enemy fleets without buying money. But buying money from start will give you a nice advantage. Only thing is that I wish this had multiplayer and PvP in it.

Its a great game. I have no correction to make. This game is awsome and Very ADDICTIVE. note: Im not a paid user, I already have 3 Cruser ships and Im planning to huntdown a blueprint for Battle ships the battle cruser next. Also I have 3 transport ships for easy money by buy and selling goods to the safest golden routs in the whole galaxy.

I thought this would be one of those online games like a moba and needed an internet connection to play, but I was wrong. Great game, nice graphics, good story, voice acting is sometimes off but overall, the game is enjoyable

I Think its great fun. And its gut some epic space playing and im a derp! :P So there is one major issue i keep having (still live the game) and that is the save game backup. I had a lot of stuff and had my game backed up to date but wen i used the backup i was way behind. I lost a lot of progress because of it and its quite upsetting.

Warning MAJOR GLITCH!!! 255 mb download...(slow download with no WiFi ). Play this game a day or two then asks to reinstall... I've done this three times now...not worth the frustration!!! Find a different game until they fix this one. Or if you like to watch paint peel waste your time on downloading this one over and over and over and over. To bad really when I did get to play it was fun.

its one of the best spaceship games i can find on the app store. your acualy controlling a spaceship flying around fighting other ships. im so sick of all the turn based games that try to make it look like its like this. there are a few bugs but there not game braking.

Great amazing game! Controls are a bit tricky at first but you get used to them. The tutorial is missing some stuff but the learning curve is alright.

Tried the game years ago, didn't like it. Tried it again recently, its surprisingly enjoyable and you can play the game offline! But there's a lot of grinding involved, farming Blueprints, Freighter run for money. You'll also get outnumbered and outgunned in most fights. 5 Battle Cruiser against my 3 Battle Ship on endgame galaxy? GG

It's a fun game. Although I feel as if the need to transition from one spaceship class to a higher class is so abrupt compared to how the story is progressing (which is so fast as well I guess) that you need to upgrade ships every after level which takes so long to do. I was imagining at first that I could take down a Battleship class with a Frigate clazs using only my skills, but I guess the game doesn't work that way lol.

tried to purchase the last package transport ship but did not get it, i still got charged though pls fix. got error null message

This game is okay coming from someone that stills play GOF. Would have been nice if there was a lil description on every weapon or support item you choose to buy and Equip to your ship. I only have a about a hour or two in game play so i dont want to be to hasty in my review.. ill check back in later over all its worth the download space to play.

I uploaded it without expecting anything special... but actually it's a jewel! Prices in game are reasonnable contrary to many other games, and you'll have hours and hours of fun! I strongly recommend it.

This game had a lot of potential but ruined by the grinding without rewards. Ships can ONLY be built from blueprints which you must buy or maybe get as boss rewards, and they are ONE USE only. Money is aplenty but practically useless. I'm a few hours in and all I have is one destroyer and two frigates, and just the THIRD boss is already using a team cruisers. And i can't even find a second destroyer much less a CRUISER. Learn from Galaxy on Fire.

If you want an updated Elite clone with new graphics, this may be it. So why does it not pull you in? Beastly complicated menu, short tutorial, hints page is hard to find, space feels claustrophobic. On the good side combat is better than average, doable at first, anyway. No one deserves any money yet, that much is clear.

Tried to get into the story, but people who have played longer and have better ships prey on news so I can't complete a single mission without being killed multiple times. Not fun.

I love the gameplay, upgrading metode and the combat simulation. I can't stop playing, until my wife yelling at me hahaha

When I see the gameplay at YouTube I say to myself I must download it asap!!! I hope there will be more mission and storyline.

Yes, great game, love the graphics, gameplay + so far it's storyline is OK (I'm more into the battles, though). I love the solar system graphics - reminds me of Freelancer (I loved that game too, though most hated it). Still NO cargo in-flight info - if forgotten need to dock to find out. Still NO flagship choice button, can remove one ship + swap to it though. I bought 3 different BC's from the start - speeds fights up - hope credits aren't needed - just play heaps 4 blueprints + missions 4 $'s. ★★★★★

This game seems to very quickly make it to where you have to purchase better ships or be destroyed. Please fix and also take a few tips from Galaxy on Fire 2 also make blueprints easier to get rather than making us attack random people in the far out hopes that we get a good blueprint.

How do you build a bloody ship if the ship i start with cant carry all the materials????? Plz sum1 explain this as im not goin up 1 ship at a time...will change rating if explained properly.

I would rate five stars but the investment system is glitchy and it won't let me level up any facility past level two. PLEASE FIX

The game looks great. It's all about pirating, robbing and rescuing the galaxy (and me), great. But it need more works on the display though. Some display does not show on my "tablet", and some of the instruction cover other thing. I'm using galaxy tab a 8". Maybe dev could do something about that, thanks.

It's been a long time since the last actual gameplay on mobile device! This title's developers aren't some dollarmooches like most of nowaday games, great job moonfish :D edit: i've found a bug that prevent me from leveling up my shipyard, no matter how much money i invest, the shipyard won't level up, please fix it quickly, i want to advance :l

After switching the flight controls so the craft went where i wanted it to go i was lost for the next 8 -10 hours in the great graphics and passable story line so far have not found anything to annoy if i had one gripe it would be the small range of weapons available.

I want to like this game because the concept just rock. But with many gamebreaking issue. Just to name a few. Miners jammed in looking for buyer without any cargo to sell. Trade stations randomly stop selling and getting full so all merchant in the game are stuck with cargo without anywhere to sell it. Miners mining ore but not claiming any of it. And so one. I would gladly pay for this game if things get fixed. Will be waiting updates but until then im done.

Its challenges you so you can't just finish the game fast and its so Epic you can play off line keep up the Epic work

For a phone or tablet game it's pretty damn good the only negative thing I have to say is it's a bit difficult to get the blueprints you want. In app purchases aren't required which is great for people on a budget.

It's a game where you actually build ships, defeat ships and kill too. I love this game and holds a special place in my own heart

When you open the app the words should have a background of a player battling it would look SO cool. Please add more missions like harder one and make it so u can add more ships to your fleet please. Thank You.
