It's all the way awesome, quick and won't freeze.

More and more the game will not let me make legal moves. Fine if you go to the menu and continue a game against the computer but you forfeit if you are playing online.

I paid £4 download it, run it, it told me that the version is invalid and directed me back to this page,no update,no fix. Bad developer who can't program properly. Got a refund for this garbage now.

By far the most expensive app....and the slowest game play. Wont be playing again.

Earlier versions crashed allot, getting better with every version. Keep it up.

Need harder level and away for ai to not play losing games to end

Game cheats like crazy. Don't bother downloading. Uninstalling it.

Easy to play

Does what it is promised. Fair dice rolling. Excellent learning aid.

Computer not the strongest

Game has trouble staying connected and when it crashed as I was completing a move to win a tournament, I decided to delete it.

My favourite

I had opponent 1 to 0, with 2 on the cube and absolute gammon. Game was 5. Couldn't fail to win, except he/she resigned and I got only 1 point. Thought it was fixed, but not.

Latest fix allowed online play. Chat function needs to stop time, perhaps?

Much better since recent update...the random rolls are not so one-sided now. You could actually call them in advance prior to update and they were never in favor of the live opponent.

This game uses red, green, and yellow to rate the move you entered, allowing you to see its suggestion, change, or stay with the move you entered. Not all apps that tutor suggest the same moves under the same situation, but I am not qualified (yet) to say this one is better than the other app I use to learn. They both sometimes guide you to make dumb moves. Each time that's happened I stood my ground and was right.

Dice seems to favor the computer 98% of the time

Runs good since latest update, but very hard to select new board. Also like the old graphics much better - the new ones look almost cartoon-ish. Still a great game though :-)

Disconnects randomly.

Computer not the strongest

This has always been a great app but this last update has made it so much more polished and better looking. Dice throws from random .org are now working again and the computer is still a great opponent. I recommend this to anyone who enjoys Backgammon.

Why!!!! Do they always screw with something that works fine? New upgrade sucks

Where to start....Well, I've waited several minutes and the eol pairing never found a match for me, maybe I need to wait 10-15 minutes, not going to happen. Standard pairing, most people don't accept so again it takes a long time to find a match. Severs disconnect and reconnect feature: works about half the time, so forget switching between wifi and cellular data, don't plan on moving from your current location. So really, fix the network sloppiness and poor match selection, look at ICC chess app, and this would be an okay app, still not great. I spent the $6 to go from free to premium version hoping for improvements. Bottom line there: don't waste your money. Wish I never spent the cash.

Game keeps asking me to rate it, and obviously I already have done so ... Is there a way to fix this? It's beginning to get rather annoying ... Still absolutely love this game aside from that :-)

Update - the latest upgrade seems to have introduced a lot of instability in the online multiplayer version, making it unusable. Ios version better in that regard. Good quality AI player and good features with Elo ratings etc playability.

Really like this game. The rolls on the higher levels leave something to be desired. The random rolls very rarely work.

Game keeps asking me to rate it, and obviously I already have :-) I'm also getting a very annoying screen flicker while the game is loading ... those things aside, it's still great! Please look into this if you're able.

Excellent graphics and great game play

Very good quality AI player and good features with ELO ratings etc. By far the best Android player I've come across yet and I'm afraid to advise it doesn't cheat, just knows what it's doing. I find the board looks cluttered - too much detail in the images, could be simpler and cleaner. Also, a little more delay between the AI's dice roll and moving it's men would help playability. But overall best android app for backgammon I'be met.

I would say 5 but i cant get the computer tp play me in expert mode.

Addictive as can be and a pleasure to play! Great graphics, options are many and varied :-) Best part of all, it doesn't favour the computer like a lot of the others!

Don't bother. Good game, but have yet to have it last one tournament. It is always crashing. And I get penalized for each crash... it tells other players I don't finish games. Save your money.

Tutor needs some improvement. Only gives advice for checker play, not the cube. Just would like to add that it is frustrating when playing the AI that you have to play to the end of every game when the result is beyond doubt. This makes matches unnecessarily longer. There should be a resign option. The AI should offer to resign also. Would just like to add that since the last update it crashes often. Please fix.
