Loses your money. I have lost 5 dollars on jewels I purchases but they don't appear. The money was debited. Fix this and restore my money or jewels purchased and I could rate the game higher.

One of my favorite games to pass time. I enjoy both versions.

Once again, yesterday I bought 3.99 gems and was not credited for it. This will be my last time buying gems.

I have recently purchased some gems for 3.99 on February 8th and never received them. Been checking ever since and still haven't received them til this day

I paid three times for my diamonds n they took the money out of my account n I didn't get the diamonds

Hi! I just paid twice to add gems but didn't receive them. The sum has been reserved on my bank account. Please fix this - add the gems - or reimburse me asap. This is one of my favourite games and I have never had this problem before.

I ordered diamonds at a difficult moment but it didn't go through tried it twice I was charged

I don't know why but went to update and lost all my levels I completed and hafe to start over ughhh.

I bought a load of jewels, took the money but no jewels added. Not happened before but Not very happy.

Don't understand earning the money if you can't buy anything with it. It takes such along time to buy anything with the stars

First off, I was charged $20 because I was trying to purchase gems but the screen wouldnt load after a long time so I exited and tried again. I have yet to receive my 200 gems that I paid for. Secondly, after I rage quit for almost a year because it was impossible to beat that one level, I got back into the game and it is still impossible to beat the level without buying gems. So, dear customer service, if you designed your game so that it is necessary to buy gems to pass levels, the least you can do is the make sure that there is nothing wrong with your process transaction system. Please and thank you.

I am so pissed of rite now.. I never thought I would actually be writing such text. I love this game... absuloutly love it... but I m getting firustetsd because I so have bought gems. Made 5 transactions all together 3 of them for 3.99 n 2 for .99 and I have no gems. I agree with many other people playing this game. If u need to buy gems which is ok especially if u love the game then please make sure your transaction is working. The no at is withdrawn out of my account each time and yet no gems. I keep trying to purchase one again n again knowing it might not go thru. N off course it happens again...

I should have read the reviews. I now have been charged for gems that I never received. Two 3.99 charges cleared my account. Messed up that you'll continue taking money even though you're aware that your customers aren't receiving their gems they paid for!! This is a 5 star game that I'm now rating at 1 for stealing my money.

I have 2 transactions that didn't give me my gems, plus it kept saying it failed but when I looked in my checking account it came up. One was for .99 and the other was for$3.99 on th3 date of 2/7/18! I want my money back or the gems if you need proof I will give it to you. If I haven't received it in 48hrs I'm gonna dispute the charges. I haven't had this issue be for. I couldn't even go through the settings to contact you. I'm always purchasing for this game and the second version as well. Very disappointed

Earning so many coins but still can't buy any cookware cause diamonds are almost impossible to accrue
