Mineplex Companion

Ok legit I downloaded the app and I tried several times to login to my account and every time I try it says "There was a problem with the server try again in 5 minutes" It has an hour and a half and I can't login. My internet is good I can't think of anything other reason it wouldn't work. I need help cause I'm kinda getting ticked off

There is a recurring problem when I am not allowed to purchase a rank etc. And looking through the comments this a reoccurring problem which reflects the servers ability to meet customers need. I urgently ask for mineplex to resolve this problem, many others may agree with my statement....

More than 3/4 people that play on this server are role-playing than playing the real game. Add a 10 minute lobby limit where you can stay at the lobby for 10 minutes. If they get banned twice by this restriction, they will be banned for the rest of the day. Love you Mineplex and check out my channel. Please stop the role-players though. I see so many people role-playing. Please put a stop to them because they have no records and wins nor loses. Ok plz fix that and bye. :)

Its all awesome but I try log into my account that has stayed there for ages but when i put in my password it says "There was an issue with the server. Please try again in 5 mins." And my internet is completely fine and my password is correct and Ive been waiting for an hour. Help?

What's wrong with my email???? I LOVE Mineplex on the PC it's amazing but this is a WHOLE DIFFERENT STORY! I forgot my password so I decided to re make my account....IT DIDNT WORK!!!!!!most the reviews I've heard are bad too I decided you shouldn't get in!

It's good, The rank I bought is instantly added to the game. People who complaint about things just didn't know how to use this wonderful app!

I think it is pretty good but one problem, when I try to purchase knight rank it just disappears so I really need some help with this issue. Other than that great app!

I want to see my stats, but I just CANT login. once I type my password and press login, all it says is: there was an issue with the server, try again in 5 minutes. But I'm having this for a couple days already..... hope you can fix it ~MarcelMeneer

It won't let me login I put my username pass word and I know it well because I wrote it down 2 years ago when I signed up for minplex

Needs Death Run ☺ that's my favourite on the pc so plz it's a game where some are runners and have to run away from the traps death sets on them and there is checkpoints so if you die you go back to that checkpoint and first one to cross finish line is winner then 2nd then 3rd

Everytime I try to log in there's always a problem with the server. This prevents me from buying ranks etc.

this is probably the best Minecraft pocket edition I have ever played on. when I added the lord it was there straight away on my mineplex game. It tells me my stats of every game I love it. but I think you should update it to add new games like death tag. Thanks

Amazing app, just absolutely splendid effort that was put into the app! I think there is just one problem with this app, the achievements are a bit too small to see, please make them bigger, it would be so much more efficient!

Doesn't show your stats (Players account stats) when I login into my account :/ Please fix it to SHOW the players details again. Eg: Stats on Skywars.

I love the game so FAR! But I just one question, is it possible to use [LORD] and [KNIGHT] rank at the same time and how would it appear in game?

I can't sign in. When I try to sign in it it said that wait 5 minutes. When I try again it said that my password or username is wrong.

I think it's really disappointing that I can't even get past the BLOODY LOGIN SCREEN without it saying 'server error try again in 5 minutes.' Fix this because I want to access my mineplex account and buy some crates. I also really hate the other people who say the negative reviews are wrong and that we just don't know how to use the app. Mineplex are not ready for a standalone app, you are okay where you are.

I had bought Knight and Lord rank on my Minecraft username and I can't switch it over to the Xbox account
