The timer for the events is either not accurate, or counts time against you when the game isn't running. Both are frustrating, and whatever is happening needs to be fixed/changed. I can't play when I'm driving, obviously, and I shouldn't be penalized for needing to put the game down. The total event time taken should only count time spent in the event, with the game in the foreground.

In fact this is not actually a game, but rather an experiment undertaken by Microsoft to determine the maximum frustration that users will be willing to experience in the interests of engaging in gameplay. I'll change it to a 5 when I can play again can't play do to the game freezing. I've sent in a lot of reports over the last 2 weeks and it's still not fixed nothing worse then paying for a game having this much trouble with it.

This has been my favorite app. Love the variety of ganes, the daily challenges and the events. But since the last update it crashes all the time. I can barely get through an entire game. Certainly can't participate in events if I have to start each game multiple times. Very disappointed.

I love the daily challenges. Seems to have an issue logging in. I would like to have the option for the screen to stay in landscape mode. It keeps switch in back and forth and is annoying. I would like the connection issue to be fixed so I can play the special event challenges.

I am getting very frustrated with this game! A couple of your ads are freezing my phone and game play is impossible! The ads comes up and the video doesn't run, and there is no close button so the only option is to reboot! I love this game but feel I may have to uninstall. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE !!!

I am ready to give up on this game because of the glitches. It has such fun games but it freezes and needs to be reset ALL THE TIME. So frustrating to be in the middle of a daily challenge and have it freeze.. when you restart a challenge all you previous progress is gone. My app is up to date and a galaxy 6. Fix the bugs and it would be 5 stars easily.

I do love the convenience of all the solitaire games at my finger tips. I'd give a 5 star, but often I have to manually move the cards because it won't recognize my finger press, no matter the pressure. Also, a few times it hard freezes, for no reason. The only way I can get out of it is if I restart my phone.

I love this game but here recently it won't let me on everything is good on my end so it has to be the game. It keeps giving me an error message #124 and won't let me load???? I GUESS IM GONNA UNINSTALL THIS GAME SINCE I CANT PLAY IT. I COULDN'T FINISH THE MONTH OF OCTOBER AND NOW BEHIND ON NOVEMBER. ITS A SHAME BECAUSE I REALLY LIKED THIS APP????

Latest updates do not allow me to login. Error code 100 and 124. Moving the cards is sometimes painful. I also reinstalled the app but nothing changes. Please give us back the nice app that it was until few days ago.

I like the daily challenge, and I used to love playing this every day. Recently though, the app freezes randomly and I have to close it and restart it in order to start all over again on the challenge. It's gotten to where I can't finish more than one challenge at a time.

I have a Samsung s8+ and it constantly freezes. Tried to contact app creator not didn't get a reply back. It works flawlessly with my previous devices. I have to force close it before I can reopen it. This is the first app/game I've seen crash

It's an OK game to pass the time! It would be good if you could pause it, since it's counting the time taken to finish... You might get a phone call in the meantime! Also an option to reset the scores would be good! I uninstalled it and installed it again and it didn't clear the scores!!! Very disappointed..

Game gets ruined by connection errors "please refer to error code 124". When it does connect though (~35% of the time), awesome game!

If you are looking for a quick game this is a great app, but beware using the daily games. Ads frequently cause crashes between games and if you get a call or switch focus away the game will frequently forget your progress on a daily challenge. Very frustrating when you nearly have a daily hard completed and you get a call which causes all your work to be lost. Come on MS. Build some quality...

Love the games, hate the app. It crashes, A LOT. It crashes whenever I insert my charger for some reason. And sometimes, for no reason at all. Also, I wish there were old school Windows 98 skins.

Update - I really enjoy the variety in daily challenges! However I ALWAYS close game due to freezing, even after the update. - This game has variety and daily challenges which are great! But also freezes daily which is frustrating when it continually happens at the end of a game.

It's just like the Windows 10 version as far as I can tell. I wish the themes were active, though - really liked the Fable theme from pc. The classic green mat is pretty dull, but the games are fun and work well.

This is THE best version of Klondike Solitaire that I have seen. It is easy to use and offers visual suggestions when you are stuck. Much better than the previous version I used and uninstalled. I am thoroughly addicted; I love it! Definitely worth 5 stars ***** Spider is brilliant too, I have to agree with other reviews about adverts but it does give me time to draw breath between games ????

This app was brilliant, up until the recent update. Now it won't let me sign into my Microsoft account and so I can't play the daily challenges. Really pissed off with it.

I love this game but it freezes constantly! It normally waits until I am two cards away from solving a difficult puzzle and then it freezes requiring me to restart the game and lose all of my progress. It's been doing this for like 6 months. Please fix it.

I love this on my laptop. I was ecstatic when I saw I could play on my phone.. Now, not so impressed. Constant error codes (121003) about not being able to sync or log in. Kinda disappointed. Wondering if the error has something to do with a "slow" connection. Anyway, would love to see Mahjong brought to Android that's probably my favorite of my games on my computer.

I really enjoy the gameplay, but it locks up & freezes constantly. I have to manually close the app and open it back up to get it to work. I would expect much better from a developer like Microsoft. I'm on a Galaxy S8 running Android 7.0 & just updated to the latest version of Solitare.

Good game. Love it for simple yet challenging gameplay. Love daily tasks. 5 min of fun. Give it 5 rating but sometimes it freezes during game and have to repeat it whole. Should have some autosave feature. Good option should be buy onetime. Monthly is not my type.

The game locks up constantly and always has issue with logging in. the challenges don't work without internet so you can't play on a flight. needs so serious improvements but would be a great game if put together correctly.

I loved the game and the daily challenges. Every element has been squeezed in small space. Hate it! Missing Moves Challenge, please bring it back! Why the f*** do you guys have to break something to bring something new? The last update is causing the sync to never work properly whether I use mobile internet or Wifi and this has become a Royal PITA.

It is great being able to play on my tablet instead laptop. When is the star club coming the app says coming soon but it's being saying that since the app was released I know I'm not the only wanting to play it on Android so come on. I'd rather have star club than the events. Also when are we getting the themes that have been "COMING SOON" since the beginning. If you want people to pay then you have to give them something worthwhile to pay for Another thing once subscription is paid for it should work across all platforms not make you pay for each one I'm sure MICROSOFT has more than enough money without ripping people off. why do you internet connection to play surely you could have offline mode when internet no available then back up to the cloud when connected to internet

I really enjoyed playing this game before the last update. Now all it does is freeze or randomly stop working. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall. I've tried clearing the app data and restarting. I've even tried playing offline and it will continue to freeze or randomly quit. I'll be uninstalling it for good. Maybe I'll try it again in a few months.

I love Microsoft solitaire! I was so happy to see it was available for phones because I used to play it on my laptop but if I didnt have it with me, I couldn't play. The only thing it's missing is the star challenges which I love, I will rate it 5 stars when we get them for phone as well.

I'll be in the middle of a game and it'll freeze I'll have to restart the app and lose my progress and take a loss on my stats. This just started happening and I'm running the most up to date version. Fix it and I'll go back to 5 stars

The best solitaire card game collection to date. This is what an android solitaire app should be like. Only one problem, which is I'm unable to login to the game on my ASUS C302 Chromebook. Still love it though!

I enjoy playing the daily challenges, but there are some challenges that are programmed so you WILL NOT complete. They won't let you win. That is a big, big drawback. No matter how many times you try you will NOT win. Microsoft won't let you win. That is da** frustrating!

Up until Tuesday (31/10) I'd have given 5 stars; now I'm getting the Error 101 message. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice with no luck; I even tried getting Tech advice but was put through to those who deal with Xbox problems. Would be nice if someone paid attention to the reviews here as it seems there are quite a few of us with similar problems.

I love the daily challenges, and look forward to playing them every day. Tri Peaks in the daily challenges is my favorite game to play. I'm really frustrated, however, with regular play. I'm dealt clearly unsolvable hands. The last game I tried to play had three 4's buried under the 9's with absolutely no way to get them out, and no 9's in the deck. I don't mind expert play, but totally unsolvable you can visualize? Pretty poor, since you can't pick your difficulty when you play.

I loved this app, until last night when up popped a highly inappropriate and nauseating ad. It seems that "Wish" are broadening their product base from cheap clothing and household items and are now subjecting us to the horror of posting what I can only assume are male genitalia extension kits! If Microsoft are ok with this, I certainly am not! Thought this was family friendly... Am now uninstalling.

Fantastic way to pass time. There are daily challenges comprise of solitaire, spider, free cell, pyramid and tripeak games as well as various events every other day. An event calendar helps you see what's coming next or when. You can play with friends or others online. There are over 200,000 players in each event and are divided by group. And if you're not one to compete, there are games of only they type(s) you like and you'll find some easy, medium, hard and expert to challenge you. You can play on your laptop or on your phone. They sync. Awesome. Love it! Thank you.

Generally, I like this game but not the latest change with events. The event timer does NOT seem track your time to complete challenges but the time playing... so you you finish a challenge, answer the phone, eat lunch, do some things then come back instead of 10 minutes you took 2 hours to finish the challenges. Lame. No more events for me.

This app was SO much better before they added the ads. Now I'm crashing all the time, ads pop up with no way to exit them so I have to shut the whole app down often losing my progress. I wish the would have left it the way it was, I'm disappointed!

Many unsolvable games. E.g. Pyramid you need to match 2 cards so the total is 13. (9 & 4 = 13) Most deals will have a set of required matches locked under their pair. Like three 4s under four 9s. Just an exercise in frustration.
