I am stuck in cannon part what I do I pay for the game I love so far help me how do I get of the cannon part???

This game was really cool, But the ending sucked. I wished that there was more to the ending of the game.

Should specify hidden object asked for a refund and received no reply. Game was uninstalled after less than 5 min. Of play. Have been very pleased w other games by you just not interested in hidden object games.

Paid for and downloaded game but all I got was a black screen. Refund please.

I paid for this game and it's not working keep saying unfortunately this has stopped and there is not ah ting wrong with me tablet or phone suh fix it

Can anyone help me? It won't let me find the piano key in the car so I can fix the piano and get the crank to move the chandelier out of the way so I can go up stairs on the game.

Good game till I got stuck in a cave with a cannon that needs lighting. The matches in my inventory will not light the fuse! I have googled this and not only do many people seem to be stuck in the same scene, but it seems the developers have no interest in responding and helping people to move past this issue!

tried several times to open and cannot even start playing. i usually don't rate apps so negative just for not opening but with the size and time of the download, i expect it to at least START.

I'm stuck in the cave, I have everything for the cannon and when I try to use the matches nothing happens, I've been stuck for almost 2 weeks now, I'm very disappointed that I paid money for a game I can't even play! Can this be fixed or should I just bite the bullet on this one?

Matches won't light the fuse for the cannon. Most of the time I go to start a game, screen just black .. sounds and black

The controls on this app suck

I want to try this but the game crashes as soon as opened. I'm on a Nexus 7 second generation running stock

Had one glitch with finding 1 beetle that wasn't there, but once I deleted that game & started over it went smootly

So far there is absolutely no thinking involved, EVERYTHING is highlighted for you. I like games where I have to find things on my own. Not recommended for the true or adult gamer.

I am trapped in the cave behind the metal grate on the beach. The only way out is to blast a hole in the brick wall with the cannon (according to the hint). I have put the powder, fuse, and cannon ball into the cannon. I cannot get the matches to light the fuse. I only have two other items in my inventory: two metal coins/discs and a red and gold medallion. HELP! I have been enjoying this game, but just can't get out! Thanks!

I too sm stuck onbthe cannon screen! It was a good game upto then, will thia be fixed or is there a refund for the lack of game play? Shame... :(

This game may be good but it is just too small on my HTC. The script is too scratchy and too hard to read.

Started great but my screen is stuck at the cannon and I can't do anything. Bummer.

I had no problem opening game as others. I installed on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 new edition. plays great. I like the puzzles but dislike so many Hidden objects it takes away adventure atmosphere. One of my favorite parts of game is horror trivia knowledge. The deduction of star is hidden object items seem blury even after using clue I barely can see image, it's not sharp definition. I am going to buy all the Hauntes series as I am a new Customer. Playing Game is like watching movie. I hope You will be adding voices would push game 10 stars

My screen has gone black and I can't play anymore! Please fix this. Another game I bought from y'all and can't download, but it won't give me back a refund!

Finished a puzzle now its frozen and it won't unlock the door, WTF I paid $4 for 12 minutes of gameplay????? Was excited to play

Could not pull up inventory

Wouldn't click on object even with hint. Using MK908-II. Graphics seemed to run fine.

Played fine for about 20 minutes, closed it down-went to play it an hour later & all I get is black screen. Too late to get a refund I guess so I'm just screwed again. Wish y'all would look out for your customers like you used too. I want a refund. Still not working properly on Halloween. Still want fix or refund.

Worked fine on my Galaxy 3, but so not worth the money. Way to short and no challenge... everything was pointed out for you and only 9 rooms to explore.

Was working fine till update now inventory screen doesn't work. Very dissapointed. Paid to much for something that isn't working !!!

Game only played about an hour and all i get now is black screen. Absolute waste of £2.99. What a con. Cant it be fixed as everyone gets same problem. How many more people will you catch, give me money back please.

The game keeps freezing when I try to play the game .I paid for the game & not to play it. My other games don't freeze up like this.... How can I fix this problem? Who do I need to contact to help me? I like the game if not I can play it.

Probably one of my favorites by this developer. Wonderful graphics. Interesting story and great scene setup. The puzzles were fun and HOgames were really well done. And, if you like HOG, then you'll love this one b/c they are plentiful! One other thing that scored points in my book, not once, or in any way, are you asked to rate the app. One last thing to be noted, there were no glitches in the game- my device is a Samsung GT2 10.1.
