It's been over two weeks since last post. No fix, so uninstalling. I can't upgrade my main building past level two. It tells me that the next level is available on scene two. I'm on scene 9 and stuck as I have completed upgraded everything.

Very cool game love the offline being able to play but I scroll the map and let go and it slides back to the middle of the screen and I buy another building and I can't place it and I back outta the game and it tends to freeze plz fix this

Keeps on looping in loading. After the loading bar gets filled it will then restart to infinity. Uninstalling for now.
