Isometric shooters -- where the viewpoint is tilted diagonally -- are somewhat rare. In fact, the last time I remember seeing one was Zaxxon in the coin-op days. So it's nice to see its revival in RealityWars. It's a simple enough game in which you play as a dragon, blasting enemies out of the sky in aerial combat. There are power-ups along the way that modify your type of fire, and it controls fairly well, though you may have to get used to the precise swiping arc required; it's easy to accidentally take your finger right off the face of your phone. A little further along in levels, you'll get a neat viewpoint change as the difficulty ramps up. Occasionally it can be difficult to gauge where bullets will hit you, but that's just a matter of familiarity. Check out RealityWars and fly the unfriendly skies. -- via Best Apps Market
