Memozzle

When playing and you run out of time if you accidentally click outside the results box game freezes and you have to cancel earning a zero for your round...cant tell you how many time I have lost a game due to this issue. It just started happening after the last update. NEW UPDATE!! Making in game purchases and not being awarded this is the 4th time this has happened and I never receive a response from support and no credit has been provided....Does anybody actually provide support?

I didn't get the jokers!

Love this game. However I have not been able to connect the last 3 days. Cannot connect through facebook, google+ or try to login with Memozzle account info. Says internet connection issues. Every other app and program is working on my phone whether I am using 4g or wifi. Have bought jokers last few times and have received 0. Beyond frustrated as I play this daily...and if I can't connect to a game I've paid for then I'm getting ripped off.

Not happy. Not one day after I paid to move from the apprentice to the hero level, I was already being told I need to pay AGAIN. I thought candy crush was bad....sheesh! Okay....so the Level up worked for a while. I have since paid two more times...trying to level up. I have emailed tech support TWICE. No response. Someone please fix this!!!

Having difficulty ending the game. I play the last round then the screen disappears before I can select replay or ok. I then have to end the game and take a - 0 - score. This happens in both Memozzle and Memozzle Free. What is going on??? I have played for years with no problems and all of a sudden this..... HELP!!!!

Love this game and play it everyday but have had many issues over the last few months. Paid for jokers and never received them. Also keeps saying problem with Internet connection.

Update!!!!! Don't buy jokers, I've been waiting on mine for months. I send messages through messenger & they ask for purchase confirmation &still no jokers. Game is good, just dont purchase more than what you have to.

Im getting to the end of a game and time will run out but it looks like im quitting/resigning. It wont let me finish/resume so i get 0 points! And this is the paid version!

I am also having the same login issues. Paying to play and not being able to access is frustrating. Hopefully someone is working on a resolution to this issue.

I absolutely love this game.... when it works!!! I have tried to sign in for 3 days now & can't get in. Seems I'm not the only one having this problem either! Please fix & I will adjust my rating accordingly! Thank you!

I love that maybe it is helping me strengthen my memory skills. The part I love most is seeing the flags of the people I play with from so many different countries!

I really like this game.

Only complaint is that as the rounds become more difficult, a little more time should be added to the clock.

Great Game. Can't seem to stop playing very addicting.

Can't finish games telling me I have Internet problems. AT&T tried everything they could. I have uninstalled 3 times and reinstalled. FIX THIS PROBLEM!!! The 3 people which I cannot get into the 3rd game on all of them are not going to play with me again.

Fun Game

Would like it better if at least the 2nd level wasn't a pay level. I thought at one point it was free but that changed I guess. I like the game though because it helps keep my brain sharp, having Multiple Sclerosis, memory problems are common.

I didn't get my free jokers when I bought the game. As far as the game goes. .. it's good. But I didn't get what was advertising.

~Did not get my free jokers Plus they do not show you the faces of the avatar packs so I lost money there because I don't like any of the faces in the pack.

I did not get the the jokers when I bought the game..while in advertisement it was promisins to give me 15 jokers..

Wonderful game just wish people would finish games. Instead of having to constantly start new games and have a ton of unfinished games... very annoying..

I absolutely love this game! Very addictive! Would have given 5 stars but every now & then the game will state that my internet connection is weak & the games I'm playing will not let me finish. I have to forfeit or time out & lose the game! Unistalling & reinstalling does not fix the problem! Currently have 3 games that are froze!

It's challenging and fun. The touch and internet speed can be slow. It would be better with more update pictures for variation.

Love it!! My grandkids love it too. Maybe make the cards a bit bigger easy to see. Very challenging
