My Cafe: Recipes & Stories - World Cooking Game

I would like my 1.79 x2 money back. I clicked on some equipment and it said to upgrade. I brought the dimoans to up grade. To fine it upgrades to one star so you still can't make any extra recipes. I'm now stuck where I can't move forwards with the firework order as I can't get the recipe. I had enough with this game as I feel as u get into it the more money you expect people to spend as you can't do stuff. I Spent about 20 pounds so far when u add it all up. No that not much to some people but there was no point. I wish I could ask for the money back. But I know this won't happen. I use to love this game. But I don't at the moment.it also nothing like the video you show

Last night I still have 700+ diamonds, and this morning I only have 244 diamonds! What the hell happened to my 500+ diamonds. And I DIDN'T SPEND IT last night ???? Can someone explain it to me?I've been playing my cafe a year now, and I am very disappointed. It WAS my favorite game. I've been saving diamonds, so I can buy special equipments. Fix this, and give me back my diamonds!????

I wish there was no such thing as ???? in this game, everything is for free because I'm struggling to upgrade coconut flakes to level 3. Also, there are some errors about this my café update. There is no character named Comet when it says new character: Comet. And it says holiday ingredient fortune cookies, are there any fortune cookies no. Please fix this as soon as possible as my sister and I are feeling really angry because we want fortune cookies in this game. Apart from those errors that I not long said, I say that this game is good.

Until recently, I would have given a 5 star review, but lately this game has been very frustrating. I keep getting this message that my profile has been changed, so I have to reload the game, and it erases some of my progress. This has even made it erase that I've completed some orders for Diego, so I have to complete them over again, and restart my 2 hour wait. I'm trying to save enough money to buy the pudding display case, but it's difficult when I suddenly lose $20,000-$50,000 at a time. Does anybody know how to contact tech support?

Unfortunately I have to rate it 1 star from 5star. Previously this app was running smoothly in my device. But since the last update, everytime I am running it on my ASUS Zenfone 2 Laser, it is giving a message that unfortunately the app has stopped responding. I am really really hating this. During the special offer where Diego had visited, I can't even run the app properly. Moreover I can't complete the festival tasks. It is just causing too much problem. Hope you all will resolve this as soon as possible.

I love this game! It's great for fast reflexs. It helps with social intelligence since you talk with yor customers and it gives you choices to start off the conversation! I also love the spice box and how you make special recipes! This couldn't get any better! 5/5 for me!

I am a new player to this game. Just play for a few days. There are some problems that I facing with this game. 1. The game keeps crashing and I need to keep restarting the app. 2. While loading to login, sometimes it say the server is under maintainance whatsoever. Thus, I cannot login and restart the game. 3. I dont know if it related to my level, but my profit gain when offline is super small like left 2hour just got 50coins. hmm.. 4. When arranging the tables, the food will gone from their tables and they arent able to leave the table. So, each time after do some arrangements, I need to restart the game. Thats all I can say as im still new and low level right now.

I'd really love it if the spice rack gave me what I touched on. Cinnamon is giving me coconut clear on the other side of the second rack! Also, the help is much more of a pain than ever. Always pacing in front of my machines no matter where I place them!!!

It often fail to open. Saying: The transaction could not be completed and Under technical work etc. It also work so slow. The stories are good. I enjoyed playing this game. Rate 6/10

Game is fun but when Diego appears it starts saying internet connection lost and I lose all progress. Im stuck in an endless cycle ????

I would totally love to rate the game five stars, but I've been stuck at level 16 for months! since I first started playing last year the updates haven't been real useful. I don't think it should cost so many diamonds to unlock recipes especially because now I can't even complete Diego's quest since it cost about 85 diamonds. And the videos are limited and you only get one each anyway. It's real hard to level up and the expensive stuff in the store sucks! It shouldn't cost so much if we have to take all that time to level up and unlock recipes. The game is awesome, but I can't stand the stuff that's stopping me. Maybe next update you wouldn't mind fixing the currency issue.

It's keeps on saying.. Ur profile is changed and applications need to restart.. It restarts and I lose all my progress.. It does it more often.. In every 5 minutes it restarts.. Why.. I lose my progress.. I m very sad.. Pls fix.. All round game is very exciting and interesting with chats...

Im loving this game.. BUT.. I hate the fact that i have to collect money to complete the task n request made by the customer..

Really wish you could sell back items for at least half the original value right from storehouse without having to wait for a specific character to ask and so you could sell back more than one item at a time

Is anybody having trouble with special orders? I'm having to fill the same special order twice sometimes to the same person and the customers star color doesn't change. Is this a issue or just the game?

For a whole day I've been playing this game until it stopped working recently. Its always showed that my server isnt working properly when in real life it's actually working just fine with other apps and games. I hope you can fix this problem.

I love this game.it runs at a delightful pace. I love how you can interact with the stories of these characters.I love how there's so much variety in goods and recipes. How you're able to hire upgrade or fire employees and earn gifts diamonds rubies and coins and spices from customers. The calmer pace makes the game more of a delightful experience. This calm pace with interactive stories is much better instead of always mainly having to focus on speed, like a robot with these other cafe/ restaurant games. The creators and developers really raised the bar. You can take your time and really enjoy the cafe game :)

The pacing of the game is a little inconsistent where some times you can do everything quickly and progress quite a bit but then all of a sudden you have to pretty much come to a stop and you can't do anything but wait....the concept of fairly interesting and it pretty well made as far as I've seen

When I cannot upgrade an equipment and an order of diego could not be changed, I got stuck. This is not fair. There should be an option for change or replacement of orders of diego. Thanks.

I love it so far. It's super cute and I like how each person has their own story to tell like in a real café. I will definitely keep playing this game for a long while :)

I'm a new player in this game just started around last week. I'm now in lvl 12. It was quite fine in the beginning eventhough it keeps on missing the toppings that I have choose on. When I choose lemon it'll pop out cinnamon or the others where they aren't located next to each other. That's still fine for me since I'm not losing any profits or such but the problem lies on the latest update I think. Since the last update the game just keep on crashing and closed down on it's own and I need to restart the game. I thought it might be because of my phone signal but then it still crashed eventhough I'm using Wi-Fi. It closed down every 20-30secs which makes me lazy to even opening the apps.

This game is one of the best games I played . But I mean it gets a bit boring if you play it for to long but if you play it for a bit it's fine

Idk of it's a glitch, but you guy's have cheated me in this game three times now. The game reset my level twice and took back the server I hired & that I actually wanted, and now I am dying to get the guarana spice and I spent the last of my diamonds to refresh the spice store twice, and it cheated me and gave me the exact SAME spice's!! Come onnn.

So this game is fun and addictive but the problem is they introduce spices right at the beginning that require diamonds and everyone wants to special order stuff. I sent a message to the owners via Facebook regarding this, mainly as a suggestion to change it to those who cannot afford to pay for diamonds all the time. This is the reply I got: "this game is a business simulator, it takes time ... and there is nothing to put her 1 star... we try very hard to make the game interesting for players, we constantly update it" From this they ignored what I said and didn't even acknowledge the fact they are making people use diamonds before level 10 or even VIP Level 1. Means they want money, you have to spend money on diamonds but what happens when you run out of the diamonds you start with? Nothing, earning them through achievements and customers is rare and achievements take forever which don't get me wrong, I don't mind that method, but when you need cash to upgrade your cafe and can't because you need to buy overpriced equipment. I'm going to keep the game for now to see if they get back to me and lead to an update that offers an equal gaming experience for everyone.

Good so far. Enjoying it! I had this app on my old phone and now I have it on this one. It actually offered me my old data back (which was great)! Keep up good work :)

Please check the game. It keeps on crashing just this morning. I was not able to finish the orders because of it.

I think this game has some real potential but as it stands now, people will need hours of continuous gameplay to complete certain tasks because of the offline currency generation amount and because you only get payed a few dollars every customer.

I love this game so much I have downloaded it on most my devices because it is an excellent app and I enjoy playing it

The game lags and it kept logging me out, it says my internet got disconnected but its not cause my wifi is on and the signal is strong I'll give 5 stars if fixed.

Took on the star anise task coz I have orders for such. But when I clicked the order for star anise, it's actually asking for galangal order! Now I want to cancel but requires 50 diamonds.. which should not be my problem :(

for an older version game keep on crashing since I update

Last Time I played the game I had around 600 diamonds, when I logged back in today I only had 262. What happened to my diamonds over night?!?!?! This needs to be fixed
