When i clicked the Quest nothing appears and it won't close either. I'm enjoying this game, hope you'll fix it. And also when i want to build something but whenever i click the green check, nothing happens. Can't even plant anymore :3. Few of my structure(or whatever you call it) They're invisible in the game :3 but when i clicked it, it functions, i just cannot see it :3

I have only had this game for a few hours and all it does is lag and freeze. As soon as I downloaded it and opened it it froze. I pushed through it though and began to play. It isn't a bad game...well at least the concept isn't a bad. It takes to long to wait for things and people do get frustrated. I have an lg g stylo and if you would fix the lagging i would keep this game.

I pressed the button to get my 5 rubies and then game went of and when game came back on my rubies didn't, I'm supposed to have 56 rubies now. Please give my rubies the reason why I'm not spending the rubies now is bcuz I need to get those black blocks so I can purchase an item from the store and I need 96 in total to do that so please put my 5 rubies back thank you

Great game. Only thing I think they can improve on is the in game ads. Make them optional for extra diamonds perhaps or give the ability to get rid of them for a small fee (like 2 bucks). They can get quote annoying and interrupt game play without any warning.

I like it a lot. My favorite SIM type game so far. The music and ppl are cute. The biggest fault? Trying to move around the island without moving anything else. Screen is waaaay too touchy. Cute fun game with lots to do.

There is too much going on in the game. Shouldn't start it out with 10 things you can craft and people asking for 20 things and the storage is crappie. Building materials shouldn't count as an inventory in your storage. This game is for people with as short of an attention span as the game has. Not really goal oriented they give you 20 at once and 10 of them are several levels away before you can do what it is its asking you to do.

Haven't put it down since I got it! It's really fun and addictive and its not as slow paced as other games like this where you have to stop and wait for things. There's always something you could do and the wait times aren't that bad.

I love the game so much..but not very happy with the new update.. Each time i play the game.. 1 minutes later it will crash..and the lags problem.. please fix it .

The ppl want way to much at once things take minutes to be done but in about one minute ppl r leaving its to stressful so I'm deleting it cus ppl want way to much and I have other things to do

I have only managed to play the game once for 20 minutes at the most, it keeps freezing and crashing. I'd really like to be able to play the game.

Okay I really loved this game ..then a little while ago I updated it..and now it lags..I can't move around on the island..Pls fix there is no way I can play it now...//// Now it's shutting down on me saying that the game is not responding..I will give it a couple more days..if not fixed I'm going to have to uninstall the game..and I really invited it..

I think it's broke. bad lag. crashes after a couple minutes.

Not enough storage. 4 hours to talk to guests is ridiculous. I can't do anything but wait..I'm missing the chance to wait on other guests. Quests can't be completed without spending real money...needs to be changed. I will not use real money .I like the game it is nice, but these things make me not want to play. The cons out weigh the pros ..please consider a few changes and the game would be a lot better!

Instead of moving objects by touching them, there should be an option in the menu; because it's too sensitive. I can't move around the screen without selecting something to move. Not only is this an annoyance but it also resets any orders on that building but still has them in que to build. So I have to wait on orders to finish that are no longer available. Please fix this issue. I love this game otherwise.

Hi! I'm already enjoying the game but when I buy the sweet potato I can't see it there. It happened twice that's why I restarted the game. I even uninstall and install it again. In addition to that while I was playing, something appears that there's new version of the game that's why I have to close it. But when I open it there's no new update. I would love to rate your game five stars because I'm enjoying it so far. Please fix it. Thank you. :)

i really love the game , I give it 4 stars only problem I have though is the way you move around the island vs. moving your buildings.... my suggestion is you put arrows on the north south east west of the page so you can move around the island... and then let the control for moving around buildings stay the same. a lot of the time I'm trying to move around island but it ends up selecting a building and I lose my customers. some come back and some leave the resort. if you could fix this for me 5 stars

I loved this game. Loved being the word as suddenly, all notifications froze on screen. I can still move around and do stuff, but the arrow notifications are just there and the settings, storage and other icons (except the build icon) do not respond when you click on it. I forced stop it. Reopened it. Still the same. Finally, I uninstalled it, then installed it again just to make sure that I reset the game. Now it won't load. Loading screen keeps steady at 76%.. I really wanted to continue playing this, but I guess it just won't let me.

I actually liked the game, but as other people have said it lags too much and it erased everything my whole game twice!!! I restarted last time it did it but I am not going to do it again! Fix it if you want people to play your game. Would've given a higher rating if it hadn't done that.

Awesome game design. Quick to load. When you can't work on quests there are always structure upgrades to work on. I especially love that I can go away for any length of time and it doesn't affect my game when I come back. I see you are working on the structures not being so easily moved as I kept accidentally moving them and losing my customers, so that will be a good change! Frenzoo you are a brilliant team, great job :)

Ok good thought of the game but there are just serious lagging issues. I have to restart the game everytime and i cant see my plants? Particularly the sweet potato and fiber. Customers therefore giving bad tips and feedback.better fix this. Thank you for answering my concern! Gotta give credits to your immediate reply :)

Another plus from the frenzoo team. Good work guys. I've found a problem though ,I had to uninstalled the app to reinstall. After resetting it got stucked on 80 percent while getting ready for the island please fix, I cannot see myself rating it less stars. I love the game!

Wish it was better. The horrid drop rate on quest items keeps the game from being fun. I've had a quest to update the Pier but for the last few days not a single life vest has dropped from "serving". Game doesn't remember what you've done. I cleared out mushrooms and bushes and right after I got a quest to clear out mushrooms and bushes. Game is too sensitive, just trying to scroll across the screen and picking up buildings left and right. Needs a lot of work before the game is worth more than 3 stars.

4 stars , would give it 5 if it let me remove stuff ?? How do I remove stuff I don't want. It says delete and I press it and it does nothing. That's my only problem. And unlocking new land shouldn't be to difficult either. Fix . Update. Whatever. Just do something about it.

i would give it more stars because i enjoy it but now when i try to go into the game when its loading it gets to checking passports and stops, please fix it and i will give more stars. i have done alot of work in it don't want to lose it all its so very up settingto do all that work and lose it. thank you for fixing working fine now

This game is slow. The most frustrating thing is the objects are always moving around, as i try and navigate using my touchscreen tablet all object that should remain in place were always moving. Very frustrating. I found myself not enjoying it at all, very different from similar games that i can repeat and play again and again. Need to improve your interface and lock objects into place, have separate menu to move object placement. I could not believe how awful it was to play, had to delete game after just a few days..

I've only just started playing it a couple of hours ago but i haven't been able to put it down since. It's fast paced and enjoyable. It lagged a few times and stopped responding but once it started working again it was great.

I love this game! It's a great way to pass the time. It doesn't take too long for upgrades and tasks to complete. The only thing is income. It should be easier to get coins and you should get more. If that happens I'll rate it 5 stars.

I really love this game but sometimes out of the blue it exits and now recently I just get in the game after waiting for it to load and lag it exits! Really please fix and it freezes suddenly all the time. But very interesting and awesome

Gud game BUT money is meaningless. To extend u need items that the game is in control of and it takes months to get them. This game and others games by this maker wants u to buy buy buy with real cash. Hence low star rating.. But addictive. Delete or not that is the question!!!

So I got a new device and wanted to download the same game to see what the new version is about. I get to level 7 and the game has stopped opening completely. Keeps saying new label. On my former device d old version still plays fine.
