Only one thing I would change.. I would love to see an option to turn the timer off, just to retain the relaxing feel of playing pinball. Let me goof around as I climb through the level instead of stopping my game and resetting to the beginning. Other than that is a very cool game. Solid controls feel classic, love the Tron-like appeal of the graphics, and the music has an old computer-tech vibe which is an automatic plus for me! I recommend!

This game had me hooked from the day of this review. This is an amazingly beautiful game with some great catchy 80's style music to go along with it. You might get addicted to the point of no return, but hey, that's mobile gaming for ya` lol. Seriously though, please try this at least once. It's completely free so what's there to loose?

PinOut reminds of everything I've loved throughout my life: pinball and arcade games, with the perfect blend of Tron-like visuals and smooth techno music. Of course, there's other music apps I can pair to this game in case I want to listen to something else, but I'm very satisfied after getting the Premium version! Though the dev team is called Mediocre, the game is stellar.

I really just wanted to make that pun. It's actually a solid pinball game. Might be one of the best of it's kind, especially in the way that it offers progression. I only played the super limited free version, but that's only cuz I don't play mobile games enough to justify purchase. You'll probably enjoy this one!

I actually paid the small $3.50 to get premium, so i can restart from checkpoints and support the developers. I usually don't pay for games or leave comments. But i just had to with this one, the lights and sounds on it are awesome. It keeps you interested for ages and are always trying to beat your high score. They've done an awesome job :)

The graphics are beautiful but without paying, there is not a lot of replay for me. You can't restart from a checkpoint so you're stuck playing the lower tiers with 60 seconds (plus time you accrue). Can't say it was satisfying for more than a couple of games. The controls are some and the aiming seems to almost be automatic... or maybe I was doing a great job at aiming? Didn't seem to be challenging, and as I did, If you don't pay, the levels will not be challenging because you always have to start from the beginning.

Solid game with the staple of Mediocre's excellent design. You're not constrained to a table in this pinball game, instead the game's goal is to reach the greatest height and earn seconds instead of points. A unique concept with beautiful, well-done execution. It is possible to complete the entire game without paying a cent, but the premium purchase is required to enable the checkpoint system.

The game is great and the modern Tron like concept is cool too but c'mon do I really have to buy the game to get checkpoints! So what's the point of continuing to play if I always have to start from the beginning! When did it get so hard to just play a game without someone asking me for money?? If its free let it be free!!

So this is a great game and by all means everyone should give it a try. I never played anything like it. Great graphics, great music and very fun. The only thing is I beat it on the second day I played. I wouldn't shell out money to get a checkpoint if I can figure out how to get to the end in two days. Sorry if I've just destroyed your revenue stream...Then again, I play a good amount of pinball so this isn't as challenging as real pinball. But do play it, it's very fun. And give them some money for the checkpoints :)

This Development team is great & make fantastic mobile app game's. Like Smash it , Sprinkle , grans-grans this game is smooth and receptive. Only thing bad about game may be in all ones fun getting use to aimming ones fingers higher so you dont hit the back arrow or windows box on phone. Love the games natural Tron feel. My goodness game is pretty fun. One like Smash is to make it up to the next levels in so much time collecting more as you progress. The best pinball game I have ever played. Thanks Dev team you do out do yourselfs and its some of the best fun out there.

Holly expletive. Just WOW. You'll never look at pinball the same way again. Amazing concept, best soundtrack for a mobile game, and the quality is like that of a triple A title. One caveat though: high performance device required. Sub-$100 phones and tablets may be able to handle it if you turn the graphics down, but you'll be missing out.

I love the other game that this company has put out (Smash Hit,) so I knew I had to try this. I just recently got back into pinball since I've been going back to arcades. This is so satisfying in all ways. The gameplay is progressive, the graphics are great, and the music is suitable. I normally don't purchase games but I actually bought the full version because the price is hard to say no to. A very good buy overall, I'm super happy with this!

Great music, really, game play is smooth and enjoyable. Waiting on more levels. Once you get through them, it goes to overtime where you play through all the other levels until you run out of time. The in game bonus time games are fun. i enjoy the old school racing style game dodging other cars the best. The astroid one not as much but its cool. I just wish you could fire not wait for it to shoot but oh well

Great gameplay, easy to pick up and makes you want to keep replaying - and as other comments have stated, seriously great music to boot. Mediocre know great music - it was the same in their other great game 'Smash Hit', very atmospheric. However, I've managed to complete all levels (where it restarts and goes endless) without going premium (so it can be done!) - so definitely more levels please!

This is an amazing game. I don't ever spend real money on mobile games, but I could totally see myself really thinking about considering to spend money on this. The only issue, it is too short. It took me longer than I had anticipated to make it to infinity mode, but still short. Keep up the good work.

This is a fantastic game. Clearly the team that made this has spent a lot of its collective childhood playing pinball. The game is well polished, looks great, sounds great and plays great. Also, I wasn't sure why I recognized the pricing model until I found the hidden "Does not Commute" minigame. Keep up the good work lads!

This is pretty fun to play, except that it wants you to pay up to continue from a few levels below where you ended. Really? I don't think it's worth paying to continue on a lower level, or the one I left off. It is fun though. I think I'll start from the beginning every time or find a different pinball game.

This game extends the game Pinball and adds a bit more variation to it. The goal is to rise up several platforms with new paddles until you get to the checkpoint in a given amount of time. Each paddle platform is like a different Pinball map. If you miss the boat then you will fall to the platform below. This game really has a lot of cool variety that standard Pinball games don't have but you have to fork over money to continue your check point once you run out of time. A great challenging game.

...That's saying something! The graphics and soundtrack are beautiful and cohesive. The level designs are ingenious. But most of all, the option to dial down or increase the graphics quality to suit your device's performance AND to minimize battery usage is invaluable! PLAYING THIS GAME ON MY ENTRY-LEVEL PHONE MAKES IT LOOK LIKE A HIGH-END PHONE!!! :D Thank you!!!

Love this game, gotta admit. I don't usually rate games or even comment on them but I will say they did a great job with this game. Music is frigging amazing and if you're a pinball fan like me this games is frigging awesome to play. Wish there was more to the game, level wise, buy with what you have now. Still beats any other indie game with this style and thought put into it.

Great concept, excellent graphics and music, but needs more levels :( Once you buy it you get to continue from checkpoints, HOWEVER, that only makes the game too easy and short. Physics also a little off and bumpers do very little to deflect ball. If you are looking for authentic pinball, this ain't it. IF you want a fun arcade game then it is worth it. WOULD be awesome to get working on my nVidia Shield though!

Fun and pleasing .A lot of points for creativity. Easily likeable and some might even love it. Gameplay is simple and fluid. The idea itself is well implemented in terms of visuals and has a fresh feeling to it. The purchase for check points feels disheartening at first but then you learn a lot. I recommend don't use checkpoints and you will enjoy mastering the game.

The graphics are gorgeous and response is great but that 60 secondi tmer takes ALL the fun out of it for me. You just barely get going and it ends the game whether you've lost the pinball or not. This was such a bummer because I hadn't lost the ball yet in several games. I was all happy when it began then that timer came and squashed the joy right out of it.

This is an amazing game made by an indie game company like Mediocre. The graphics are smooth, amazing color choices and the music flawlessly matches every level my personal favorite level of this is 2 the green vibrancy added with the song for it felt nostalgic and out of this world. I really do have high expectations for this company in any way possible with unique games. I seriously can't wait for the next game Mediocre will release

Super polished title. Great fun to play. One time IAP. The timed aspect of this game and aesthetics separate this from the "Not Pinball" app, and sets the bar high. Can't use Extreme mode on the Nexus 6p, but Extreme looks amazing on the Shield Tablet. You can get the soundtrack separately through Google Play.

It's pretty and the soundtrack is awesome! I like the gameplay, you progress through the levels and play minigames to increase your time, loved it. Buuuut, and issue for me is that it runs slow on my Huawei Ascend G7, I still played it though, and got to the overtime levels but that's where it crashed. I blame it on my phone and will install it again when I get a better one. 5 stars.

A very interesting continuos pinball roller. The aim is to reach as far as possible, not so much a highscore chaser. With great visuals, great gamrplay, including mini-games with a very retro feel, and a strllar soundtrack, this game will pull the heart strings of any cyberpunk lover.

I want more levels!!! Brings back memories of the 80s, stranger things and torn. Love love love the music and delicately balanced gameplay. Strongly deserves to get best soundtrack for android game I'm seriously considering going premium (edit... I bought premium and it is more than worth it! ) . The ball got stuck in level 5 I think and it wouldn't tilt. I have a screenshot if the developer needs it?

Great game, addictive, simple, and fun with good music and awesome graphics. But when I got several checkpoints down, and found out that in order to continue playing from where I ended up, I had to "buy premium," it lost its appeal. I know y'all want money, but at least put that out there BEFORE you get people hyped.

Fantastic game with a stunning soundtrack. I never thought of continuous pinball as something fun, but Pinout nails it. Also, I can't believe all the low ratings this got just because people wouldn't pay 2 bucks. Months of development work with an original concept and they expect everything for free. Pay the 2 bucks and stop complaining!

A breath of fresh air in the pinball scene!!! graphics are amazing and the soundtrack is beautiful. Only two gripes for me so far: 1) game causes massive battery drain, especially when compared to more graphic intensive games 2) needs more levels. Aside from that the game is incredible and highly recommended :D

Absolutely love this game! The music is incredible. Super retro. Kinda daft punk-esque. I love it so much. Mediocre makes some of the best mobile games. Always based on this great model of trying to go further each time. Keep making amazing games guys. Can't wait to see what you do next.

Love the challenge to leveling up. Each checkpoint a different change to the music, sounds Great! Love The 3D Graphics, especially for a phone game! When I started playing this game, on first download. The theme song, reminded me of, Daft Punk in Tron 2. But, I was mistaken. The music sounds similar but isn't Daft Punk. Still really enjoy this music, though. Already Addicted at 1st round!!!

Not just the graphics but the visual concept is unbelievably beautiful. It makes you want to slow down just to take it all in. I agree with everyone about the awesome music. The audio in general fits perfectly. One thing though I wish there was a user bump feature. It would be more like real pinball, plus I've gotten stuck till the time runs out a bunch of times.

A bit apprehensive at first because it's pin ball but, I'm glad I got it. Soundtrack is absolutely incredible trans ; has a tron feel to it but, what doesn't when it's glowing neons ? And it's entertaining. Everything a great video game have and be. Thank you for making this game.

A really fun game with a nice Synthwave soundtrack, beautiful graphics, and addicting gameplay. Ball physics may be kinda glitchy at times, but this just happened to me once. One of the best arcade games I've played on my phone. And yes, you can beat the whole game without checkpoints.

Game is good, BUT and this is a BIG BUT... only 7 levels and then u r left in a (supposedly) endless level, but since u dont get time bonuses in this last level... well, theres only so much u can do with the few seconds u get. Total ripoff. I wish I didnt buy the 'pro' version.

Fun game. Would like to see a few improvements/changes. I think the controls in the Laser Raser game need to be flipped. When I swipe to the left, I expect the car to move to the left. Also, I think progress should be saved. I have the paid version of the app and when I restarted my phone, I was all the way back at the beginning. Would be nice to pick up where you left off.

That said give it a try it's really cool. It's essentially a pin ball endless runner. There are checkpoints but you can't use them without making a purchase. I've gotten up to the orange table without making a purchase I think you can get farther still. Great music and graphics. I wish it was free. I'd definitely trade a few ads for free checkpoints. In this current version there are zero ads and it's beautiful so I understand why it is the way it is. Nice work by the dev team

Highly addictive, continuous pinball roller, slick soundtrack and yes, you only have to pay for the continues once. Cheap in comparison to some higher priced games. It doesn't run very well on older android devices but iPhone and newer android tablets seem slick enough. Haptic feedback and vibration for in game play would top this for me. 8)
