Perfect Chess Trainer

After abandoning this application for a long time because of crashes, I decided to give it a try again. Very impressed with the stability now. Would like to see the points option in Guess the move back again instead of showing the percentage score. I really prefer to have the 3,2,1 back.

PLEASE UPDATE.........Respected developer...only one problem with chess apps when i am offline my purchased are not shown...all is locked......and say purchsed not possible....it is joking....with me....because...i am buying...this apps with hard earning....money....so..please...solve..this...bug....thanks...you....please solve this bug..........I am waiting....thanks...

I request the developer to abolish the in app purchases. The app is already an paid app. So please don't include in-app purchases inside the app

Amazing app, please add more lectures.

I like the game overall. The only problem that I have is that I need to be online to be able to see all the purchases. I have a tablet and I am online when I am at home. If you can fix this issue I would give 5 stars.

The game freezes when I play after I paid for this app it kinda sucks that I have too struggle just too play a game of chess!!

Despite the fact that there are often major bugs after updates (which are ironed out) this is a very good way of training opening on the go.

The Perfect Chess Trainer, this app is absolutely awesome. It doesn't work with the new Marshmallow update though. My phone updated today and I can't get the app to start. It crashes as soon as it starts. Can you please look into this? --------------- Updated on December 15, 2016 It has been a few months and I haven't heard from you. Can you please look into this and let me know why did the app start crashing? As of today the app is still crashing when started.

It often crash on some of the games of Tal. Please fix the problem.

Why no play player to player?

Very nice program. Facing one problem in Opening Training. If I am working with an opening line (using pgn-file with junction-nodes on both sides) as white , all the black variations are allowed in the training. But, if there is a variation of white - it is not allowed ?! I hope it can be fixed very easily. One more thing, during opening training junction points of variation lines should be shown (as a choice, like in pgn viewer) for both black and white side.

Analysis option is taking very long time to analyze a game. After analyzing 50% or more, the app gets stopped. Plz update.

I really like this app. The update does not let me open pgn through the browsing folder. Author quickly responded and fixed pgn problem. Keep up the great work!

Been my go to app to practice endgame positions. Great update

This version is not an improvement. The toolbar is in a wrong position. It is minimising the board. Also too close to the action, prone to undesired slips of the finger. Lacks an option to change the toolbar position. The menu bar is too busy. Not posible to see the whole title and score. The additional buttons should be optional. I liked the previous setup much better. Five stars for the previous version. Only two for this one. Update for the sake of updating does not work.

Worst App, I purchased this software. initially good. afterwards i am unable to see history ( which screen goes blank). and i am unable to select and view particular openings. when selecting it goes top and.worst app, Got update yesterday. Same continues. i am using lenovo a7-30 gc Tablet. I am regret now!!!!

Hello Michael. Update is good, but i can't save games in my PCT folder anymore.. Did you moved the save games folder? Im still waiting for more in-app tutorials..Kudos!

One of the best applications for chess training out there. The only thing I wish for is the ability to have a "cumulative" score in centi pawns when playing in "Guess the next move" mode. This way you can compare your total performance against a grandmaster and may be occasionally "win" against him (meaning that your total accumulated score in centi pawns is positive). P.S. Changing my score to 5 stars in the anticipation :).

Good chess app. A favorite, but opening trainer is not as good as it once was. Can't choose variations anymore, but I'm getting used to it.

Hands down the best chess training app out there! And I've tried many. Has it all. Puzzles tactics lessons massive library of games. And free!!

Updating review because it doesn't work with android 5. An option to choose a different engine would probably fix this, because it's the stockfish engine that doesn't start..!!!! Lots of features for training, Although it would be good if the tactics training were graded. That way you would have an overview of whether you were improving, Something like the app Tactics trainer, that gives an elo rating for each problem

Without the engine analysis (that used to be in the app but now gone) it's just the same that's out there. Don't buy it!

I see many woes concerning the tactics section; mine is that I can't open any tactics problem AT ALL.

I don't get it, the filter in tactics keeps taking the resolved one, no matter what. This is annoying.

I love the app. I'm just wondering if it is possible for me to make a customised opening repertoire to study within the opening database and to train it too. I know I can import individual PGNs but I'm looking to build and train a repertoire.

I use this to analyze my games. I really enjoy reviewing mistakes and blunders, and then trying to get the correct move. This is a must for any chess enthusiast.

Updated Version Guess the Move section. I tried it but after move 8 it stops all the time. Impossible to use now Guess the move...Please fix the new bug... train blunders - click for variation doesn't work anymore..... it was used to be good now bugs....

Best chess app ever. No joke. Seems last update made the opening training stop asking for variation choice. Even noticed a setting that seemed to turn it on, but when flipped on still doesn't ask to switch variation. Can we fix this?
