Made purchase to unlock all games and only a few Bob ones work. My 3yr old is very upset Sam and Thomas don't work as these were the original reason for game download. Emailed and didn't get a response.

My 3 yr old is very upset after waiting paitently for it to download and start. To find the thomas puzzle wont work even though ive paid for it

Thomas and Sam get stuck and would not open even if I bought the whole set

Paid for the full versions but jigsaws doesn't work. My little boy is very disappointed.

Had trouble with the old version unlocking the pay features. Now the latest update has fixed the problem and it is all working perfectly! My boys will love it!!!

It doesnt even let you finish the demo levels without showing you adverts for the full version! My son became frustrated with this very easily because you can only play one or 2 levels of each game so it becomes boring! "Free game with in-app purchase" should really be called "Free to download but to have any fun with it you need to spend over £6!!" Rip off! Wouldve rated it 0stars but thats not an option!

Paid for the full version still they were locked to get no response from Mattel. Will never buy any of their apps again

I was one of the suckers who fell for my kid begging me to buy the full version. $8, what a rip off! When my son tries to open the puzzle game the whole thing crashes. Even if it worked properly it should still be free. Please fix!

This game claims be Free with in-app purchases. But in reality it is only the most trivial demo games immediately followed by ads and the option to buy the full game. pack. There is nothing to suggest it is worth anything, let alone $8. They must be counting on kids begging to do something more after seeing Thomas or Hot Wheels.

My two year old loves this but it's very frustrating, when having purchased the Thomas pack, that game progress still gets cancelled by adverts for the other add ons all the time.

Got the app cause my son loves all these characters but the one Gabe he wants to play he can't which is move the cars. ..the vehicles don't move on any of the characters. ..please fix! !!!

Not all the games work and it doesn't get better once you buy!it hangs the tablet so much you have to force it to restart the tablet! Emailed them over 3 weeks ago not had any sort of response. Would love a refund but can't get anyone to respond!
