The Game of Life

I like the game, it's a lot of fun as a game of life usually is. It crashed for the first time I started it bit the second time it worked well. Graphics are good looking with a nice kinda cartoony aesthetic. Music is nice, fitting for a game. It'd be nice if we didn't have to pay for other figures since this is a game you have to pay for, but I got this game on a sale for free so I can't complain. Overall I really enjoy the game, it reminded me when I enjoyed it with a friend a long time ago.

The only problem i had was my purchase didnt save on one of the maps when i switched to a new phone. The game itself handles smoothly reminds me of the board game but with mini games to make it a lil more interesting. I wish it allowed for me and my wife when we play from two phones to join up with two other human players but all in all great game.

Overall, a great game that's just like the actual thing. My only complaint is that the app crashed once during my playthrough, but I was able to start right back a turn before thanks to an autosave feature. Curious to see what other game modes are like. Not sure how I feel about tons of microtransactions, even though you're already paying a few dollars for the game.. Maybe include those and raise the price of the game a couple dollars? Either way, good job!

Just bought and download the game today. It's great, really enjoyed it. But then it only works the first two times. And now it wont open everytime I tried to open it. I restarted my phone and the same thing happened. Please help me, I really like this game and I would like to continue to play it. Thanks

I loves to play monopoly and this game is something I should try. So I purchased it and play it online. However, 2 days after installing the game and playing it without any problem (and I purchased Magic pack if Im not mistaken..forgot the name) there are always the message pop out saying the connection is lose. It happen regularly and I hope this can be fixed otherwise I will uninstall it eventhough I already purchase it. Tq

Has a tendency to crash a few times during a game. Keeps begging for reviews, hence this review. Also way too many IAPs simply to unlock the cosmetic appearance of the game.

Overall, I enjoy the game. I even have the actual board game of it. But sadly I have only one major problem, and this is a gameplay mechanic in both the app and newer board game. Why do I have to land on a space for the opportunity to buy a house!? This is BS! I absolutely hate this mechanic! It means you can go through an entire game...HOMELESS, if you never land on a house space! Don't get me wrong, it's not all bad. Just wish we could get at least ONE guaranteed opportunity early on, say when we choose our spouse? You guys should work on that, in both the digital and board versions of the game. Other than that, I like it.

I love the game very much. But every time my screen black out then "You have lost connection" will pop up and I've quitted the game. And I could not rejoin the online platform with my friends. And for this, we have restarted the game loads of time but could not finish the game.

I need to know how get my picture show up as my game face like you guys do on the online game part in this game.i have tried every to get show up still not showed up yet. So please help me. Then give this game 5 stars across the board if you help me out with this.

This game could be good but constant crashing makes it less enjoyable. I have tried reinstalling, clearing cache and rebooting. Nothing helps, just keeps on crashing randomly. Luckily I didn't pay for this app so no wasted money here at least

So when I got the game I was super excited but, after it download it kept saying Looking for Resources to download and I waited for 1 hour and 0% progress. I tried undownloading and it did the same thing. I even shut down my phone and then redownloaded it. I have a Samsung JV-3. What can I do to fix this?

I like the game overall. Not liking the fact I can't buy the next portion of the game. It says product not found in store. Better for when you're on the go; I have the actual board game at my house, but I definitely like this one better

Technically fine, but The Game of Life is just a bad board game. Very few interesting decisions to be made, and when they are everything is about money and nothing else. Nothing like the excellent ”Jones in the Fastlane” by Sierra, where decisions like whether to buy a fridge and eat healthy food mattered.

The game crashed every single time that I play, which abruptly cancels the game. Cannot choose characters. Turns are slow. Has the potential to be a great game, and I would overlook the last two items, but the game crashes midway through a round literally every single time that I've played.

Slightly laggy. Doesn't like the fact I have to keep pressing speed up as otherwise it takes so long for each turn. Would like an option for a locked faster speed. Graphic wise, not my thing but it's okay.

It's okay. However, We should be able to receive some kind of play money for winning, so that we could build the money up to unlock new boards because the same play can start becoming boring. Other then that, it's a nice game. And I recommend to download or try out this game

Nothing like the real game. Plus (chance based) landing on spaces to get a home and same sex marriage being added to the game is a real shame.

I can't believed I paid money for this. I bought it off a whim from nostalgia from the old Game of Life game from the early 2000's, and this just made me miss it more. The graphics are basic, awful, and cluttered. The UX is terrible; why does my tuen take so long, why is the camera so zoomed in, why is it that when I speed the game up I have to respeed it up after a minor NPC event? And my god, there are micro transactions? Why?! The skins for this game could not have cost more than 5 minutes worth of time, if they did then it just shows how truly lackluster the development on this game is.

I love this game. the only problem I have with this game is that you have to purchase it and still have to make purchases within the game for the different themes and the different cars. I feel some themes should be free.

Very cute and makes lots of fun. I played it with my whole family. The good thing, you can choose many languages. But the bad, that you have to buy the most things with real money.

Great for the first 2 games I managed to play. Now just takes me back to the home screen when I play a new game online. Happens either at the selection screen or actually while a game is in progress. Bad form.

Game of life, little lives in a new big grand world. Game feels like we shooting across the highlights of life. Nothing wrong with that but I wished​ ownership an banking played a greater part in the game than just quick cause an effect. Would it not be nice if we had to consider the expenses of living? That means cash and banking and assets. And for the mini-games wished they focused​ around the characters relationships and not just cash. Thus mini-games should be more complex, here lies the opportunity to expand game. In life there surely is more than just one commodity. Even so still a great game...

Just purchased the game, was only able to play for barely a minute and half. It keeps crashing!! $2.99 -WASTED

For some reason it still failing the app every 15 to 20 mins. Fix it please. It's a great game!

Exits/crashes it you deny it permissions for files/images. I see no reason why this should be required, and a legitimate app would either explain the need, or degrade gracefully.

Love the game but I can't even finish a game without it crashing on me or the other player I shouldn't have that problem if i have put 12 bucks into the game. Still can't make it through one damn game without it crashing this is Getting super annoying.

This game is great! It's true that you do have to buy most of things, but in my opinion it's worth it.

I shouldn't have to pay 2 dollars for each pack when I've already played like 3 dollars for the whole game. It would be like 75 cents although I would be willing to pay a dollar.

I wish I could check personal details while playing the game. I keep forgetting my lucky numbers, salary, and the type of house I own. It just would be nice to pull up details. The music could be a little less annoying, but overall this is a better version of the game I loved growing up!

Played once which was great fun but now the app won't open again even after deleting the cache and data. It crashes in under a second which is such a shame

I can't even purchase the new board says it can't be found.. the game crashes at least two to three times before running and then it will constantly freeze up. Overall the game is okay when it works.

My internet is fine for every other app on my phone but EVERY TIME I try to start a game it says lost connection. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to this game D:

I took away 2 stars as it continually crashes on me. I can't play an online mode at all. Tried to uninstall and reinstall it to see. Didn't work. Regretting my purchase right now

I want a refund it won't download on to my phone. I've tried for 3 days now & it keeps saying error downloading and then it snatches me out of the game with a message that says "the game of life has stopped suddenly." I want a refund asap.

Great game, can't fault it as far as actual gameplay goes, however, may occasionally crash without warning... 4 stars as it is has micro transactions to do nearly anything other than play a standard game.

I don't know why people keep saying it sucks. It's one of the best versions of a board game on a device that I've ever seen.

I LOVE THIS GAME This is absolutely my favorite game. I even bought the board game. Amazing graphics to. Which is why i give it 5 stars except the part where we have to pay... and for new courses.

It's a great game considering that it can be £10 for the actual board game and this one has more content however it does freeze sometimes but you can always continue

Awesome. Love the game. Multi player version in so much fun especially on tablets. In app purchase are costly but I'm happy with the base world.
