Freecell for Android
Love it! One problem only: to get back into game after leaving, you must hit back quit back yes to exit, then hit the icon to get back in to play. Resume does not work.
Too sluggish on my phone. I am used to the quick play on another game not available on Google. I'd prefer to be able to tap on cards and they move. Also change the layout for us lefties
Fun game. Easily presented. Hours of my no-life put I to this. Would like to be able to predictably move stacks with one click. Even if not changed, I love this game!÷
Fun, relaxing, enjoyable yet challenging - did I mention, addictive, too?! Ha! Glad I found this version which is similar to Freecell on MS Windows. April 2017, four years & three phones later, I still play Magma Mobile Freecell nearly every day.
Great game. Only drawback is having to tell it to quit twice when your done. Still, really fun and not too many ads.
You can't go wrong with this company's games. I only rated it 4 _stars because you can't click on a stack of cards to make the stack jump to another column. If you click on a column to try to move multiple cards only one card jumps to the holding area. You can press on the top card of a stack and slide it to the column you want to build, so that might be an imrovement over the games where it jumps, not necessarily to the column you intended.
Whenever I am sitting around I just like to play Freecell as it keeps me thinking and occupied, may get my brain working a little better. Thanks
Some stacks must be broken up to move, but the end result is the same. The whole stack should move if it's going to happen anyway.
Great way to kill some time. Controls are more obvious than some of the other versions of Freecell.
There aren't any fancy bells and whistles like levels, boosts, dailies, etc., just Freecell. And that works. The game is wholly engaging without relying on gimmicks. The difficulty level is just right, and there aren't any obnoxious ads. Most games without gimmicks lose their luster pretty quickly, but this one keeps you coming back.
Not quite the same as a deck of cards, but close enough. Ads are not overly intrusive, and I like the straightforward presentation. Well there's the looping cards at end, but those have been around so long onscreen they are part of it. Sort of electronic 52 card pickup.) Great mental break.
Fully addictive and enjoyable like the desktop version. There's just one glitch wherein if you try to multi task by opening another app, then on returning to the game the screen turns white. You need to kill the game and restart and resume from last played.
Terrific!!!!! Used to get locked up with @#£%& pop up's and you'd have to uninstall and go find it again to make it work again. The newest crash fix works! I really enjoy. tried some other companies but none I have found this good for clarity and movement. I have altered my previous somewhat frustrated rating. Addicted. As others mention you can't change a half done game after going out and coming back but that is no different than accepting rules. Enjoy!
Magma Mobile makes the best versions of so many solitaire games. I am addicted to Freecell and Freecell2. They are the easiest to navigate, and the offset lines of cards make it easy to find the card you want (or need). Well done, Magma! I'm a fan!!
I could play it all day. My only complaint is that if you don't finish the game all at once, you can't undo moves you made before your tablet went to sleep.
It's not a difficult game. One must concentrate. It appeals to several of my personal weaknesses. Jackie Benson. I have lots of free time after being badly injured and winning a Freecell game is a joyful moment knowing there are even the smallest successes in life for me!
Play is fine, but there is a bug with the resume and quit functions. I click on the option and it takes me to a white screen. Back outt of the page and it brings me back to the same window. If I switch off the screen in midplay, I return to a white screen and the same problem. Other than that bug, it would be nice to have a pause function. The constant 'do you want to try this other game' ad at the beginning is annoying and pointless. No, I want to play the game I picked. 2 stars, 4 when the bug is fixed.
You may have to work at it but you can solve almost all of these puzzles . I can get compulsive and spend hours restarting one particular deal until I finally crack it . So far I've only come across one that I could not defeat ... eventually.
In the old Windows app, when I tried to move a large series to another column, it would quickly and visibly succeed if there were enough open piles and columns (that I could use manually by moving smaller series into an opening one at a time). However, the mathematical reasoning used in this app will sometimes wrongly determine that fewer cards can be moved. I can catch this out by succeeding in manually moving parts of the series into each column and successfully re-assembling them in the target location.
It's a great relaxing game that helps time pass quickly. I like that way I can go back to my game if I'm interrupted for some reason without losing my game.
Recent improvements have made this a very good and smooth implementation of the game. The games are challenging but the undo feature takes the stress out of making an error. Thank you for a well thought out and executed app.
Good game except for a couple of things. 1. Cannot reset stats until after a game. 2. If you go out, you cannot save game and counts as a loss. Though I did go out of a game for a message and went right back to the game. Really fun game though.
Update - I'm dropping my rating from 5 to 4 stars because of one big flaw. When you haven't finished a game, you can't finish it later because, after relaunching the app, it either: (1) shows a blank white screen; or (2) you can't undo any previous moves. It's very frustrating when I can't complete a challenging round. ----------------------------------------I really like the intutiveness of this version of the game. It could be easy to make mistakes while playing but the programming compensates for that.
I think I've done this a dozen times. I'm now an official senior citizen 5/26- I'm 65 & I still love playing Free call! I like this game, you think you can beat it every time and it gets you!
I love this app. It gets the thinking cap tossed onto the floor in frustration at times but it keeps me amused each time I play. Always get caught up playing it.
I played it last few months I t was good but has some problem, whenever we hold the game it will not resume. Why I don't know ..plz fix this problem
When I first looked at Free Fall, I thought it was overwhelming. But I tried it. I honestly feel it's my favorite game now. Always a challenge but a satisfying one.
How I workout my brain in the morning to start my day. Something addictive once you learn to win. Organizing chaos = feeling of mini acomplishment!
Sometimes closes or freezes midgame. Very frustrating. Fun other than that
The best I have played and the most like classic freecell. The only fault is not being able to go back to a partially completed game.
Great game. I've been enjoying this app quite a bit! I don't have any issues with the game. Keep up the great work.
Cool game, I would like to be able to move or shift a column (reposition). The other thing that I would like to see is to be able to move long columns using blank columns rather than doing it myself. Beyond that great game
The game is fun to play. It needs 2 easy changes to be perfect. 1. Make it possible to close the game and restart it without getting a loss. Can't start a game if I'm not sure I can finish it. 2. Make it possible to restart a game without getting a loss.
Simple app with nothing hidden. There are ads, but they aren't overly intrusive.
Easy to read with cards offset in each colmun. Maybe controlling screen brightness would save on battery usage. Please fix this issue or I will need to find a new freecell game app
Had to take one star off for minor things. Most notably is the way it tells you don't have enough spaces to move a stack of cards when you really do. Basically it's a near match to the computer version.
I love the game. I give 4 stars because certain (minor perhaps) conveniences are missing. For example, it does not allow automatic moves of double number of cards when there is a vacant column.
I have it on a phone, I enjoy this because it responds to touch screen controls. Does things quicker - more fun ! Now I've downloaded onto the 3rd phone.
Keeps me busy and challenged when I'm bored

Magma Mobile has been the creator of the best card games for a long time. I have tried newer versions from others and still have not come across as well developed a card ap as Magma's. There is no better!
