■ストーリー
　2112年、東京。厚生省公安局刑事課一係にふたりの新人が配属された。ひとりは記憶喪失の監視官・誓湯撫子。もうひとりは行方不明の幼なじみを探す執行官・剱拓真。冷静沈着だが人の感情を解さないドロイドのような女、撫子と、ハードボイルドを目指す熱血人情派の男、剱。正反対のふたりの出会いによって、運命の輪は動き始める。
　事件の舞台となるのは、東京から遠く離れたかつての未来都市・佐渡海上市。真相にたどり着いたとき、彼らの選ぶ「答え」とは——


■システム
「PSYCHO-PASS 選択なき幸福」はテキストを読みながら時折表示される選択肢を選ぶことによってストーリーを進めていくノベルタイプのアドベンチャーゲームです。
プレイヤーの選択により、ストーリーは分岐し、それぞれの結末を迎えます。

ゲームスタート時にプレイヤーは公安局刑事課一係に所属された新米執行官「剱拓真」もしくは新米監視官「誓湯撫子」のどちらかを選択することで、物語がはじまります。
