Looks nothing like it does in the pics cause there are massive updates. If you want to play this game get your credit cards out...unless you want to be zeroed daily. You make 0 progress unless you spend hundreds of thousands of dollars of your hard earned money. So other then that very fun but know it's a endless money pit

I use to think this game was fun. MZ has gotten greedy and releases new ugrades on a daily basis now. They have taken the fun out of the game and only seem to cater to those willing to spend hundreds of dollars a week. Don't waste your money here. There are better games out there that you don't have to "pay to play."

No longer fun to play. Too many new releases back to back. The cost to keep up, be able to actually play and enjoy the game has increased to an insane amount. So many top players have left...not to mention the little guys who threw in the towel almost immediately. Sad to see what was once a highly addictive game completely unravel.

Finaly game over! Thx MZ for destroying one of the strongest alliance in this game... last 3 events were your biggest bs ever.. The most leaders quit now or even did already... I've been one of the better one trappers, but to getting no one hit in 3 events, that's bs... Reason why almost no one is burnable!? You really must be damn tired of earning that much money Btw, new Final Fantasy game going same way...

Use to love this game. But now upgrades everyday and ridiculous prices so the people that have already put so much money into it can't keep up. It is unfortunate. Also glitches are causing people to get zeroed in one hit and losing everything they worked and paid for because servers are slow. Well compensate and stop with the updates. Horrible waste of money. The developers have decided to ignore improving basic gameplay and decided to just focus on making mone. The game used to be full of fun people to play with, now it's full of people like me that are too invested to give up playing completely. If you're not spending $100s a month don't bother playing you will never be competitive. GoW is losing players and the developers don't care.

This game had gone downhill. Mz does not listen to their players needs or wants. Lagging is bad and too many glitches. New items are dropped at least 3 times a week. New gear can become obsolete in a few weeks time. It went from free play to you have to spend 100s if not 1000s to keep up weekly. Do not recommend this game.

Its a pay to play. Seriously, you need to invest a few hundred a month if you want to keep up with the constant friggin updates and research the game requires or you will get your ass handed to you in game play. Only cool thing about thia game is you play with other real people. The developers (MZ) dont give a care in the world about its olayers and they take days to answer back to their players.. considering the amount of money you have to put in for this game, youd think they would have better customer care.

This could be a great game. It used to be free to play and I used to succeed even though I was a free player. Not any more. The current run of updates requires purchases so that special items can be obtained, just so you can survive an attack. I would recommend not playing this unless you have spare cash to spend anything from $us10 to $us400 in a single purchase.

I've been playing for 2 years and have enjoyed the game, however, I have seen some good players leave the game, that had no problem spending hundreds of dollars, because of the constant requirement to spend money to unlock new features. Longer I play the more money required, it's crazy. Will change rating back to 5 stars when I see less greed . The game should be 5 stars, and would be rated that way from players if not for the cost to maintain a liable account!!!!!

The only thing you can play with this game is farmville, unless you want to pay 100 bucks a week to stay big enough to play. Don't waste your time and money. They ruining this game so fast with 2 to 3 updates a week. Probably so you'll move on to final fantasy. So on a second note. Don't play that too. MZ is greedy af. This game is not free to play! You can't do anything relevant on this game without spending and it's addictive af

The worst game and company to ever deal with. Always glitches and cheats in the game. These in game pics you see are nothing like what the game actually is. If you do not have endless amoumts of money u will not jave fun. I personally spent over 10k on this game and got no where. That is not a load i am seeking legal action agains MZ the creators of this game.

Worst customer service ever!!! If you report issues be prepared to get a form letter blaming your equipment. They don't give a damn about their customers as long as they keep getting money from those dumb enough to keep spending. I would not recommend this app to anyone. MZ will not be getting money from me anymore.

You're literally feeding $100 bills in daily to keep up or you'll lose. You can't even play because you're busy trying to update to the newest stuff... And then new stuff comes out. Every other day, sometimes every day, new stuff that you HAVE to have or you burn. If I'm paying to play a game, I'd like to be able to play. Thousands down the drain. I'm done. Not playing anymore. Account full of items that are outdated and I can't even use.

This game is a great way to pass time, but it pushes for cash at every turn and hard to play for those who don't spend money as lower level players are easily attacked by higher levels outside their kingdoms (aka collecting resources). I know this game is all about fighting and killing, but it is still a disadvantage when "player killers" stalk lower levels. Otherwise, this is a great game with mostly nice players, easy to use, and pretty graphics, but over all, not for me. :/

This USED to be an awesome game. MZ has completely destroyed that. The constant glitches and game freezing is bad enough, but you literally need to spend 500-1000 dollars a week to try and keep up with the constant updates. DO NOT START PLAYING THIS GAME.

Can't go past level 21 with out buying and buying and buying it won't stop. It takes 56 days to up grade one building it's a joke. Can't get enough gold to buy toilet paper to wipe your ass let alone anything else. This game SUCKS greedy

This game was never great, but at least it was fun to have alliances. Now there is no point in playing this game unless you are prepared to spend about $100 or $200 per month. They inflate the number of troops and research etc. needed to play constantly so you must keep spending. The best way to win is just don't play.

It says free to play, but in reality, it is free to lose... by a lot. If you spend hundreds of dollars you can do okay, only to become outdated very shortly afterward. The whole point of the game is to spend money so that you can destroy what other people paid money to build. Save your money and time, go buy a big screen TV and a console of your choice

Not worth playing unless you have a spare £100-£200 to unlock everything in the game. A total p2w farce. They force you to spend real money if you want to see the end game and if you don't those that have spent the money will just farm you. Free players will never have a chance in this game.

The game has been changed to a free to download and pay daily to play. If you are not willing to spend daily don't bother playing. All kill events require you spend money for event token, if you don't have this token you will lose! Updates break features and contribute to massive lag which makes the game unplayable.

When an issue is reported the reply is an automated response. The servers cannot accommodate the amount of upgrades they are putting out & they keep adding more. Unable to play due to lag & server issues. My suggestion is to find another game. Don't spend any cash here, you are just throwing money away

Was fun. Milking it now. Frequent release. Not a strategy game.. Who keeps up with weekly spend wins. Spensing is ok but its out of control. Recent glitches and tokens that activate and expire.. When pacj does not say temporary boost is false advertising. Dying game.. GAME OF WEALTY

Money taking game. No way to compete at all. MZ Support doesn't respond or take any responsibility for their glitches or malfunctions that they cause. Don't download unless your willing to pay thousands of dollars on this game to just get nowhere. Not recommend for anyone to download or play. This game should be shut down.

Unless you spend $100 or more a day you will always stay shielded or get zeroed cause they want you to spend $100 every day with the stuff they come out with. They get you hooked in the beginning with $5 and $10 packs but as soon as you start to get somewhere they jump to $100 up. $300 packs so unless you own a bank this game is not for you

This game used to be fun. Back in the day where free players had a little struggle, but could still compete. Now you have to be prepared to drop insane amounts of money to even stay level and not constantly be wiped out. MZ got greedy and it went downhill from there. 2 stars for the nostalgia. Otherwise it would be one. Take it from someone who has played for years. Don't download unless prepared to drop crazy money to be mediocre.

Game introduces new stuff every week now. If u dont spend money, u cant compete. Mz admits to mistakes, glitches, but wont give u any money back. Their glitch, u get zeroed and all the money u spent, u need to do again to get back up to compete. Play at your own risk

Great game, tech support is bad. They can't or won't fix simple bugs.. game crashes every few mins. Customer service IS NOT in their vocabulary.. Constantly adding new dlc and it's outrageously priced.. $249.99 for a pack when they'll add a new one a day or 2 later?!?!?! Machine zone sucks!

I like getting lost in the game. It's a great escape from the real world! UPDATE 7/5/17 MZ is $ greedy! Stop with all the upgrades. Players can't keep up. Most long time players are being forced to quit now because of your greed.

This game is a rip off. Unless you actually pay to play you will not get anywhere. Even if you spend $50 it's not good enough you have to continually put money into it. After more than two years of actively playing and buying the machine zone company has made it so no account is safe. Not sharing update information The updates are outrageous when one update gets a maxed player zeroed in one solo attack. If you are not a millionaire I DO NOT RECOMMEND this game

Not worth it.... every new player now is just prey for the established players that have sank $$$ to become overpowered bullys and harass inexperienced players still trying to figure out how the game works. Resources and hero's are taken/captured continuously. There is no chance to become familiar with game mechanics due to these types of players. Just download this gamr and become another newbie for them to farm so you can experience this for yourself.

First off, the screenshots are not indicative of the final product. Only one is an in game screen, one guess which. The game does everything it can to bleed you dry of money. Ads everywhere, including a popup when you open it (every. Single. Time.) and the main reason I'm giving one star now is because I just sent a private message to a friend telling them "don't buy anything" which was then deleted by the system. The levels of greed from this developer are incomprehensible.

GOW was fun to play until the creators became greedy and issued very frequent updates (twice, sometimes 3x a week). This game is nothing now but a competition as to which player has the deepest pockets. It used to be a strategic game that allows all players to keep up. It's sad to see how this game has developed as it was fun to play because it's a social aspect to it. You get to meet people and play along with them. If you are a strategy type of player and is willing to spend money, I highly suggest go for another game as this game will just take your paycheck. Also, this game has a lower rating compared to similar games. I hope MZ (creators of this game) would start listening to their customers instead of copy/pasting the same responses.

Seriously, I an so surprised the rating is sitting at 3.9. I mean just scroll through. This rating must be from years ago. You have to spend thousands to keep up. The game used to be fun but they add upgrades every other day that require you to buy another pack. And of course there are people who keep buying. Stay away !!!!! Extremely greedy game maker. I've spent $300 idiotically on this only to have everything obsoleted in just FIVE days. Happened three times. Yeah, I know ... Why'd I do it the third time? Dumbest thing I've done in gaming. Boosts you buy are now multiply by billions. MZ is just sucking players pockets dry before the game dies. MZ should fall under gambling addiction regulation.

The game is no fun anymore. Been playing for over 3 years now, first 2 years of playing their were very few upgrades and now the last 8 months the upgrades have increased to the point that they add something new damn near everyday. It's just too much to keep up. So stay away from this game and their other 2 games Mobile Strike and the new one Final Fantasy XV.

Be prepared to spend big money. There's no way around it if you want to compete on an even level. Basically the same as "Mobile Strike" game. Not really a war because newer players continuously get wiped out by seasoned players. Someone can come in and lay waste your stronghold while your away and you have no chance of finding them for revenge. Even with all that the game is strangely addicting and a bit better than Mobile Strike. If this isn't your game you can find a few knockoffs like Final Fantasy or something else. One final note is that the game support people are prompt and helpful as much as they can be. I know some things are out of their control but they don't leave you hanging waiting for an answer. So for that I raised the rating by one star.

I wouldn't know how much fun the game itself is because within 5 mins of starting up, the little chat on that bottom of the screen was inundated by some little perverts asking for sexual favors. DISGUSTING. There needs to be some be moderation here. Kids play this game, adults play this game...it's a disaster waiting to happen. Too bad, seemed like the game itself would have been fun.
