Classic Words Plus

Forced to upgrade from the free version to eliminate the risks of viruses from ads, as my ad blocker will not work with Classic Words Solo app any longer. Hate to enrich a company with so little regard for users. Then to find that I cannot import my stats to the paid version just adds insult to injury.

Not bad at all, although as in Cross Craze Pro the AI player spells words incorrectly and appears to receive the best tiles. Also 99% of the time the AI has the first turn which is a definite advantage. I usually play the hard or very hard setting and the AI uses obsolete, outdated, foreign or just plain weird words. The latest update (12/12/17) causes the game to freeze. Don't fix what ain't broke!

Soooooo much better than the Hasbro Scrabble app with all of those annoying ads! I can't believe I struggled with that buggy, ad-riddled app for years when this one was available. I am done with Hasbro! I do miss the dictionary but that's not a deal-breaker. And I do wish that the board would maximize on the screen in landscape mode. There's empty space at the top and the board could be larger (I don't care for the zoom feature). It would be nice if they had a list of 2 letter words for quick, easy reference. Other than those things, this app is super!

Better than Hasbro scrabble. No ads. I love how it defines the words that the computer plays. Also nice toggles to turn off obscure words which haven't seen the light of day in 100 years or prevent bad draws.

This is a WONDERFUL app. It enables several levels of play and has quite the dictionary, too. I love it when the game tells that it could no better word than the one I played. Plays just like regular Scrabble, too.

Does what it says on the tin! - no gimmicks just provides good opposition appropriate to the level of difficulty chosen. Good record of achievements and scoring performance. Highly recommended.

I played some words that it didn't recognize so I would appreciate an update. Apart from that I love the game and I have played over 600 games.

Pros: smooth execution, highest level is challenging without being impossible, crisp graphics Cons: I wish it was more intuitive to navigate the app...I have to play around with it to find information. It needs a help section to explain the how points are acquired, ex. What is a 'bingo'?

I love this game! Got hooked on Scrabble but this app is so much easier to handle. Looooovveee!

This game is great! I love that it gives you the definitions of the words and you can set your level of play. Give it a try, you will be hooked on it too!

EA Scrabble with no Pass and Play sux, this game rocks! A little more polish and this will be a must for Scrabblers.

Helps my brain to wake up, increases my vocabulary and is a constructive way of passing time when I have to wait for something.

I have been playing this game for a couple years, its great. I play it almost everyday, its addictive. If you like Scrabble you ought to love this game.

Really like this game, no ads. Teacher is great, even if I kick myself for missing a better word, love it when teacher can't do any better.

Love playing Scrabble n oth word games. Currently play the hard level cuz more of challenge. That is until I'm consistently winning n begin next level against the puter. .

I've had this app for years. Just keeps drawing me back. And each time I return I remember again why I like it so much.

Easy to play. Keeps track of scores so it can be challenging for solo as well as pass 'n' play.
