Still has some bugs, but is improving. I recommend hanging on to 25-50 quebits in case it locks up during a battle. Yellow raptors can call any color reinforcement, so they are exceptionally useful. How you prefer to play is up to you. Multiplayer offers useful tech and ships and is becoming more stable. Find the right ships for the way you like to play and enjoy. Lots of variety to suit your style. No one right way. Have fun. What do you want to have on deck when the cylons find you?

I used to have this boardgame called Battlestar Galactica by FASA. Loved it then love this game now. I am not fond of the remake however this game is straight on point. I had one issue when the game went into maintenance without warning and I lost 2000 population. I think I may have gotten them back. The other I lost 200 in a battle short when the game crashed and said I retreated and almost lost my best fighters. I'm still learning the game quirks. Still I can't wait to get back into the launch tubes!

Various bugs have been fixed but the PvP is still very buggy. Takes ages to update patrol logs and gives false info on opponents so you end up facing a team you did not expect. Otherwise it is a lot better than it has been. Some new content and fleet ships would by nice

Awesome game; however, it crashes regularly which causes me to spend currency or else lose my destroyed ships permanently. Also, I've received the same ship from my past 4 gold blueprints, and that's SERIOUSLY infuriating. I don't care what random algorithm is responsible. You work hard for the rare gold item, and then the game laughs at you. Then it probably crashes again. I have no issue paying to play, but I won't give this unreliable game my money.

Fun game with lots of background story from the show to get you more involved. Wish it were more than just a lineup​ of ships shooting at each other. Maneuvering your squadron through space would be much more exciting. The game also crashes entirely too much on my Droid Moto.

Overall the game is enjoyable but it is somewhat unrefined and buggy. The multiplayer aspect puts everyone in the same pool which can make it frustrating for new or lower level players. Also when trying to select matches in multiplayer you may get a completely different opponent than you selected. It is also pretty common to have lockups in the middle of a battle that are unrecoverable and you will lose whatever you were in the middle of.

Fun game, but crashes way too frequently that almost makes the game unplayable. And this lockup problem has been known for far too long to not be fixed. Zero stars would be better. We should start a gofundme for a decent programmer to fix this games issues.

This game is broken. It keeps freezing, holding and lying. Examples being winning a fight and it crashing, then being told you retreated and lost the fight. PVP AI holding and not playing their turn trapping you in an unwinnable match. PVP matching you against someone completely different to who you selected. Fix it.

If you liked the tv show then you will love playing this. It doesn't matter that there are new ships in it, it makes it so much better to play. Had very few issues with crashing so hopefully a lot of bug fixes have been sorted. I play this game on a tablet and an android box attached to a large tv. It is much better to play it on big screen for the fan boys. Try it and I'm sure you will find he experience much more rounded.

Love the game... But it crashes about every 5 battles or so. This counts as a retreat and a loss. You spend a fortune buying back destroyed ships and never get very far in tournaments due to the lost points.

This game was really good.. however it recently crashed on me and I lost all my population and ships that I had upgraded time and time again.. it started me back at the beginning like to the point where it was going through a tutorial mode... very disappointed!!

Love the TV show new and old. Drop rate on 4*+ ships is very disappointing. 40+ gold tokens for 0 4*+ ships! This really bugs the hell out of me! 4 stars for an improved drop rate and 5 stars for big fixes and responding to feedback

Game is fun to play, some of the ships are pretty sweet. The real problem of this game is its graphics and processing load it puts on your device. This game overheated my last phone so much it ruined my SD card and everything I had on it. It would freeze my phone, game would stop working. Doesn't need to be that hot, work on the back end so this isn't such an issue.

It's a pretty fun game and pretty addictive. But there's a lot of game freezes and glitches, usually at the worst possible moment, even on the newest devices. The game then penalizes you for it too, which is maddening. If it wasn't for that, it'd be great.

I enjoy the game a lot! Some interesting new ship designs. It does have tendency to lock up and shut down in the middle of a mission, though, killing hundreds of fleeing humans and costing fuel.

Changing my rating from 5 stars to 3 the game has become boring. I have gone as far as I can with out spending absurd amounts of money on paid ships. the grinding is just plain boring. Without spending money you can't even beat the later easy campaigns. The Events are geared to paid player's.

The game it self is fun and with good graphics. But not worth playing when you have to download 320mb everyday to play. It is not worth it any more. Till they fix that and other major bugs I will not play this or recommend it to anyone else. It is a real shame too. Still not that great when you have to download even more every few days. Still has lots of bugs in the game. It is ok game if your looking to pass the time but not if your interested in playing for anything else. Doesn't live to what you would expect of the name of Battlestar Galactica which is such a disappointment. Once again they game developers have ruined this game. Yesterday I had to download over 400mb of updates. Then today they want me to download ANOTHER 400 mb. It is just getting to be a waste of time to keep downloading to keep up with the the so called updates. You can't develope a game and have people to download over 400mb every other day.

I would give it more stars because it's a great game, but I can't log in anymore. I try to log in with Facebook, like normal, then it tells me my connection is unstable and to try again. All my other apps work just fine so it has to be just this one.

Absolutely love the graphics and the gameplay, and the various ships are well designed and, well, just pretty! The only problem with the game is that it's often unstable, crashing in the middle of a battle, and it's very frustrating to re-open the game and be told "You retreated from your last mission."

a cool game but locks up at times. And when it locks up when you in a battle and winning. It boots you out then when you get back in it say you retreated. That needs to be fixed asap. And in there tournaments you win one level. But they give you another level. And there support staff. Are slow and at time do nothing for you.

The retreat thing needs serious work. I play this game from Jurassic World. But there's no forced retreat penalty when the game crash. Ship inventory space is too small. 100 ships max is hardly adequate. Now I only play when I don't have any other game to play.

First on an S7 so not an older phone. Played for over a month. Can not play through one full use of the energy without at least one crash. Witch usually cost premium currency to fix a ship lost in battle. A battle I was winning. I like the game just over the constant crashes at critical moments that cost me.

I think this app is abandonware. Is been so long since it's had an update. I thought the constant crashing of this app was because of my old phone. But I got a new Pixel 2XL and it crashes just as much. What's worse the app doesn't support the 18:9 aspect ratio of this phone and most of the other flagship phones out this year. Items are overlapping and you can't see half the ships you're fighting. Is got so much potential. But Ludia really aren't interested in it.

Update: Have not been able to connect in 24 hours. My internet connection is fine. Whats wrong??? Nice game. Wish the tactical options were a bit beefier, but still a heck of a lot of fun.

Well it's a fun time waster, I like the bsg setting so I have soft spot for the game. Its another collection game ships instead characters, fight cylons, read a bitsized version of the TV shows plot. Spend money you can buy better ships or grind for them. I don't spend cash not worth it. The thing I really like is if you lose a fight you have to use a currency to repair the ship or it's destroyed, however it is a slow grind premium currency. Fun to play however I have heard difficult spikes very quickly, is game still supported? I dunno.

Good game that has glitches. Often the opponents in the tournament have compleatly different ships with higher levels and abilities than what you were shown. Or else the only opponents offered have all their ships a full level above what you have which means you have no hope of progressing and leaves you feeling like you've just been fed to someone who is willing to pay for the privilege. I still enjoy this game though.

Good game overall, but recently as of yesterday PVP Tournaments are not working in BSG Squadrons at all. Looks like the only thing working in PVP is picking your ships for battle with an addition of adding a 4TH Ship for PVP combat. Don't know if any other BSG gamers are having the same issue!!!!

Nice to have BG experience... so thanks for that.. but game has to many little problem... like everything depends on the cubit... fixing ships cost to much...and losing ships when you don't fix crazy... and most importantly connection problem kick you out... need better improvement...

Had to reinstall on new device, keeps hitting an error during the update. Reached out to support, they gave me a suggestion, it didn't work, can't get a response back. Now I've lost all the money I spent in the game. Thanks for nothing. I feel like I've been scammed.

In every fight you have to tap in the top of the middle. You have to reposition your hands all the time in order to be able to fight. This is something the UI/UX team should have caught. I am giving it 2 stars because of how easy it would be to fix and how annoying it is.

Server keeps crashing during battles and then when I finally reconnect I am told I have retreated and lose the battle. Frustrating! Other than that it is a great game

Great game, but I play for 10 minutes then I get booted off. Never lose my progress but have to get right back on. Not sure if it's the game or my device. Otherwise, I give it a 4th star.

Great game, easy to get going and figure out, nice graphics and controls. It crashes A LOT which is frustrating. Seems to get worse the farther along you get. Hopefully development will continue to improve on the game. I wouldn't mind spending money on it, it has a lot of potential.

Enjoying the hell out of it. Biggest issues are the need to grind so much so early, the pvp opponent swap glitch and the population mechanic (especially in dealing with DRADIS matches). Over fun though

This game is a constant moneyeater! You work your butt off to get ships and rank them up then if you lose a battle you are forced to buy "Cubits" which you constantly run out of. On top of that you have multi-colored ships, some of which are supposed to be strong against other opposing colored ships and they end up losing no matter how strong they are. The game overall isn't bad but it also constantly crashes. I'm done losing money to this game!! Also the population save is a joke... I went all the way from level 11 population to now level 1 from constant DRADIS attacks that were impossible to defeat.

The gameplay is great, the variety of ships is interesting, and it is easy to pick up and play. Unfortunately, the game freezes very regularly. It has become almost unplayable. The cynic in me would suggest the developer has purposefully built bugs in, as when it crashes now, it always leads to spending cubits, which in turn means eventually spending real world money or loosing in game ships that you've spent ages improving. Also, there are many hackers playing now, so the legit PvP players are constantly at a disadvantage. The PvP balancing is way off too, but that's been improved slightly recently. AVOID

After installing this I constantly get 'an error occurred while downloading game packages' while the game tries to download it's additional data. I wouldn't waste your time trying to play this...

The game is a decent variation on the squadron game. Only 2 problems I have are first the game crashes about every other battle. And the second problem is the dradis rewards are broken. You get bronze rewards for playing hard levels when gold is advertised. Update 11th July 2017 The game has fixed the bug were it crashes so often still does but much reduced. The reward system has been upgraded to show exactly what you can win only complaint at present is once engine parts reach 1k you don't know how close to 1.5k you are exept in 100 needs to be clearer

Found fix for buggy PvP. Before starting match, exit to main screen. Reenter arena. You'll see if the opponent changes before match starts. If it wasn't for crashes & freezing, this game would be more enjoyable.

Very tough. You need to build up all 3 colors at first. Or grind your choice. Metal is key you cant buy metal everything else you can
