The Nightmare Cooperative is a puzzley roguelike. You control a group of characters, each with different special abilities. The trick? They all move together, as a group. Something of a cooperative, if you catch the drift.
Every playthrough will be different, and you'll always have to start at the beginning, no matter how well (or badly) you did before. Your score is the amount of gold that you pickup during your journey. Opening crates gives you extra gold, but releases more monsters.

Excellent idea, plays well, although quite awkward with mouse over on items and generally feels a bit unpolished. Still an excellent value for the price, rarely I see games that unique.

those elements makes me not to think twice in buying it. and it does what it says. i even died at first level which immediately gives me the urge to laugh like the Devil just won his prize. its that good...well at least for me that is.

Is amazing. I'm very glad I found this. Usually games that have puzzle and rpg elements do not seem to fit the two together seamlessly but this game does it. The movement on its own is puzzle like but you still have characters with special abilities which can aid in defeating enemies or even helping out your crew. Thanks for an awesome game. Looking forward to more. Edit: As a side note is there a possibility that full immersive mode for people with virtual keys? Thank you very much for your time!

I suddenly realised that of all my games, this is the one I keep coming back to. The atmosphere is really well thought out. There is something therapeutic about this game, but don't get me wrong, it is insanely hard to finish. Strongly recommend.

The gameplay is pretty great for playing on your phone. You can stop and resume when you need to. The high scores seem to be sorted in a strange way though. (A lot of the highest people on the global score list have less gold than I would expect.)

.. between rogue like and puzzle/turn based. No issues, excellent gameplay mechanism, visual design really nice. One suggestion/minor improvement: would be nice to have a more verbose description of the details for the various units (wasn't obvious that you have to tap&hold on a tile/item to get a description and in some cases is not clear how units move/attack)
