Jacob Jones : Prologue

Once the game starts, the screen is black except for dialogue boxes. I can blindly tap and have more dialogue boxes pop up.

I downloaded and installed but when I tried to open it, it says it encountered an error and needs to close. Episode 1 did the same thing. I didn't even try episode 2.

I am running the game on the Asus Transformer Pad TF 103 C, and it force closes on the wiring puzzle. I cannot progress in the game, which is a shame because I was looking forward to play the entire series. :(

I downloaded the game but it just pops up a black screen each time i attempt to open it and the game just doesn't work.

I absolutely LOVED the game and i would totally buy it and all next parts-its worth it-but after latest android system update it just won't open! Like, at all! :'(((( PLEASE FIX IT! I was enjoying it so much!

The reviews seemed great and definitely looks like the kind of game I would enjoy. However after the installation, I would try and open the app and the screen would remain black then force close. The following error message appears "Unfortunately Jacob Jones Prologue has stopped". After reading some more of the reviews, looks like this is a common error for a lot of users! Please fix this bug I want to play this game!

I open the app, get a black screen, then an overlay stating, "Unfortunately, Jacob Jones Prologue has stopped." Same thing happened with Jacob Jones 1 & 2, which I will be requesting a refund for.

Downloaded the game for my daughter and it won't even open just force closes instantly. Checked the app details and last update was in 2014 so it seems they don't really care to fix this...

I love it because it has challenges and I love challenges but I wish part 1 could be free because I am not allowed to buy stuff

I like it, but the art style during puzzles feels like a ripoff of Professor Layton.

If the dang game wouldn't keep force closing..

So far I haven't ran into any walls. The game has a great design and my favorite requirement... It doesn't need an Internet connection.

Using the Galaxy S6 and the game always failed to load or it was a fill black screen. It looked cute. Would have loved to play it.

This app will not dowmload I am not happy about this and I will never be downloading it ever again x

The moment waiting for nothing (verdict even you completed it just fine) after completing a puzzle is annoying. Uninstalled after 20 minutes, I can't keep going through the game seeing Jacob's face all weird if he did wrong or good every single time I complete a puzzle.

Pretty fun puzzle/adventure game. Mechanics can be frustrating though. Not a quick sort of game as it is story driven and hardware intensive

It keeps freezing i would rate it a 5 ⭐but Because of that its a 3 ⭐please fix it I deleted most my stuff for it to download for what? The game didn't even go that long so I'm uninstalling it :(

Can't download because apparently it's unlicenced. Can't even be bothered to find a fix do you're getting one star. And that isn't till it's fixed. One star and I forget about the game

I would love to continue playing because graphics are adorable and you just want to know what happrns next, but unfortunately it keeps crashing at the start of the scene where they arrive at the camp :(

It feels like playing professor Layton especially once you have submitted an answer. Awsome though.

For me the game took a while to download, then when its finally finished, i go to play the game, i choose an empty slot to start a new game, and then it starts loading.... and loading... and loading. Then i finally realized that it wasnt even loading, it was just frozen on the loading screen for ages!!!!!!

Won't work on Nexus 2nd Gen.

I downloaded the installer, but it fails to download the data as it states "I have not purchased this app"!!?? Note 8.0 - fix this and then hello 5 stars no matter what :p

I wish this game was free in total, but that's too good because the creators need revenue. But $3 for a short continued installment of this game is not worth it (from what others said). All in all this game is great minus the price tag on the short episode that comes after this. I'd buy but I wanna see where this goes. Game qulity is great, all the characters talk! (Like literally read their lines), its 3D, and the puzzles are fun. This is an honest rating minus the money involved to continue playing..

The story got a great atmosphere and the puzzles are made by clever people. There was one puzzle with the boys' stuff that I found a little irritating, but still it's a wonderful game.

Seriously u lot need 2 realise that by letting people get stuck into the game to then discover that u have 2 pay is a big rip of!! It's not cool dude!! I though this was an amazing game, something iv been looking for, for ages now but nope it was just like the rest!

After taking a long time to download. At least 20 minutes. I had put my phone down and gone to bed. Now, as I go and attempt to play the game, I had too reverify my sign code on g+. And as I start to play the game, i have sound but the screen is totally black. Could you plz fix. 8/27/2k14. Went back and reinstalled the game. The download time has improved, but still get a black screen.

This game is quite fun. I enjoy that you get a story and within the story you get puzzles. Very adorable characters, awesome story line, amusing puzzles. Very well done.

The game looks soe fun i just cannot install :(

It's far too short to even know if I would pay for more. Why don't devs make games free with option to donate, could make a huge difference
