I've installed the game several times and changed the app because of "updates", and now everything is gone. My purple + 2 team on my level 160 account is gone. At least I can focus on Dokkan Battle now

Love the game..put a lot of tine into it. I get it, log in using my email and password.. well not one password works. Please update this app with a lost password/username ...if you can create a new app every 3 months, I'd expect to see this, or even perhaps a confirmation email!

This is one of the World best games I payed. You get to fight battles make your team strong and you get the cards you want and upgr as grade them and they make your team. I have some great cards know and I will get stronger. Level 128 know but rising fast. Must get game

Everytime they update it causes problems with the game and logging in. Then they tell you that in order to recover your account you have to send them a screen shot of a recharge receipt. Why would I spend money on a game that doesnt work properly. It's fun but these guys need to figure out what the heck they're doing. They can't even send out an update without you having to download a whole new version of the game. Either they don't know what they're doing or its a scam to force you to spend money.

After over a week I can get into the old version of the game and use my old account... but can't use it on the new version so I have to use a new account! Been talking to customer support and they are no help in recovering. They do not listen and tell you how to do things that you told them do not work. It is a shame I enjoyed the game while I could play it, spent money on it and they can't even have an easy account recovery process. Guess I will have to stop playing and stop paying. I like this game alot but the screen goes completely black and the music still plays when I go to the card market. It has cut out a few times before like this but this is by far the worst..

There has been 2 different switches discluding the original "Ninja: The Chakra Awakens" but through out this whole switching thing I haven't lost my data once. you wanna know how? I haven't been getting rid of the one before.
