I can't get into lootsie because its saying lootsie isn't initialized. How do I initialize lootsie?

The app no longer awards Lootsie points (which is the only justification for the existence of this app) - says that Lootsie isn't "initialized". No instructions, no menu - it occupies an inexplicable 15MB on your phone just to provide a basic tic tac toe game with below average aesthetics & ui. If the Lootsie issue isn't addressed in the next couple of days, I'm uninstalling.
