LINE Cookie Run

The loading screen when you first open the app takes WAY too long to prepare the app, I noticed most LINE apps do this. can't you do something to shorten the waiting time? It makes the game less enjoyable after waiting for so long just for the app to load. Beyond that the game is fun.

This game is really cute & fun. I love collecting the different cookies & pets. But getting Crystals is hard & needed quit a bit in the game. I wish getting more crystals were easier to get and getting more then 1 when leveling or having more events to get them would be better. Plus I don't care about enhancing so the magic crystal needed I wish they had a feature to sell back to the game for silver. Also I wish the Gold or Rainbow mystery boxes cave Mystery Jewels more then they do and less useless treasures. It's really disappointing to play for hours and get ingredients when I'm trying for the Mystery Jewels.

I love this game but it start to crash when ever I finish game or start. Like now I pushed to play pirate episode and app shut down and took the key. So I lost a key bc app is keep crashing.... this crashing app tricks has bern far too long... its geting annoying >:(

I really love this game but it's been 4 monts since I can't login, the game stucks in the loadig screen with a "retrieve data from line" message. I'm sorry but if this problem continues for 1 month more I'll have to uninstall the game. Fix it please.

Hello there, I have been playing this game for years. One of my favourite games. I really love it. But lately I couldn't login. It keeps saying " Data could not be loaded. Code = 1" . I thought it was my connection but I tried other connection and the same thing. Game doesn't work. Please fix it as soon as possible. Thanks.

I really love this game because aside from the fact that is so much Fun and addictive you get to choose from different types of cookie and lots of upgrade.. You never get bored with this game its really time killing kind of game.. Totally recommended to all ages and hopefully we can play it even offline

It was reaaaallly good at first. But i can't play it anymore now tho. Idk what's wrong or what i hv done wrong. It's just one day i opened the app and waiting for like hours and being told that i couldn't get into the app since there was some error stuffs. don't know what it was tho. So i went to check it on the internet and found a website saying that the mistake might lie in my line account so i opened my line app and followed the long instructions about changing my friends' names with long and "ridiculous" characters and stuffs and came back to the app but it still wouldn't open. I thought to delete the app and then installed it again but i was worried that i might also delete my game progress so i'm pretty much stuck rn.

I've been playing this game for awhile and it only rarely gets boring. The levels are fun, the cookies are varied, and there's always something to do. The writing is hilarious as well. The art is so clever and colorful too!

I played this game way before. It was pretty new and now I'm glad to see improvements and more levels and stuff to play with. Sadly its not available offline. But still worth 5 stars

Please work on solving these problems because it is a very entertaining game and I really like it. Now I uninstalled it for a while and I want to install it again but I can't because it doesn't work it always tells me "failed to retrieve data please try again (code:5)" I try many times buy it tells me the same message.

Even though I really like this game, I gave it 4 stars for this reason: IT CRASHES TOO MUCH. EVERY TIME I REFRESH MY FRIEND LIST, IT ALWAYS CRASHES. Pls fix this problem

So I love the game but it has been malfunctioning as of late. It will randomly shut down mid game, it will loose conection easily and sometimes the jump and slide buttons will stop working while Im playing. I have a moto g2 that works very well, I haven't had any issues with it.

Great game with many options and combinations!! The only problem is EVERY single time I go into the tower of waves my game crashes ;-; will give 5 stars if fixed.

Enjoayable and addictive, getting upgrades when hatching pets is extremely annoying. Evolving treasure to only get a 1 energy upgrade or .2 secs etc is also annoying considering the wait to find the proper materials and coin/crystal cost

I really love this new season..!! So cute and so inovative. So many reward and it can't be more bored again. Because we can travel to another land with different stage and obstacles

Been playing this game for years now. It's probably one of my fav app games. The in game purchases are not necessary because everything is obtainable over time. They're also generous with giving crystals out during events. Just add a bunch of friends on LINE and you'll have a good time!! ☆☆☆☆☆

I failed upgrading treasure for four times in a row. I spent many coins for nothing. Please fix this. There's no point in making people stuck at a level.

Playing tower frozen keeps crashing every 1 round its frustrating. Fix this please this is a good game i dont want it to be sucks just bcs of this

I really love this game. . . i've stopped playing for a long time ago, but when i want to play again, i lost all of my saved data.. I dont know why, but i have to start over from zero again :( i hope in the future, this wouldn't happen again

It's an amazing game of course, but it is a bit hard for me to get points because of the health the basic cookies have and also.. Anyone know how to open the chests you find in races?

I've been enjoying this game since I downloaded it, but recently I've encountered an issue where I've been logged out, and trying to log back in just leaves me on a blank "verify" page. No amount of reinstalling or restarting seems to fix this.

Cookie run is fun for a while but gets boring very quickly. It needs gems in Apple and Android versions to sync. After I updated my phone to nougat I have been getting some connectivity problems.

I cannot play cookie run because when verifying app the screen is not fully loaded and when i click allow it didnt do anything, just update your google system web view to fix

One of the best games ever. Used to play it... now playing it again. Currently its been having massive data connection errors and no its not my phone!

I really like this game but for some reason it keeps crahing on my lg g3. I sometimes lose keys/lives and run progress because of this. As long as it's not fixed i'm giving a bad review.

Unable To Jump. I think there's a bug that sometimes it prevents you from jumping no matter how much times you type the jump button. I tried rotating the phone to play, it's always the jump button that's malfunctioning.

8th Nov 2016 Update! I cant log into the game. is there something wrong? l I nearly pass stage 11 in episode 1 until the major update happened and i can't even reach stage 11... I absolutely love this game, and I love the community behind it as well! Recently though, there have been a lot of bugs, and I'm not tolerating them. This has been the second week that my Wednesday Boosts have not even shown up! I check back every few hours and look for updates, but I see nothing!! I don't know how to post an inquiry or complaint, so I hope someone here or the staff can assist me.

This game is awesome and adorable! The gameplay is quick to pick up, but chances are you won't get bored of it any time soon. There are lots of cookies to collect, and many of them have different unlock requirements, which encourages you to mix up your gameplay style and shoot to unlock those cookies! My only gripe is that treasure upgrade and evolution rates are really low... Making Alchemist, Blackberry, and General Jujube very difficult to unlock. Fortunately, crystals are easy to come by in the game if you're patient, and can be used for just about anything! I hope that you enjoy this game as much as I have! (And check out Ovenbreak too, while you're at it!)

It's so much fun! But please don't give us the same treasure 3 times!! And we need lots of coins to upgrade treasures and cookies so please, makes cookie that produces more money instead of points. I'm bored always seeing that new cookie is always the one that produces points. And don't be stinky with the crystals and key lives. And please dont be stingy with the points too. Too little points for too much demand on missions.
