Impossible to win here deleting

Play this game as a guest and has been lots of fun, winning some, losing some and slowly getting to higher levels. I am playing 200, 000 per spin so should be moving up the levels steadily or so you would think. But no looks like I'm going to be stuck on this level for ever. Don't play thru FB as I don't use Facebook on my phone for personal reasons. When I start leveling up again I will go back to my 5 star rating.

Everytime my game turns off it takes up to a third of my points have emailed customer service but never get any of my points back and they never get back to me to let me know why this keeps happening.

Tried to open it from play store but would not even open. It took all my space after I uninstalled and it never gave me my space back on my sd card!!!

I PLAYED this and was up to 2,999,000 when it should have gone to 3,000,000 it returned to an even 2,000,000. Very disappointed with the game. I lost one million.
