I can see what the game maker tried the the controls but it needs a bit of work on it

It's a great game if you like bowls, but could have longer game play ie-: more ends, and pass and play would be awesome.

Very good for bowling at home .much less walking. Great fun challenging your friends

Pity I could only give 5 stars. The app / game deserves so much more. Bowls is supposed to be an old persons game - not after trying this game. The developers have got it sooooo right with the concept of the game of bowls and the method of delivery of the jack and the bowls makes each game unique. I don't write reviews usually, but the developers have impressed me so much with this game, I had to respond and congratulate them. Well done !!!!!!

The controls take some time to get used to. A bit hit or miss. Suppose we need something to make sure it does not become "eyes closed" mechanical. Yep, good show so far.

As a lawn bowler myself, I wanted to pass the time with a game on my phone. This fit the bill. It was a quick and easy pick up, decent controls (although adjusting for power is a challenge. Then again, so is real life). I wish the power adjustments of throwing the jack were more obvious. So if it's a close back, then adjusting is smoother. Otherwise, great game.

Controls are extremely temperamental. Also 2 bowls is far too little. There should be a training area too cause the power bar just doesnt seem to work. Also why arrows? Why not just have us swipe to put direction and power?!

Poor and inconsistent controls, very difficult to judge shots without a power gauge. Pity the lite version is so thin, if it showcased more things then I might think about getting the full version but only being able to play one (very short) game isnt enough to justify it. Needs major improvements to be worthwhile.

Impossible to get the weight of the bowl or jack anywhere consistant. It needs a power controller not a hit and miss swiping action to get any enjoyment from this game. Stupid omission really because everything else seems pretty good.

Is it too much to ask for a tutorial? It looks interesting but i have no idea what I'm doing or the purpose. Reading instructions haven't helped.Just show how the game is played.uninstalled

After initial high rating I have re-evaluated down. Game often freezes and is boring.

It's an OK lawn bowls game. Just goes a little slow between shots but if you play lawn bowls it makes sense.

S5..wow this is absolute shite. ..if you want to play bowls go and do it on a green, it's boring enough there never mind on an app...the controls are shite and I almost fell asleep waiting for something to happen

Really cool and addictive game. The only thing I would suggest is that may be a power bar is needed to see how fast your balls will travel

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND DATA WITH THIS GAME IT'S TERRIBLE AND EVEN CLOSE TO THE REAL GAME, ALSO THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE SO TINY THAT IT'S REALLY HARD TO READ, TOTALLY NEEDS SOME MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS.

Could not get out of game had to shut device down and then restart the game started back up so always tuning in back ground and a drain on battery so not good so uninstalling

Only thing that does my head in is that we've got to buy the full version, y. Wouldn't it be better to give the full version free and charge a little bit for each upgrade, like say £2 for each new set of balls, each set having more swing, if 100,000 people buy then that's £200k for u, the devs.

I've never played lawn bowls b4 n I really wanted to play it. Only watched people played in tv. So glad that I met this app. Besides, its really hard to find an application of lawn bowls game here. Good work and keep it up!

Try playing weighted shots and fulling short. When you draw and finish a mile short. It is addictive

Difficult to master and can feel clunky to play. Needs improving

Easy to play. Good fun. Only wish it closed when I hit back button to come out. A+

Poor interface. Weight control works inconsistently. Only bowls game around though, so better than nothing.

Not bad, graphics are a bit blocky. But mum likes it and she is a club bowler.

I'm not a great bowls fan, but the game seems to work well, and whiles away time when my daughter is bored!

Downloads & won't open like so many other games :-( dose anyone even check these game to see if they work or not our just put them out there to collect information????

A+++ Rating i played this a long time ago and now I'm back for more, very good for getting used to angles and the way the bias works.pace needs a bit of sorting but not essential.

Good physics and only whinge. Can only have jack directly in front. System resets jack to centre regardless.

Good game . Would be cool if you could change the number of bowls on lite mode . 2 bowl singles is a bit silly
