To Arms!! for Android
Do you like deckbuilders? Specifically do you like Dominion? You will love this game. Surprisingly deep mechanics. The solitaire aspect opens up new mechanics. Trashing, in particular, becomes tricky. Excellent balance, but on a slow burn- expect it to get much harder at about twenty or twenty five levels in, when it starts introducing more interesting "cards". Only nitpick: the vocabulary is weird. "Deployed" means "in play." "Reserves" means discard. "Active" means deck. Really wish these words were replaced with card based words, because it's the biggest barrier to entry.
For the patient players. I's a really fun strategic game to play and pass the time. The only thing it lacked was a more explanational tutorial and animations to both help you realize what's going on as well as make it feel more satisfying. But if you're one of those players who can ignore this for the sake of good and fun gameplay then this game is right down your alley.
Definitely the best offline mobile game ever. I love the fact that the dev isn't trying to be a money grabber or an ad spammer. Keep making more games if you do see this developer!
The game doesn't tell you how to play until you do it, which is extremely avoidable and defeats the entire point. Also the game is in no way natural to understand.
This a fantastic game with a great concept. If the developer is reading this you did a very good job. I hope in the future there will be more cards more levels (maybe even multiplayer). I strongly believe this game would benefit from in game music or at least some sound effects to make it feel more alive and immersive.
absolutely love this game, been playing with it for a while now! i hope some new content is in the working :P
great little game with surprising depth
Simple and effective take on the deckbuilder. Borrows a lot from ascension but adds its own flavour to it.
Couldn't figure out how to play.
Awesome Game.Easy to learn.Fun to play.
Sweetness!
To easy
Pretty Good
Great casual deck builder that's a perfect fit for a smartphone: quick to learn, quick to play, and a good balance between difficulty and fun. It scratches my itch for a light deck builder when I need to burn a few minutes... or a few hours ahem
Perfect deck builder. Towards the end, there is still a mix of very difficult and slightly challenging levels. Great mix! Can't wait for more levels.
Great fun once you figure out its terminology. A big plus: it still gets content updates every so often, adding new car-- I mean new recruits! ☺
Probably my most played game on Android. Simple yet challenging, like the retro graphics. Lots to do, still growing, easy on your battery.
This good little game lasted longer than I anticipated. Fun Dominion-style solitaire.
Great single player deck building game
Just what i was looking for
Randomly came across this, wasn't expecting too much but was very surprised! A solid deck builder with some interesting ideas in a well designed package. Art, while simple, is well done and the flavor text is often hilarious. The number of different units and enemies keeps it interesting and opens up plenty of different strategies and adds a surprising amount of depth to a game that at first seems simple. The different modes also keep the game interesting. Only suggestion: add some kind of cosmetic in-app purchase, or a donation button or something! This game is super solid and I'd love to support it. Have you ever considered making a physical version? Update: glad you added the donate link, money well spent! Also love the new pirate update!
Took a sec to figure out the tutorials, but once I caught on, I loved it. Have been playing for months, since new modes unlock the more you play-and they're good modes. The best free mobile strategy game with charming art and a sense of humor.
Really cool mechanics, interesting metagame, conveys the ideas well!
Fun clicker! Takes a few rounds to get the hang of what's going on, but I hadn't really played much in this genre so I'm sure that played into my learning curve. Regardless, now that I've gotten into it I'm having fun for sure. Can't finish the review without mentioning its totally free, very cool! Thanks Dev!
Great game. Excellent take on a solo deckbuilder. Good progression in campaign. Arguably too easy, but stress inducing at timea. Victories feel earned, for the most part. I like it! Update (2017-04-26): Okay, it's really not too easy. There are a lot of easy levels early on, but it has a good difficulty curve. This is a fantastic solo deck building game!
Fun game, reminds me a bit of the card game Dominion. For the first few levels I kept wondering how it was going to start sucking so it could ask for me to buy something with real money... But it never did
I was skeptical for the first few levels but then became hooked. Ideal game to waste some time. Keeps you thinking. It is various and short enough so that you often go back for "just another level".
What the hell is happening?! I clicked through the very brief instructions and learned nothing about how to actually play the game. Am I fighting anything? Am I picking new party members? Am I doing anything? I couldn't tell you. It looks cute and simple but lacking proper instructions doesn't make for a proper game.
First off, this game is ACTUALLY free: no cost to install, no ads, no in-app purchases, no permissions required. That's great! The game is fun, with simple game mechanics, but enough complexity to be interesting. It's a deckbuilding card game (think of the game Dominion, not something like Magic or Pokemon card games). You start each level with the weak cards, and each round you can buy better ones which get shuffled into your deck. The initial instructions could be a bit better, but once you understand what you're doing it's pretty simple (kill monsters by buying those cards with blood points, get heroes by buying them with gold points, points not used are lost when you draw the next hand).
Levels actually feel different from each other and require you to come up with new strategies often. Plus there are no ads. Would definitely recommend.
Looks like a simple deck builder at first but the more you play through the campaign the more depth is added. Highly addictive and 100% free. Love the characters, items and monsters especially when you get to the beer and cheese levels.
I love the deckbuilding genre and this game delivers! A little bit difficult to fully understand the game mechanics, but it's a lot of fun, is free to play, and doesn't need internet!
Solid game! Is there an email we can send bugs to? I would also recommend an info page link when someone clicks your name on the opening screen. And maybe put a PayPal account there...
Best mobile deckbuilder. Really optimised for phones with challenging missions. No ads, no fuss. Great work!
Amazing game. If this isn't on your mobile device then that's a problem. This game has great mechanics of a balanced deck builder with a lot of variety. I've been looking for a game like this for a while. And I'm happy to find it
I have enjoyed this game so far! Figured out that I could go back and see what Fellowship does. Although a glossary would be easier, it's not as much of an issue as originally thought.
I can not even tell you how amazing this game is, it doesn't take much space, it is insanely addicting, I haven't been able to put it down, and same goes for everyone I've showed it to 5 stars, I would give more if I could
I went looking for a deckbuilding game for my phone and I found this... and it was amazing. The only concern I have is I wish there was a "card" list provided somewhere; I'd love to see just a straight list of every card in the game.
Crashing no longer occurs after a phone reboot. Must have been on my end.

A quite interesting twist on Ascension. Possibly a mite too easy, but I don't know if battle mode scales with wins. And says IAP but it appears the dev only put that in as a future option... so completely free! Hope to see more from this dev... ...In response to the dev response: It has now gotten quite a bit harder!!
