Landlord - Real Estate Tycoon

I'm truly thank you for making this superb reality games..i becoming addict but in the positive ways???? I mean, this game not only makes me playing but also thinking about bussiness..What i want to say Landlord is an innovative and smart games! But honestly i want to request to Landlord team that the cash limit is too small for every level so i have to waste my money in order to see how much rent value i got. Then, i hope i can bought another % property that i have without going to that place again..

Okay so I've been playing under a week but everyday.... I love the concept and the fact you buy actual property in your area... The gameplay is very realistic in how you earn and increase property value... Now as far as improvements idk maybe making your own personal tycoon .... When you buy a concentrated area of property and buy and increase it does the area value increase making market value higher? Idk just some things also many getting equity loans from the bank on coins for property or selling for gold and cash ect.... overall tho 4 out of 5 just hate waiting for money to be made and the personalization of the game should b better but good concept????????????????

I think Landlord is awesome. I think it's just weird that some days none of my businesses get anything ($0) and I end up losing net worth to upkeep. I'm curious if this is a due to the game being realistic or glitches/bugs. I also love the coin events, but I think the game would be improved if you received 5 coins for watching ads permanently. Otherwise I think it's a great game, very intruiging.

This game is great. But I think the the prices are too inflated so it brings down the fun of the game alot. Prices could be more realistic and more realistic game options such as loans and mortgages. I think owning a property should not be limited by level. Its just not fun at all. And more regulations to curb illegal earnings. Can improve like monopoly style where owning a series of franchise gives u certain benefits.

The game is fun to play. I like being able to buy properties near me gives the game a sense of reality. Only issue is some locations will not always be visible to buy even when searching from the same GPS location. Would be nice to have a buy button when viewing a property from the portfolio screen.

I love the idea of buying properties within my area. It isnt a time consuming game. You get in, buy property and your out. I haven't had any issues with this game since i have started playing it. Its super fun, but ofcourse it takes patience to see how one's empire grows little by little. Absolutely love this game.

Good game and you don't have to spend too much time to play it. The only one thing is that the properties are so often doubled. Someone have to take control over + the GPS in game doesn't work perfect and you are unable to buy additional part of particular property next day even if you are exactly in the same place as before.

I've been playing landlord for about 6 weeks although Im not the type to be checking in every hour. It's an interesting concept but living in a northern market village,I'm not sure how many of the residents use foursquare which I understand drives the rental income. It's a fun distraction buying property in your local area, but still trying to get find my feet with the app and understanding how to get the most out of my in game investment. I'll give it a little more time over the festive period.

Used to be my favourite game until it recently. It is became highly unstable with servers down most of the time, no rental income, poor customer service and luck of vision for futher development. You guys have to write a book "How to loose tens of thousands customers in less than one month"

*old review* was a great fantastic game played for a long time! Currently #3 on the local leaderboards..but for some reason when I go to the buy properties tab it says "turn off mock location" but u don't have nock location on. I don't even have developer settings on, which is where mock location is. (Samsung Galaxy S8) *UPDATE* The problem has been fixed, been playing the game for about a year now. My favorite mobile game by far. Update #2. Still play it, have been playing for almost 2 years. #2 On the local leaderboards :)

I am actaully inlove with this game the way it involves real buildings coulnld not have ask for a more intresting game if I could give more than 100% I would. Thanks for making a fun game like this.I want to be a real landlord one day so I use this for practice.100% for you guys.

In regards to this app, I consider it to be a bit slow. The making of money, location, property percentage all takes time. However, it also taught me patience in an ironic way. At this point I kind of don't care for the game but return daily to check profits, market, and what else to buy. It has become a daily chore. One of which I don't mind just 5 min out of my day maybe a bit more with the consideration of traveling aka scouting. It's an okay game. Can't really get bored of it. The game just eases its way into your daily routine. Sadly but truthfully.

Great game with a few bugs like when you don't receive any income for no reason at all. Probably because of server traffic. Absolutely love this game, been playing for a year and a half now. (Made all my friends start playing too =P)

Still a great game but all my properties are gone... I have been away for a while though. I'm wondering, was there an update where properties get taken away after being inactive for a certain amount of time? If so, I will change my rating. Update: Great game! Despite losing all my previous properties, I appreciate the new conditions.

Its a good game. I get annoyed sometime because i wish i coukd jisy click in the portfolio to buy more shares and not havr to wait for me to ve near a property i already own.

Great concept but definitely needs some tweaking. My biggest complaint is that you'll need to use paid coins if you really want to play regularly. My second complaint is that you can't invest more into one of your properties unless you are near it. The game would greatly benefit from more users playing.

I like this game for a few reasons. One is that its pretty easy to understand and use. Another is it manages to get away with being an online game only. Most online games have rubbish graphics and are slow but this game manages to pull it odd.

Love the format of the game, its very helpful in analyzing real investments in my area. The new update also fixed any previous minor issues I had. Thanks guys.

I give it 3 1/2 out of 5... more bugs and "errors" than I'd like. On the positive side, very realistic- so much to the fact that I drive places and try to figure out what I can buy!

Didn't really get this at first, but then once I started buying businesses, especially the ones I like and frequent it started to really appeal. For me, this is a really slow burn game, one that I know I'll play for years to come. I want to build my portfolio and become a tycoon. Thanks Reality Games Ltd for a great game that adds something to the real world.

Slowly getting back to the great game it was. Fed up with the network timeout issues. Happens couple of times a day. Sort your servers out

From the day that I first started playing landlord I was hooked and have been for the past month as a past time during breaks and lunch. Love the game play and how you can "buy" real life properties as well as trade with other players. However I sometimes get frustrated with the game because I get stuck with no cash and have to wait 24 hours to get enough to buy a good property. So I believe that you should improve on the time it takes to earn money as well as lower the tax cost.

Good long term game where you build up a property portfolio over time. Start small and build up. You don't have to spend real money to get ahead (unless you're impatient).

A very unique game and the developer's are always helpful. If there is a problem they will fix it. I also love the fact that you can buy actual properties in your area.

This game is outstanding. It's a modern day monopoly game that gives you the real feel of buying and bidding on big/small businesses right in your neighborhood. It is time consuming but addictive and worth it!

Have played this game for a year and a half now and I have to say the glitches never stop. My properties sometimes never make money which is so annoying when it's the whole objective of the game.

The game is fun to play, however, I have run into instances where properties have duplicates of themselves. This Atleast confused me on which one of the properties to purchase. For example, I found Camrose, AB, Canada and Camrose, Alberta, Canada. Similarly, I noticed that there is Red Deer, Canada and Red Deer, Alberta, Canada.

It's a horrible game.Its always riddled with down servers, it's get coin thru watching advertisement does not work. I am being 100% honest this game is frustrating.It sucks.Don't bother playing

I LOVE this game. It's so fun and time does not exist when I play. But a thing I would change is I would have it that you could buy more shares of the properties you got from the marketplace.

Very good well thought out app. It's hard to get started up and takes ages but that's a good thing in my opinion. Could do with slightly more tutorial help in every section. Also properties that were previously in my range now aren't (from where I live) which is slightly annoying. Overall a very good app!

The people running this game keep lying about reimbursement of rent and have also fixed the server's by the claim but rent does still not get paid out and when you ask about being reimbursed for it you hear nothing.....or "our team is working on fixing the problem...."

This game is AWESOME, and very addictive. It's very hard to put down and the are so so many things to do within the game to build an Empire. I will be playing this game alot for sometime to come

This is an interesting game, it's not quick game where you can get anything done in one sitting, which I love. You have to be patient and work at it think about it. Love any game that has some strategy to it and that takes time to make it worth while!

I don't play games, but this is something I'm addicted too now. I LOVE seeing how much I can earn buying properties and selling them. Not only that but it's helping my brain out and wiring it back up to do mathematical equations needed to find tax costs, revenue, etc... it's helping my life skills out alot.

This is a fun way to make you feel like your managing real property's. The coin system is kind of anoying but once you get used to it, then it's fine.

Love this game.. But only thing that needs to happen is more choice of local places to buy and quicker times for cash balance to build up and also for the time you need to wait for your property after buying it is a bit long. Othet than that this game is mint.

I have downsyndrome and I like the game really like the game... SIKE, HA GOT'EM. I hate the game. It sucks.

Good game. I like the gameplay and the fact you can get local places or anywhere in the world. This game is going to go places and maybe it will be to your place.

Apart for bring unstable with servers and coin replenishment slow. Game is good and its great you dont need to be on it all day to get anywhere.

One of the best real estate game I have played. Property nearby area are very true and changes according to changing areas. Really enjoyed playing the game. Keep updating more exciting features.
