Spring Ninja for Android
This game is extremely hard. But it is almost to hard. But I think that this game would be huge if you made it a different way of jumping. I really liked the whole idia of the ninja jumping from cliff to cliff. Another thing you could do to make this game better is to make the cliffs wider. That way we would have a bigger target. I think that a lot of people should try this game. Even though I stink at it my mom thought it was great. She did not struggle at all. Maybe it is not hard for everyone.
Game doesn't ease you into the mechanics but throws you right into precise jumps. Lots of trial and error with end result being largely luck based anyway. Could benefit from staggered start (larger platforms) or a jump guide line/indicator. Also ad heavy with an ad popping up every couple of deaths. Would appeal to those who like Flappy Bird type games without the gradual difficulty curve
This game was fun for the whole minute I was able to play before it crashed. I restarted my phone to see if it would correct the problem, but the game glitches and causes my ninja to freeze in mid air or causes the spring to jam and then unexpectedly send my ninja plummeting before...again crashing. I'm confused why this is happening as I have other games similar to this & they all work properly.
I try timing and watching the springs. It needs to have a way to control your ninja better. Like instead of having how long you tap the screen indicate the jump distance. Have it be how far down you pull the ninja springs and have you aim by how you pull back.... just an idea. It'll probably help with the rating. A lot of people are irritated with lack of control.
Extremely simple game that is exceptionally difficult, leading for a fun and addicting experience. Graphics are among the best I've ever seen and gameplay is always 100% fluid. My only gripe with the developer is the advertisements STILL SEEN even with the purchase of the "No Ads" add-on. The dev team is truly pathetic in that right nevertheless seem to produce excellent games time after time.
If you played this game and never saw it before, like others have mentioned add a gauge to show the amount of jump.. otherwise people get frustrated an uninstall. User experience user friendly.. applies to game dev
There's no point in being proud of yourself for a high score because every jump is a guessing game and the controlling is terrible. At least with other games like this, you know how far a jump is and it's easier to control.
I love Ketchapp, but you really don't know how much power you will need to get up and what's coming next to see if you can double jump there. Also, the ads. When you are about to do a big jump, an ad pops up and you click on it. 1 word. Uninstalling.
I gave 3 stars because the graphics is excellent, simple but looks great. But an addicting game should have a right balance of frustration and feeling good. This game will make you feel frustrated right at the start. There's no chance to get a high score.
Yes, you'll want to throw your phone across the room out of frustration but you'll keep coming back. A bit less addictive then stick hero but more challenging.
Can't get off it It's just so addictive. One problem it isn't right. I mean there is nothing to show how far you going to jump, and stuff like.
You have to guess how long to hold it to get to the platform, then right before you hit replay an ad pops up so you inevitably click on it... it has potential if they made it so your not guessing but i cant recommended this game to anyone.
The game is kinda cool for a second until you realize that about 20 is the max score ever. Aside from that there is no real reward system if you do well. Pair that with ads about every 3 plays it gets quite annoying and this is why it gets 1 star. This update said it decreased the number of ads so I would hate to know how many there were before this.
Pretty fun, frustrating at times but that comes with the territory for these types of games. Lol at the people giving it a low score because they suck at a game?? Doesn't make sense. And the ads? The game is free, stop complaining.
This game has a steep learning curve that provides a good challenge for players but does not reward them for achieving milestones. There should be unlockable rewards that allow the player to get to higher milestones without being stuck getting less than 10 points most of the time. This game is 50/50 luck and skill and so skill can only get you so far.
Just a waste of time, you keep on dying straight away. Obv you try and try again. Ads come up after a few tries. Easy money. This game is a rip off. Uninstall. Useless devs
I know most games have ads but these ads are downright annoying. Almost everytime an app pops up I click on it because it takes to the entire screen, if you need to make Monday with ads, can you at least make them smaller???
Nice graphics and good concept. It's a shame the game is let down by too many adverts. Also there doesn't appear to be any element of skill involved -just luck because it's almost impossible to control the power of each jump.
The update says "less [sic] ads," but there are too many very intrusive ads. Make sure you disable data and wifi. Fun game though!
This game makes no sense. It only has one option of jumping. Can't control the direction, not even a meter to see how powerful you jump is. Gave it a chance and it failed.
I have an HTC M8, stock software, recently reset(so I know it's not something on the phone causing the issues), and this game is unplayable, will freeze, then show blank background, and then say I lost, or even worse, get stuck with the legs fully stretched, and as soon as I touch it, it will jump again and die. I thought maybe it was the ads, and I'm all for supporting developers so I paid to get rid of ads, but I'm still having the same exact issues. I would appreciate a refund.
This is pretty much a cross between Stick Hero and Catch The Rabbit. Taking two unoriginal games and putting them together doesn't make a good game
This game is ridiculous. There's no chance of winning or gaining any type of score. You don't have a clue how far you're going to jump and no way to aim to where you're going. My 3 year old doesn't like it either because she always dies. Just imagine a 3 year old's fits. It's not pleasant. Please do something about this game. I'm uninstalling.
There is only one problem. I wish there was an easier way to jump. Cause if the next stop is faraway, you can hold it down but won't know where it'll end up.
Would be way better if a line was drawn to show your landing zone then the game would be about patience instead its luck basically... Would take 100 hours to get good with no payoff
two star because it's a cute game and cough... sort of an original concept.. ha. but not worth the download. unless you spend tons of time figuring out the right amount of spring you need... aint nobody got time for that though
No tutorial. You're just expected to get a feel for the game. It's flippin stupid to have to start over and over. Just not fun. It does have potential but needs work in order to keep me playing.g..
I dont like it,no offense to the people who made it. But its extremely hard to play i dont like that you have to guess that makes it nearly impossible to even get one jump. I have not gotten more then 10 jumps in and ive had this app for a while. Like when i first got this game i thought it would be sort of like flappy bird but with no bird and your just tapping screen and it jumps. But it could be a lot better and mine freezes sometimes but its proably just my phone not the game but wateves.
The only reason it's not one star is because the art is kinda decent to look at. But other than that, jumps are unpredictable, platforms are seen too little of to make accurate jumps even if you have control over the jumps, which you don't. Just an over all broken game.
This game is completely based on luck and you have absolutely no way of knowing where you are going to land. It would be so much better if you even put dots to show where you are going--that would really make more of a fun game. But seriously just update it and maybe people will like it better. I see the base idea of this game, just make some improvements!!!
I got up to18!!! It's hard at first not knowing how long to hold your finger down but once you've got the hang of it its so fun. It's a challenge. But I can see its not for everyone, not everybody will be able to judge the spring. It's worth installing.
So basically the entire game revolves around guessing how long to charge your jump up to land on the next platform. Which are varying distances away. However there's absolutely no indication as to how far you'll jump. This makes the game pretty much impossible to be good at or improve at.
I ABSOLUTELY HATE THE GAME
I know most games have ads but these ads are downright annoying. Almost everytime an app pops up I click on it because it takes to the entire screen, if you need to make Monday with ads, can you at least make them smaller???

You can't really tell how much power u will need for a certain jump. If you could make it more possible I would rate it about 4 stars
It should atleast have like a pattern to show u when u jump how far it qill go like little dots, and the ads are so annoying you want to press play and its likw it knows when youre gpnna press it thwn it puts an add andnit takes u to the weebpage etc
It makes no since what so ever if I wanted a game were I had to guess I'd join a bomb squad and work for the f.b.I,
I don't really feel there is any skill involved, just pure luck. More over, every five game sessions full screen advertisement will open.

While Ketchapp usually releases decent, amusing games, I can't say this is one of them. There's more luck involved here than missing eight Fire Blasts, as there is really no indicator of how far you'll go save for the unreliable charging animation. A power meter next to the player character giving a more easily gauged measurement of spring power would be nice.
